I've been trying to upload an excel spreadsheet and keep getting this error.  I've uploaded very similar ones (not as many rows) but have not got this message before.  Is this because I have too many rows than the platform can handle??  

Hello. I am new to airtable. I have created a base for a gymnastics club to enter competition scores. I would like to be able to create a form where the "name" field would be a drop-down list that would allow the judges to update the gymnasts' scores. Without changing the names, the category or the club. Just the scores by apparatus but I am blocked.

I’m trying to share a view of a filtered grid with other people with a shareable link (rather than creating logins for a few people that wont us airtable much). The issue I am having is when sharing this view, they are not able to see the detail of a linked field from another grid in the project. Is there a way for them to see that through a shareable link to a filtered view? Thanks for the help!

I have a massive multiselect field that needs to be in sync with another table, but I don’t want to have to type all the options all over again. Can I copy all the options and past them into another table? I thought I saw a solution somewhere, but I can’t find it.

I have multiple columns with service-dates for on product. Our products have to be serviced by one of our mechanics after specified periods (1 year / 3 year cylces). So every product-row has multiple date columns- each date column representing the date of a service which was made. So the columns are service-date 1, service-date 2 - etc… To calculate the next mandatory service for a product I need to extract the latest service-date to a seperate column and then add the 1 or 3 years (depending on product) by formula. I’m just not sure how to extract the latest date - since the products don’t all have the same latest service column. A new product may have only one entry - so for ex. 01.01.2019 in service-date1 - an older product has had more services so maybe 01.01.2015 in service-date1 - and 01.05.2019 in service-date2 etc… but I need to find the latest service date of all the products and put them in a new column to calculate the next service date. Let’s say I have two tables, orders and products with a link between each. On my products table, I can easily see -all- orders involving that product, but what if I have a requirement to show only the latest order, clickable just like the order entries in the “Orders” column of the products table. I know I can use a lookup field (in the products table) to pull the output of one of the fields from the linked order, and filter that by date, but I need this clickable for easy reference. and editing? Is there any solution? Thank you!

I have a file with booking/reservation information, which is updated once a week.Since the export is different from the table (names, etc), I have to adjust the fields for the import every single time when I import the information again.Is there a way to simplify this with an external, 3frd party, integration?Thanks for your help.

One of my workspaces was on Creator plan and I believe it was upgraded to Pro Plan Trial once I added collaborator. On the Billing page it is now telling me: “This workspace has 18 days remaining on the Pro plan trial. It will automatically be placed on the Free plan once the trial expires.” I am wondering how I can make sure that this workspace is downgraded back to the Creator plan and not the Free plan. I’ve changed all collaborators to read-only so this workspace should still be eligible to be on the creator plan like it was before but I don’t see any option to make this. Similarly also wondering how I can make a workspace on Free plan into Creator plan if there are no additional collaborators on the workspace?

My goal is to use Airtable to manage orders of materials. The idea is to invite people in charge of the orders as full users in the paid plan, and create a shareable link to a form which could be used by others in our org to order materials - therefore they need the ability to create records through a form only.The people making orders do not need or want to use airtable - they just need a channel through which to make orders. They would be using these forms only very occasionally, like once a month or similar. Also the group of people is large, up to tens of different people with occasional needs.The people managing the orders would be active users of Airtable.Is it possible to use Airtable in this way or would we be billed for every single person who has access to the form? Obviously we don't want to pay hundreds of dollars per month for the ability to interact with Airtable forms every now and then.

Hey there, We have looking to set up Airtable as a CRM and it seems to be a great option with the exception of e-mail tracking. We’re still using Hubspot for e-mail tracking. However, we’re really keen to ditch Hubspot but I don’t think it’s possible to solve the e-mail tracking from within Airtable. Does anyone have any experience with any other CRM’s that offer email tracking and offer a clean/straightforward integration with Airtable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need to upgrade my account. When I go to billing I’m being charged for a second collaborator… When I go to manage collaborators she does not show only in billing. Suggestions how to delete?

