I’m looking for a solution that allows us to view a large number of records in the same was as groups in views work, but a lot larger in height. Something like this, assuming that “procedure” and “results” have lot of information: Group A Procedure A.1 Result A.1 Procedure A.2 Result A.2 Group B Procedure B.1 Result B.1 Procedure B.2 Result B.2 I looked into Page Designer, but it only shows one record at a time. Hey All, I have a question about filters. Basically, I have records that have start and end time fields. To keep things neat and tidy, I have the main view set to only show records with a start time of “On or After Today.” This works until we hit 8PM ET (12AM GMT), when Airtable decides that, internally, it is the next day because it is on GMT time. This is an issue because evening events disappear from view with this filter. Is there a way to set up a filter so that these records will remain until it is the next day in terms of ET instead of GMT? Thank you!

I want to avoid replicate the same base filter 10X times on the same view I could not find a combination for that. Why is it limited ?

I have a table with all our deals that contains the following information Total amount of deal Start date End date I would like to split this up to a monthly revenue per deal for invoicing and reporting. Most of these deals have a duration of 1 year, but sometimes less. So for example, one row might look like this: 6000 1 January 2022 31 December 2022 I would then like to be able to build a report that has for columns (like a pivot table) for all the months from January to December and then an amount of 500 for this deal. Something like this is fairly easy in Excel, but I’m not quite sure how to build this in Airtable.

We are trying to automate email for master data with claim id with details from child database for same claim id - as detailed data resides in seperate child data base i am unable to create view , as claim id is dynamically getting changed for respective claim id in master table where trigger mail condition happens e.g. in master i have claim id - 100 and amount - 600 nd in child i have three records with claim id 100 and amount 100,200,300 digest on find records - condition picks up data but email rendering order is record id and so not put up as in order expected it is suggested to use find records with view i tried to set view but it asks for condition which i am unable to put up experts are requested to guide on this solution and what i am missing to plug in thanks for your time

Hi, If you want to only embed Airtable extension with table in, how to do this? For the moment i see a link up to the right in the embed grid or gallery with the text “extionsions”. When i click on that, the extension can be viewed. Embed interface is also not possible?

Hello. I’m trying to develop a tool to help obese teenagers track the calories they eat, at a health centre near me. I’ve got the first part right, but I’m struggling with the last part. I created a table with all the foods. Then I create a table for each new day, where they add what they eat each day. In table 3, I would like to create a new line for each day, adding all the calories consumed that day. I can’t manage to create a new line for each table, nor to add the total for the day automatically. Can you help me? Thank you very much

I’ve got my projects, tasks and assignees I’m working on building a table to show each assignee their “to do” list based on the project plan tasks 2 things - Is there a way to assign tasks to multiple people based on the person’s department? Second, is there a way to assign a whole project AND all of the tasks in that project to one person with some sort of formula or automation? I am trying to change the status of a record base on two conditions in the Maintenance Tracking Table: Date: Older date or Time stamp Status: Upcoming Service Check If the record has an older Date and the status is Upcoming service check, I want to change the status to past service check. Banging my head on the table here - I cannot seem to figure how to link tables that I have imported from another database, having converted them to Excel. I have something basically like this: Table1 Table1_Key | Table1_Field1 | Table1_Field2... Table_2 Table2_Key | Table1_Key | Table2_Field1 | Table2_Field2... I have a student assigned to a homeroom in the column “current homeroom”. I am adding a checkbox “Withdrawn”. I would like to do this: IF the student is withdrawn THEN move the value from “current homeroom” to “homeroom 22-23”. The result being: cell in column current homeroom: empty, cell in homeroom 22-23: previous homeroom teacher. How can I do this ? Do I need to use the remarkable integromat or can I do it without external tools just with formula?

I’d like to insert an image in my base guide. I think I’m using the proper Markdown syntax, but it’s simply not working. I get the impression from this page that this should be possible. It says You can also use Markdown within the base guide to add headers, links, emojis and images. It works here in the Community. Here’s the exact Markdown I’m using, followed by the result here. I’m having some trouble migrating from FileMaker Pro to Airtable… I am able to export and import 99% of my data/contacts with out issue – mapping, organizing, etc. The only issue I’m running into is having the multiple mailing lists these contacts are attached to map to a single row. For example: John Doe (on FMP) is on mailing lists A, B, and C. When I import to Airtable, it lists John Doe as being on mailing list A, but then lists an “unnamed record” as being on list B, and another one on list C. It ends up being that all of the proper contacts are followed by unnamed rows with the remainder of their lists attached. I hope this is making sense… Is there an automation or formula I can set up to merge these into the above (correct) record? Or any tips for making my FMP output group these together, instead of having them as separate records?

I have a list of records in grid view and gallery view - gallery view is much more preferred for my use. However, when I manually rearrange the columns in grid view, they don’t automatically update the order for the gallery view as well. Is this possible to do? Hi all, Got a real brain teaser here (or at least one my brain can’t handle lol). I’m trying to calculate the ACTUAL DURATION - EXPECTED DURATION of ticket processing time for our team. The EXPECTED DURATION field is calculated: NO OF TICKETS(integer)*5.5(mins)/2(agents)+30(mins) Notes: -5.5mins is our average handle time for 1 ticket -we have 2 agents on our team -each agent receives a 30min break per day This formula currently returns a decimal value (I have tried to set this as a duration but it’s giving incorrect results). The ACTUAL DURATION field is calculated: TIME START - TIME FINISH This formula returns a duration value I am wondering if there is a way to produce this master formula to let me know when our team goes over expected time to resolve tickets and vise-versa so I don’t physically have to do the calculation every day. Please help!
