Hello Community,I'm needing more brain power to solve an issue filtering a table view.Background: I have field technicians submit a log from their field work.These logs are each pulled into Airtable and have a view that filters to a specific group of questions/answers so that we can use an automation based on how those questions are answered to address any issues.We recently added some new questions to one of these groups.I tried updating the filter to include these new questions, and it behaves unexpectedly.I've attached a screenshot of the filter for the table.The logic would say that if any of the 4 conditions in the condition group were not empty then the records that match would show up in the view, but that's not what happens.As it is now with those conditions set like in the screenshot, I'm missing three records.If I remove the first condition from that grouping (Did a Soiling...), then the missing rec

I use airtable to store metrics from our server systems, to log the capacity of our systems and alert us when it reaches or goes over a threshold. I want to create a dashboard that can show the current capacity and create reports for capacity planning. I tried to create one but it doesn't let me choose the resources to show, it just shows everything, I don't know how to separate the data, and there are no options.

Hi there,I attempted to use a record URL to open a record in a particular view on my mobile app, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. Rather than opening the record in the specified view, it opened in the last viewed view in that particular table. The record URL was effective in opening the record in a particular view when accessed through a PC, but it did not have the same outcome when accessed via the mobile app.Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Hey,I'm new to Airtable and I need help with something. I have a table with Date Field hidden, but it's annoying that whenever I need to add a row the hidden field cannot be edited unless I'm either un-hide the field or expand the row and edit it there. Is there a way I can make the hidden field show when I add a new row to the table just so I can edit it when I create the new row? the Date Field is hidden due to the fact I don't want the Days to be shown so I'm using Function Field using DateTime_Format.

Has anyone ever experienced an error like this with their base? If so, how did you fix it?

A few weeks ago I was playing with views and deleted a field from a view to see if that would help me consolidate some data. I’m not sure if that is the default behaviour, but however I did it deleted the field from the whole table, which I wasn’t aware off until now (I spent 2 days on holidays and just got back to work). Table trash is empty, so is workspace. Any ideas if it’s possible to recover a deleted field and how? Theres 400+ records there and it’s unlikely I’ll be able to recover all of those :frowning:

so, we've created a general intake formI added to this form"BECOME A TENANT UNION MEMBER!Become a member, receive additional benefitsSelect an option"but this does not reflect on the table connected to the form. furthermore, I want to add buttons to take the person to payment websites. Can someone offer to call me or walk me through what I can do. its not so much integration, its more like added buttons and making sure the data reflects on the table.  

I have a base that I use to manage our shipping materials. The "Material's On Hand" is calculated by a formula. I would like to have the option to override this formula if I enter data in a form. The override field is titled "Cycle Count Override". I am currently using the below formula but as you can see from the screenshot it is unsuccesful. IF({Cycle Count Override}, {Cycle Count Override}, {Material's Received}-{Material's used Rollup (from Outbound)})

Hey, hi there! 🖐️I found myself spreading out some sensitive information repeatedly on multiple tables of a same base, and I would like to understand if there is a way to store some kind of key-value pairs on a per-base level.For example, in a table that I record geolocated places I use a Google Maps API key to generate the URL needed to embed a map pointing to that place. This is done through a formula field, concatenating, for each place, information from its row.Beside the place specif fields (that actually need to be dynamic inserted on formula), the API key will be the same all over the table, and even for the sabe for other usage of the same API through out the whole base.Certainly it would be splendid to be able to allow other users to use a key like that without the need of expo

Is there an way to view all of the bases that my base is syncing too? Meaning I have base A that is being synced to base C,E,F Is there an extension or way to see that those are where my base is syncing too? Or I just have to go into each base and see the sync. 

Hi everyone, I’m hoping I can explain well where I am stuck. I want to be able to get notified whenever a new record is created in one of the tables I have, since I want to be able to copy the data into Firebase Firestore using Firebase Functions. This records are created using Softr or an Airtable form.I have been able to create a webhook and I receive the notification pings in the "target" Firebase Function, getting a very simple payload containing the webhook ID and the base ID (using the correspondent "filter" options). However, I do not know how can I get the actual data of the record. I understand I should fetch the change payloads but I don't seem to be getting it right.

