Hello, Currently we have 5 collaborators for our AirTable workspace. I would like to reduce this to 2, in order to reduce the cost associated with being billed for this many users. Could you please let me know how can I cancel the number of collaborators? Thanks!

Is it possible to undo a “delete table” action? I carelessly deleted a table when I was playing around with the form design. I thought I can undo this action, but the “History” records actions on table-base. When I clicked “undo”, it only undo the last action of that table, not the whole base. Is there a way to recover the table? (Snapshot was taken twelve hours ago.) BTW, the table I deleted was an empty one. No valuables lost. However, I would like to know the way to recover my table if I do the same thing next time.

All of my tasks have a dependency, but only some show the critical path highlighted in yellow. I cannot figure out why the critical path is showing for some and not the others. Is there a trick to getting the critical path to work on the Gantt view? Thanks in advance.

I created my Airtable using the google sign-up and have never created a password for my Airtable login. Now when I’m trying to update my email associated with my Airtable account by clicking on the ‘Edit Email’ button in the account settings, it asks for the current password which I don’t have. How do I go about updating my email address? Please help me out here.

I’m looking to create a form on my website which if a visitor enters their email, they get access my airtable. Is there a way to use a webhook to send that email to airtable and grant access automatically?

I see several similar discussions but can’t find the right solution that actually works. I’m trying to get a link to an image that’s attached to one of my sheets in an airbase, for use in a page designer block. I can get a link to the thumbnail version easily enough by right clicking and choosing copy shortcut, but this is just the thumbnail and not a high enough resolution. I can’t figure out how to get a working URL to the full resolution pdf file that works in the page designer block.

Hi everyone - I’ve got a conundrum! I am trying to provide (a) a list of contact information and (b) corresponding docs to a client. Currently this information is split over: 3 Airtable sheets; and an external series of folders (and document contents) compressed in a zip file, along with an associated spreadsheet with contact information that helps a user find the folder (and associated contents) of interest. Ideally they need to be: merged into one consolidated set of “Folders” and information that enables a user to find the correct folder (to search and view the folder contents) external to Airtable; OR external folders (and contents) uploaded to Airtable, then merged into one sheet (also merging the other 3 Airtable sheets). Any thoughts on the best (easiest, fastest) way to do this (without it being a massive grind of a job)?

Hi, does anyone know if there there a limit to how many devices can be logged in on a single user account? (e.g. Multiple desktops, Smartphone, Tablet etc.) I have a couple of desktop workstations around my office which I want to keep logged in to my airtable. I don’t really want to keep logging in on each different device when I need to use it. Ideally I would like to switch seamlessly between each workstation e.g. create a record using my main computer, then continue working on that record at a different computer without having to log in to my account again. Would this be possible using airtable? I hope that makes sense. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, We use airtables as a small team for management of an organization. However, as the team leader, I want to view the updates made by my other teammates at the end of the day. Revision history for each record can be displayed SEPARATELY. However, I want to view this collectively without entering each record one by one. Is there such a feature? Thank you for your help.

I have a shift scheduling form that I would like to show more details of what each shift entails. In the current form, the text is cut off after a certain number of characters, but each of these items has another line or two of text below. When I select an option, the form shows the entirety of the text, but it is important that volunteers can review the information about the shift before selecting it. Is there a way to show multiple lines of the text in the form selection? Or, workarounds to do something similar? Thanks!

Hi there, I’ve created a Kanban view to manage potential donations I’ll be making this year. One of the fields it is pulling into the card is “potential giving amount”. In grid view, this column automatically provides a sum of these amounts at the bottom. Is there a way to do this in Kanban view? Thanks, Kim

Hi everyone, I have a question. I’m trying to connect Airtable and Active Campaign via integromat. What I’m trying to do is if I delete a contact record either on Airtable or Active Campaign I would like this contact to be deleted on both sides. Unfortunately it seems that at the moment the only “watch” of Airtable and Active Campaign are on created and updated contact. How can I achieve this? I hope it s cleare. If i delete a contact from my Airtable base i want that this contatc its deleted also from AC and vice versa … thank you very much for your help!

I am using Integromat to connect with AIrtable. In Airtable I have got Lookup column that is fetching data from the other table. In v2 of Airtable Moules such column was returned as Integromat array so I could easilly pick any element out of it. In v3 lookup column is returned as string [value1,value2] which is useless. It is a breaking change that is making most of my scenarios not upgradable to v3. Is there a chance to fix that to be like in a previous version? Or at least if there is only one value to return value string instead of [value] In Integromat there is no easy way to convert [value] string back to an array. Now when creating a new scenario I can’t pick v2 of airtable modules to work around this problem and I am stuck.

