How do you delete a ROW or a COLUMN in a base? The HELP for this says “right click and select Delete option.” When I right-click in a row or column, no such option appears. Anyone else experience this? Thank you.

I have a table of Dates. Each date is tied to a single event (also a table) That event has hundreds of player submissions (in a table) The player submission earn points - Total In the Event table I am able to roll up the highscore, but I want to be able to see the player that belongs to as well.

I have a string of Colors Red, Blue, Yellow I want to retrieve only the last value in the cell which is here Yellow. The colors can change order so i can’t retrieve it by trimming a certain number of characters. Thank you

Hi All, I was wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction. I have the following base set up: A B C D 1 @ ! P £ 2 @ ! P $ 3 @ ! P $ 4 @ ! P £ 1,2,3,4 are the records, and A,B,C,D are the files. What I would like to be able to do is email the full records of 2 and 3 as they have a “$” in the “D” Feild and 1 and 2 dont. I have been able to email out the records individually, but I want to put both records in the same email. Any advice? ,

Hello, this problem is driving me nuts! I have encountered the problem when trying to upload an attachement to my Airtable table via share link on Google drive. I am using Integromat for my automations, and everything seems to work fine - file is properly uploaded to my Google drive, I create a share link so that no login is required to view and download a file. I use this URL: https://drive.google.com/u/1/uc?&export=download&id={File.id}. It still doesn’t work… Any help?

Hi, We work with 3 (some times 4) Teams, is there a way to divide each day in the calender view in 4 rows? I already use color coding to show in what stage a project is. Please see the pic. This is how the planning is happening today. Also can the display cards in calender increase in size like you can with the grid view?

I made a tool/template in Airtable now I want to integrate it into my local react app. I want this template to work for every particular logged-in user means the logged-in users can see their own space of my template whenever they logged in. for ex: I attached a very rough example of what I want to make: I want this table to be associated with the logged-in user is there any oAuth available to integrate the whole Airtable logged-user table to my react application like this instead of this table can I integrate my custom template/tool of airtable on my site ?

Hello to all, I have created dashboards that are automatically sent to my colleagues every Monday morning. However, I am only able to send them an email with the link to this dashboard. Would it be possible to integrate the dashboard in an email or a slack message? Or to export the dashboard as a pdf to attach it to the email? These questions answer two problems I’m dealing with: Extracting information from a dashboard at a specific time (PDF) for a monthly report To give more visibility to my dashboards, the link not being very attractive Thanks !

Hello! I will try to explain a situation to see if you can help me with some solution please. I have different bases for sports competitions. (Football Championship, Basketball Championship, Volleyball Championship, etc), and all these competitions share the same talents (narrators, commentators and producers). It would be great if this information were consolidated, converging on another base so that we could have an overview of the team’s overall roster, avoiding the same talent being called for different events on the same day and time. Is that clear? I’m a beginner in Airtable, I couldn’t think of an effective solution here yet. Remembering that I already use the base synchronization, so much that all these talents are in a single base of company employees, synchronized with all the other bases of Competitions (Products).

Is there any way to differentiate between tasks that have been completed with non-completed tasks in the calendar view?

Is there a way to use AirTable to send notes/messages/notifications to collaborators at a macro base level? I don’t want to message a collaborator about a specific record. I want to message the collaborator to go in and look at several tables in the base.

When you send a record as an email to someone, is there a way to see a history of the records that you have emailed from a certain base?

I created a base with a form in the free version of Airtable. As is customary, when someone submitted a form, the information would populate in my base. The ED of my organization wanted to be able to view the base in Gantt view and has access to the pro version of Airtable, so she copied my base to her account and granted me access. However, when someone fills out a form, the information isn’t populating in the base she copied; the information only appears in the original base I created. Does anyone know how to get the information on the form to populate into the new base?

Hi- I know this probably has a really simple answer. But I have a new base with one table and when I go to my Grid View options, I don’t have “Form” as one of the options. All my other bases have the Form view as an option. I have a Pro Plan. Could someone tell me why I have no form option? Could it have something to do with using a synced field? Thanks! Lori

Hi, I have a rollup field in a table, and I want to limit which linked records are included in the rollup by a condition. Specifically, I am looking to get “this week’s data”. In my table where the rollup resides, I created a field to use the Weeknum() function and get the number of this week. Then, in my linked records I also have a Weeknum field. So, in the rollup, I want to only sum those linked records where the Weeknum field value in the linked record = the Weeknum field value in the table where the rollup field resides. But it doesn’t seem I can do that. I would have to update the condition each time I need to pull or review the weekly data and manually set it to the number of the week I’m looking for. Any ideas on how to accomplish what I’m trying to do? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I’m looking for some help with a peculiar issue. I have a Calendar view set up and for some reason Monday and Tuesday are titled ‘My’ and ‘Kill’ respectively. All the other days are written correctly. I have no idea what is causing this. I have checked my browser location is correct, but can’t think of anything else. Can anyone advise on how to fix this? Hey I have created a database that has lots of useful information about hundreds of careers for students. I want to add a public comments section where users of the database can engage with each other. Is there a way to make that happen? BTW I am planning to sell the database through Gumroad, where I have shared a read only link to the base. I have a bunch of table linked to different events. I want to create a view that filters out all future events except for the next one. Anyway to do this without having to manually check and uncheck a box?

Hello Pretty new here and pretty new to database design. I have a 2 step user data entry process, with a separate table for each of the two steps. The first step asks a user via a webform to record their performance in an activity. In the second step, I want the web form to call up the data form the first entry/table and present it for the user to then answer more questions aimed at reviewing/assessing their own performance. I want this second step to be able to be done at a later time, on a separate sitting. In this case the user is only me, so this simplifies things. I want to be able to bring up a record on a front end, see the results of one entry and answer my assessment questions to be placed into a second table. Hope this makes sense and I appreciate the assistance. :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi all, the XML import app works well for me in trying to import ONIX files - but: I can’t get the app to remember my mappings… Airtable Documentation just says “The app will remember your XPath mappings the next time you import an XML file.” Except it doesn’t… ;-p I am sure I am missing something really obvious?