Can someone please guide me in the correct direction. we have client filling out forms and this form includes from 1-30 documents. Once the form is filled out a new record is created im my base. Now, here is the thing, I need to be able to separate these into different lines (one for each document) that way I can manage each file in a different way. Is this even possible? TIA

With the new "Home Screen" I can't:Sort workspaces using drag and drop or bases even alphabetically. Move multiple bases to another workspaceMake it show permanently only the bases and not the interfacesThat's not very user friendly because:I have a priority in workspaces (which can't be solved with star spaces)I had 12 bases that I moved to a new workspace, specially created and I have to move them one by one !!!!!! And if that's not a nightmare in addition every time I moved one base then the starting page moved to the new workspace. So I had to go back to the old to move the next one. Tragedy Interfaces to me are secondary just to show to others the results of the work. I work only in bases and every time I have to filter out the interfaces. Do I miss something here or is it just poor design ?

Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to sort related records within a table that I am bringing to Page Designer Block. For example, I would like to bring in the schedule (run of show) for an event. Each activity + time is a record in a related table. When I bring in the table to my Page Designer Block, the activity times are not in the right order. Is there a workaround so that I can display the records in the correct time order?

Hi all,II'll try and better explain.Imagining you have a base with multiple tables, and on one table there are 2 fields... One, is a linked to field that allows for multiple selected records... Let's say it links to a table listing people's names; members of a team. One record has 3 names: Jason JonesAmy AbnerSteve SullivanAgain, these are individual records from another base, not text.  Is there a way I can pull just the first record, automatically, into the 2nd field? Similar to if I was using the right or left functions with numbers.  I want to have a second field that pulls out just Jason Jones in this field, and does the same for all the other records along that same field; ie pulling out just the first record.  🙏

Hello,These presented properties will have a chance to have a different property address linked on this column which is not having any issues.My main question here is there any way how could I set up,  the "current property" will be replaced with the latest property address from the presented properties?For example.The first property from the presented properties was 15 Kaye Drive, after a few minutes there will be another property added to the "presented property which is 36 Erronmago Drive.How can I replace the "current property" with the latest address which is 36 Erronmago Drive?The main purpose of the "current property" should only have 1 latest property address only.Hope it is clear and someone could help &#128578

I have created a shared events calendar with a registration form, and I'd like to set up an automation that would email a confirmation to the registrant, including a link that would generate an ics file that they could use to add the event to their Outlook calendar. The only instructions I can find are for creating a link for syncing an entire shared calendar. Thanks!Joel

We currently publish an Airtable calendar of training events on a company intranet page. We use the Zoom event registration feature and I have a button on each event that takes the users to the Zoom registration form. But I'd like to find a way to track these event registrations in Airtable rather than in Zoom, so we can utilize automations, etc. Is there some way that I could build a button that so that when a user selects an event on the calendar and clicks "Register", they would go to an Airtable form which would automatically associate that registration with the selected event? I don't want them to have to pick the event from a list within the form (for a few reasons). I just want them to fill in their name and contact info and answer a couple of questions. Thanks for the help!

In the Base Schema app the fields are not ordered in the same way as the fields in the table. The order seems to be the original order at the time when the field was created. If it was created at the beginning of the table and later moved to the back, the Base Schema app still shows that field in the “front” of the table.

Hi everyone, Is there a way to URL parameter encode a filter that filters multiple choices at the same time? Example: http://myairtableurl.com/abcdefg?filter_Region=Region1&filter_Region=Region2, or ?filterRegion=Region1+Region2 It only seems to allow me to filter by one at a time, and I’m not sure if it’s impossible, or if I’m just missing the right character to join the two filter search terms. Hi everyoneI've been an Enterprise user/admin for a while and one thing I've noticed is that some users who are originally set at collaborator seat level sometimes get "bumped up" to builder level when they take certain actions that only builders are supposed to be able to do.  This is something I'd like to be able to control since we pay twice as much for builder licences as we do for collaborators, and there are certain security risks that come with not being able to restrict who has owner/creator access to certain bases or workspaces.  It seems like a really odd loophole to me, particularly as you don't receive any kind of notification when someone's seat level changes.  Does anyone have any advice on this?
