Can the universal HTTP module in Integromat be used to send information to ebay and amazon? I am not looking into integrating with Amazon Sellers Central (and other sites) but the fulfillment side (order management) which most of the 3rd solutions out there already provide.What I look into is to submit new listings via Integromat to those platforms. That would mean push information there. As far as I know Amazon provides an API to do that and there are 3rd party services offering that but the services are limited to a few platforms only and they charge more for extra services. Listing an item would involve sending the new listing related information (item title, description, price, links to images hosted on the web etc…) to Amazon. From what I found about the HTTP module it seems it does support it, right?

Is there a way to make the expanded record information appear larger?

I need a formula to get the latest (earliest) date & time from this 2 columns I will create a new column with that formula, what is the formula to use?

How can my Virtual Assistant update our Contacts table? How can my photographer add pictures to our Products Table? How can my Marketing Agency add notes to our Campaigns table? A read only link and/or a form is not “collaboration.” Giving 3rd parties access to my my entire base is not efficient or safe. Please tell me there’s another option!

I am a real estate agent and I have a number of listings I work on. I am trying to add a synced base from my master base, where only collaborators can see listings assigned to them. I can get my master base to sync with a new base, but when I try to filter by collaborator the user’s info is replaced with “invited user”. I can filter by typing in invited user, but this won’t work as I add additional collaborators. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hello, I would like to use airtable for social media management and scheduling with someone else. It would just be between two people. Myself and another. For example, Person 1 - Uploads attachments/documents/images/resources Person 2 - Schedules and organizes the content for the week Person 1 - Can review and enter (text/copy/“caption”) where needed, as well as leave notes revisons Is a Pro plan needed for this? and if so, would BOTH of us need to pay for a pro account? Hi! I’m relatively new to Airtable, can I set a button field to go to a specific view and either select or scroll to the related record in a different table? Basically, I want to ‘one click’ and get right to the related record line on a grid view. I’ve gotten to the table but am unsure how to get the view or related record I’d like selected. Thanks!

Hi! I have two tables in my airtable - one has a list of providers, and the other table has contacts for that provider. There are often multiple rows for contacts (because one provider has multiple contacts. I have copied and pasted the data from Excel. In my provider table I created a linked column to link to the contact table. I expect to see two entries in that column most of the time. I’m copying the provider name (first column) into that column, and the provider name is also the first column of the contact table. However I only see one instance - it’s just picking the first row from the contact table. I can go into each cell and search for and select the second instance, that works fine! I’ve also tried copying and pasting the provider name twice, comma separated, but that didn’t work. It still just picks the first instance. Any ideas how I can do this not manually?

Hi! [context] I’m starting with Airtable to make a database of our library system. We borrow boxes which contain items. I have made one table with the boxes we borrow, and one table with the items in the boxes. Each time a box is borrowed, we check if it is still complete. When there are items missing, it should be marked in the table by the volunteer that verified the box. So it should be as simple as possible. [Problem] I would like to be able to choose from a multiple choice menu which item is missing. And I would like that menu to only contain the items that are available in that particular box, more specifically the items that are selected in the linked record field ‘content’ (see image bellow). Is that possible in Airtable? Or is there a workaround that gives the same result of easy verifying? Hello, I track a portfolio of 500+ university ventures and periodically ask them to update information about themselves (e.g. description, talent needs, etc.) via a form. The primary field for each record is the venture’s name, a short text field. My hope is to force ventures to select their venture’s name from a dropdown of existing ventures. Is it possible to do that with a short text field? Is there another way? Thanks!