Hi! Im having trouble wrapping my head aroubd this but I am trying to duplicate records and assign then a random date inside the current month and then make them not to duplicate on the same date. So duplicate 1 = month/day 5 Duplicate 2 = month/day 7 And so on on a random fashion but checks not to create one on the same date as another duplicate. I will have them linked by month. Any help appreciated

I am trying to find a way to share tasks with a client without them needing to sign-in but with the ability to leave comments. As of now I like the idea of embedding a view but I have not found how to allow comments (say to give approval or feedback). I also tried an interface but that requires sign-in.

I run a team of 4 Collaborators and I need to share the information with them, but I want that each collaborator could see only the records linked with his name.As instance, I'm the sales director, I can see, add, change and update all the clients and records.Jonh is a sales, he can only see, add, change and update his clients (not the Mara's ones)Mara is a sales, she can only see, add, change and update her clients (not the John's ones) I can't find how to do it.

I want information in my base to be available to the public.  I (will) have a public website, within it will be a search page.  From there I would like users to access my base.  BUT, access must be read only; and upon opening the base, I would like the first view to be only the FILTER tab.  Users should never be able to see or have access to the entire base.  Is this possible?

Hello - I am clear on the subtleties of Workspaces and chargeable collaborators, but one point remains unanswered.Does the top-level 'account holder account' have to feature as a collaborator in any or all of the Pro Plan workspaces that sit under that account? In other words, can I: make one of the collaborators a second owner of the workspace (assuming the workspace was created by the account holder) then ... delete the account holder as a collaborator on this workspace I don't have an environment in which to try this on my own at the moment.Thank you!  

Let me describe my issue with a mock-up.I have a database with two tables: People and Projects. People are linked to Projects (people can be on multiple projects and vice-versa). I want to have an information how many People in common each pair of projects has.I would start with creating a junction table Projects x Projects, lest call it Project Matrix, using a script. And after that is there any way to compare those two?Here is a database created to present the issue - https://airtable.com/shrQjmLrg3CHtXUlI Creating some flag for each Project or Person won't work, because in the real thing (the non-mockup) there are hundredths of People and hundredths of Projects.Can this be done without a script? If this has to be done with a script - how such script would have to look like?

The images being uploaded by the AirTable form are not showing in the table and cant be used. It is random, I have tried many image files to test and the icon every now and then show but sometimes don’t show. When we download the image from the table record and reupload it works fine. Can you please explain why? Help us fix? Or investigate to fix.

Hey Everyone,Wondering if anyone knows of a way to edit a record in a shared table in one base that is from another base in airtable.I operate off of one base daily and have a shared table of all of my projects from my projects base that I check everyday, but whenever I want to update something on my shared projects table I have to go to that specific base to do it, which is kinda annoying so hoping for a solution.

How do I know if I submitted a form through Airtable? I received a copy of my responses, but I don’t know if this means my firm was submitted or not since I didn’t get a confirmation. Thank you!

Hello everyone,I am working in a company that negotiates tariffs and preferential offers from big suppliers and makes them available to members of our community. I want to have an efficient way of displaying these discounts to any and all who might need it, and make sure they are easily understandable. The issue is that the format of those discounts varies from one supplier to another. Some suppliers just have a form people need to fill, others require sending a PDF, etc...The simplest thing would then be to have some cards displaying information as a text, possibly with some extra attachments or buttons. I found some pretty good examples on the type of display I would like on JoinSecret and BuiltFirst. I think that tiling cards in some sort of "bounty board" really makes information easily discernable.The only issue is that cards do not expand as the text is too long, which limits my Gallery. Is there an option to have a clean gallery view similar to what is shown in the sit

OK Guys so I have some redundant collaborators who I need to delete. I have been into the share dialogue and removed them. I have have deleted all tasks they were assigned to. Yet the gosts seems to persist in my Canban views as below. and the collaborator called internal action - I don’t seem to recall having created this. Ultimately it results in useless columns taking up space in the Canban view as well as the legacy staff names being constantly present. any help on getting rid of this would be appreciated!

I have a base that has been populated by data from a form sent to alumni of our program. We would like to send these to our students once a quarter for updates. However, sending the form again just creates duplicate records. Is there any way for Airtable to recognize the same answers on multiple records (same name, for example) and just update the fields that are different? Maybe a better way to ask… Is there any way to send a form that updates existing records instead of creating new ones?