Hi, all. I have a field (Original PD…which stands for Original Plant Date) and I want to add or subtract the “Adjustment” field to arrive at the calculated “Actual PD”. In the Actual PD field, I used a formula: DateAdd(Original PD, Adjustments, ‘Days’) and I get the resulting “Actual PD” field. The problem is the math is not adding/subtracting right. For example in the first record “BR14A”. I have an Original PD of 12/12/2020, an “Adjustment” of 3…which should give me 12/15/2020. Yet the formula is kicking out 12/16/2020. Any thoughts on jaw to get this right? Thanks for any help. Paul

Non-developer here~ I’ve been making our organization a project management base and just ran myself into an issue that I would love an assist on (I feel like the answer is going to be an obvious one)… We are generating tasks into a Tasks table using Project & Task Templates (P-Temp & T-Temp). To reduce data entry, I have some lookup fields that populate the Assignee for tasks in the T-Temp table, based on the program area that a P-Temp falls under. (e.g. Design Exhibition Card task has P-Temp of Solo Exhibition, which is Program Visual Arts, which is assigned to Jess). Now, I thought I was being efficient when I linked certain T-Temp tasks to multiple P-Temps because we might complete the same task for several different projects, rather than listing the same task multiple times, once for each P-Temp. As a result, in the T-Temp table, the “Design Postcard” task, when linked to multiple different exhibition types, will end up with an Assignee lookup field that contains the assign

Hi guys, I love your system. My son has used your system for a couple of years and convinced me to give it a try. I am developing an understanding but have gotten totally hung up on one issue. I have field tables across the top: Employees Codes for Job 2473 (one of many jobs but not all jobs have codes and codes for jobs that have codes are all different) Job numbers Equipment Data I have Grid view tables (Have not done entry forms yet) Master - started developing relationships from the field tables and showing data by lookups, links etc. Field Input - Just the fields that the site people need to see and fill in. Billing - Just the data for invoicing manpower and equipment that comes from the “Field Input” screen. Download for Rise - Table developed from the master that is the download information for our payroll package in a format they will accept Time Sheets for Premier - Table developed from the master that is the download employee/time table to export into our accounting system

The Search App is exactly what I need except that the search results returned are all of the fields for the whole table. Is it possible to specify which fields to return or to use a view instead of the whole table?

I have a table which is automatically populated from our business website. I want the data that enters that table to be automatically copied into another table as well that has lots of extra columns. The first table won’t be touched as it will be live data, the second table will be edited and be added to. How do I get the info from the first table to also appear in the second table. Hello, I have created a property management base where I have multiple properties and for each property, I have multiple tenants. In the “Tenants” table I have all the information of the tenants (rent, deposit, move-in date etc.). In addition to that, I want to enter monthly rents received by the tenants and also their electricity bills. I have thought enough but not able to figure out a way to do the same. Please help me out with this one.

I have a scenario where i lookup a list of values for an item in a google sheet and want to add them as complementary values in one multiselect field for the item in airtable. in the shown example these are 12 category values coming from gsheet, which should all be added in a multiselect field for the user in airtable. The lookup in google sheets and the JSON creation and parsing work as expected - I get a JSON with the categories like the one in the screenshot below: The update in airtable works as well - as long as I have the JSON list elements mapped individually as single entries for the multiselect field, like indicated here: The problem with this approach is, that if my Gsheet Lookup and resulting JSON send less list elements to airtable than I have specified in the integromat flow, the extra fields will be sent as “null” and this causes an error in the Scenario. Hi all I’m running a survey through Airtable forms and would like to make sure that the same person (read, device) only takes the survey once to make sure results are reliable. Is there a way to do prevent people from taking the survey more than once from the same device? Thanks Alice

I have a gallery and I added a filter with two condition, so if column one has a specific value or column two has a specific value. That works fine, but now I want to also only show records within the past week that match either of those conditions but it doesn’t seem to let me use a date filter combined with an “OR” condition. It will let me do date AND column one, but after that it only lets me add more “AND” conditions. Is this just not possible? Is there another way to do this?

I have a series of single selects, and I want the “default” blank to be red. Or will I need to have an automation to put a red warning right now the filtering in the calendar is set by the {Videos Status}, however I want the default to RED to stand out but I don’t have a way to set default either in the original field with the single select nor the filter. Any ideas?

When I update a record in a base, obviously the location of that record changes based on the way the view is being sorted. Is there a way to go straight to the new location when the record is updated?
