The view that this embed is looking at is filtered correctly- when i open the view in AT, it should the exact dates. Hello, I have a base that has a Campaigns and Deliverables table. There is one Campaign which could have many deliverables. Each deliverable could have one owner. We want the Campaigns table to have a lookup that shows all of the owners for the deliverables. Unfortunately, if someone has multiple deliverables they own it reports their campaign twice in the lookup column. Is there a way to dedupe or only show the owners name once versus the same name multiple times? Thanks, Victor

Hi all, New to AirTable and have been trying to create a grid where one of the columns needs to be linked to a different record on a row-to-row basis. I have been able to link one record in the column but have found it difficult to add a 2nd record for the next row. Is it even possible to do this in AirTable?For example:Row 1 - Column A Links to one record  Row 2     Column A links to a second record Hope this information is clear, happy to try and clarify if it would be helpful. Hi 😊I need help with the form…🙄I have a table "Absences" created in Airtable, where employees can report paid vacation using the form. I also have a column "Remaining paid vacation days" created in Airtable using a formula, in which the employer can see what the balance of the employee's paid vacation is.I would like to add a field to the form that will be displayed while filling out the form (If the employee selects their name from the employees in the form and selects Vacation type-Paid vacation, a pre-filled field showing the data from the table: How many days of paid vacation the employee has left will appear).Thank you for your help! 😁

Is there a way to add default values to forms where when clicking into the field, the default values disappear?As in, I would like to input an example of the information I’m looking for, and then when the user clicks into the field, they type as if there was nothing there.

What permission levels (Owner, Creator, Editor, Commenter, Read only) to an Airtable workspace can someone without an Airtable account have?

Checking on if there is an update on this, as most posts about it are many years old. Can the airtable branding be removed from an embedded calendar?It seems none of the alternatives that I’m aware of can customize the visible days the way airtable can. Softr can do a week view (7 days with the weekend, or 5 days no weekend. Miniextensions can only do the whole month. Neither softr nor miniextensions can do the colorcoding.  Is there a workaround for this yet? 

I am new to Airtable and I work in Procurement. I have built something for our buyers to use and track all projects and contracts. What I have not been able to successfully do is create a savings report for upper management. I have looked online and youtube and I have been unsuccessful. Can anyone be so kind as to help me? 

Hi there. I’m pretty new to airtable and am having an issue with something that feels like it should be quite simple so I am assuming I am missing something obvious. I have a Product table linked to a Product Bundle table. In a single record in the Product Bundle table I have multiple linked records from inventory from name, cost roll-up, quantities etc… Works great. One thing that would be super handy is to find the individual item that is linked from the Product table with the closest expiry date. At the moment I am able to use a roll-up max value field to find the earliest expiry date but I cannot figure out how to reference the record name that it belongs to. For reference, I have 10-20 products linked in one bundle and the expiration determines how I will sell the particular product or if I can at all. So, by finding the record with the earliest expiry date, I can replace that item or order new stock. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance, Erica

I created a Form but don't see it in my Data view. 

I am trying to add a hyperlink that will direct applicants to a third party website within the help text of a form, in order for applicants to visit this site they will currently have to manually copy and past the link in to their browser.  is there a way to have it so that they could just click on the link provided and that would open up the link? so this english proficiency test link is the one I am referring to…   Thank you in advance!

So CSV has proven to be a problem for me. I downloaded a CSV file from Homebase, the database my dad used before either of us had ever heard of Airtable, and his product description cells were separated out because of all the commas within. How do I prevent that from happening with Airtable? I’m currently combing through my dad’s 50,000+ records to cut-and-paste clauses back into their origin cells and it is a complete nightmare. It’s not something I can do every time I download a CSV file from Airtable. Please, oh please, tell me there’s a way to avoid getting cells separated out because they’re long text fields with product descriptions that include commas. :fearful:

Is there a way to created a FORMULA for assign automatically in created a number NOT REPEATED between 1000 - 9999? Sorry i am new and no programmer.Option 1 formula and assign automatically, is no posible to NOT REPEAT, no problem i order table and search repeat, and change manually and assign other numberOption 2 I hava a table with 600 number aleatory. I have a database of contacts and I would like to keep a record of the activities or meetings in which they participate (I don't know if in each activity I should adjust the form for this action). But it would only be to add this new column, not to create duplicates of people each time they attend an activity. Thanksss!!!

Airtable has how to autocomplete fields in a form, that is to say that through a unique key it preloads data already existing in the database that are requested in the form.

Hi,I’m experimenting with the RLP with DNA 2023 Airtable template.  I’m trying to personalize the column headings and can’t figure out how to do what I want after reading the Airtable help.  Can someone please tell me the following?  It's really a general question about copying/pasting a column field from one tab to another.I made a new field called “My Tree” and inserted it on the DNA Match Details tab.  But, now how do I insert that same “My Tree” column on the Kit Access tab?Thanks! 

Hello everyone, I’m having some trouble with the field order. As much as I move the field order in my grid view, when I click on manage fields, they appear in another order… I wouldn’t mind but the problem is when I send automatic emails with list views of fields it does not display the fields in the order that I need to. Sorry…I am swapping over from Jotform. I need a form where customers lookup their details (record) by entering telephone number…if there is a match, on submit, the customers details are emailed to them.

I've submitted my information 4 times online and emailed support to have someone from Airtable call me to upgrade to enterprise. It's been over a week. Is this normal or is there a better way to get in touch with someone?

Just purchased upgrade to Enterprise. Sales rep sent me a "how to" on upgrading to Enterprise. The video shows the ability to upgrade to Enterprise when you click on the license level. When I click on the license level, it says contact sales. We've signed, claimed domain and ready to roll. Just need assistance with next steps.