Hi Airtable Community, I have created several Page Designer apps that have been working great for months. Generating these one-page PDF documents which must be signed by our consultants with a quick turn-around has been a huge timesaver for us and we rely on them completely. We have several different versions depending upon some of the verbiage that is needed. We use Print -> Save as PDF to generate the documents needed. A member of my team just reached out to me because one of the Page Designer apps is suddenly freezing when they hit the Print button. I tested this with multiple records to ensure the problem is not just one record, and I tested other Page Designer apps that we have to see if the problem is the app itself. It does appear to be this specific Page Designer app. I also make a copy of the app in the hopes that whatever the issue is won’t be propagated, but the copy had the same issue. It freezes when you hit Print. To my knowledge, none of the Page

The CSV Import app works nicely, but I cannot seem to use it unless the AT table already contains columns. I had hoped it could use all of the first-row columns in the CSV file to auto-populate the AT table. Is this not possible, or am I just missing something obvious. Thanks very much.

Just wanted to confirm my understanding of prior postings: there is currently no AT support for prefilled forms - so the option is something like the MiniExtensions app, JotForm or Zapier. I know you can use a formula field to create a URL which prefills values, but that doesn’t seem to meet my use case. Thanks very much.

Hello, I use KODULAR to work, when reading the order fields appear out of place. Order: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. as it appears: 4, 1, 3, 2, 5. Someone help me correct this error. I appreciate the help.

I’m looking to be able to filter linked records or show roll-up output as tokens / “bubbles” as opposed to simply text. Details: I have a CRM with 3 columns in my main table. 1) Deal (Short text); 2) Team member (multi select); 3) Deal Status (single select, say Status A and B) I want to create a team table where team members are the first column / “key.” I then want to have a column with Status A deals for that member and another column with Status B members. I tried linking to deals table and filtering by view but it doesn’t do anything. I then tried a rollup which worked, but has the output as a text string with commas (Deal 1, Deal 2, Deal 3…) as opposed to the typical “bubbles” or “tokens” you see with multi-select fields. Is there a way to make it show up as “bubbles” or “tokens” See below for illustration. Thank you!

I’m running into an issue trying to “group by” a linked record. The grouping works as expected when I use one linked record field, but it does not when I use another. Video here - Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software One difference is that the Contractor field is linked directly. The Project field (the one I want to use that does not work) is a Lookup field. If I create a simple Formula field that is only “=[Project]” to get it to display as text, then I can group by that formula field as intended. Has anyone run into this?

Hello everyone. I’m stumped with an apparent “bug” with the button field I’m hoping someone can resolve. I have a button configured to open Outlook (desktop) and send the contents of a record in an email, filling the addresses, subject and body using mailto code, etc. It works fine 95% of the time but every so often you click the button, and nothing happens. You can even see in the status bar at the bottom of the browser the code already to go, but for some reason…nothing. Anyone else having this issue or can suggest how to resolve it? Thank you?

I have 3 tables: Budget, Liabilities, Projections. All have different columns, but there is one Total column in each table for multiple items, and I want to link to the sum of that Total column. Example: Budget = $5,000; Liabilities = $2,000; Projections = $15,000. I want the Overview to have a row for each, with that sum value in a column. I want to have a 4th table (Overview) with 3 rows, one for each table, and one column linking the Total from each table, that’s it. How can I do this? I’ve been able to use rollup but I need a separate column for each table and it looks odd. Any way to have one column showing the Total from each table on the 4th table?

Hi everybody, I’m new here and i passed all the afternoon trying to find a solution… My boss asked me to add to an existing database photos from a folder in Google drive that have more than 6000 references. I would like to do it automaticaly, the database has only 300 specifics references and i would like that the system find which photo correspond to which record to add it in attachement files. Just as a precision if it can helps, the references of each record and the “name” of the photo are the same, i just need the system upload me this 300 specific photos not the 6000 ones. Thank you !!

Hi there: On my website, I endeavor to: collect email address from user (used as an identifier) provide an image picker for an media type (ex: PDF, jpeg) store media in a file share somewhere (ex: G-Drive, Box, DropBox, Cloudinary, Typeform) synch the media (not just URL) between the file share and AirTable Bonus: The file share uses Google Computer Vision API for OCR and template recognition (ex: Box, Cloudinary). So what’s the best file picker, smart storage (ex: Cloudinary, Box), and integration tool?

Anyone else having issues with apps loading today? I am using chart and search app, but they keep crashing. The base is working fine as long as I don’t open the app.
