Hi there, I am a new enthusiastic in Airtable, so forgive me stupidity ;-), but: A few days ago there handles most left on the records so I could drag them in another group of records (in the same table of course). But now these handles suddenly seem disappeared. Does anyone know what is going on here? Best regards,

I see when sharing a grid view link, users can’t see and therefore can’t click on the hidden fields, but when I create a base view link, the blue box with the hidden fields can be seen and clicked on. Is there no way to hide the hidden fields in base view? I was hoping to give users just 1 link so they can see the whole base with all the tables. If I can’t hide the hidden fields (with lots of formula workings), I’ll have to create 23 grid view links, 1 for each table! Hoping I’m missing something obvious here. Any help would be greatly appreciated it!

Hi, Just got set up with Enterprise and we had a workspace added to the account but I can’t figure out how to add a workspace under the enterprise umbrella. Anybody know how that happens?

I am looking to connect a Google Form to submit information with an ID# into Airtable through automations. Is there a way that when the info and ID number are entered in the form, that the result can drop into the correct row on the Airtable spreadsheet to match the same ID Number that is listed in a column on the spreadsheet?

Hi, I created a shareable link for a grid view. However, when I open this link and expand a record, the comments are missing. Is there a way to include them? Thanks.

Is it possible to get the “Suggested Views” to stop showing in the sidebar? This takes up a lot of prime real estate. On my screen I can only see 5 of my many views :stuck_out_tongue: Also, I would prefer to have a single “Create a view button”, but that’s more of a feature request.

I am trying to make an automation that will send attachments from airtable using airtable automations when a record enters a specific view. I made an attachment field in the table and added the two attachments I want to send. I can get it to send an email, but cannot get it to actually include the attachments. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Here’s the use case with some qualifications in hopes of making my ask clearer: I work for an agency where we are using an AirTable workspace with multiple bases to work with a client. For the primary base both teams are using to collaborate, my team are all Creator/Owner level, and the client is all Editor level. The base has dozens of tables where my team is doing their work. That said, the nature of our work is such that we do not want to necessarily show the work to the client until the table is presentation-ready. I would like to be able to hide a table from the client team until I’m ready to share it and solicit feedback. My current approach is to just duplicate the entire base and keep it on a separate staging workspace, then once it’s done, I just copy and paste the records into the client-visible table. Hello, I am about to upgrade one of my workspace to the Pro Plan. I have a special discount for the Pro plan if I pay annually + an extra one (I guess I am a good customer). If I transfer the ownership in a few month and then change the credit card information, would the new owner will keep the same price when the plan will renew in Nov. 2021, or it will be back to the original price with no special discount ? Hello, I am working on a form to allow a user to set an event that will be reoccurring for a given date range. For example, they need to submit an event that could be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 3 weeks. Is it possible to set this up in airtable? I am wanting to make a form where they can submit this reoccurring date range. Thanks!

I am encountering a problem with the pdf generated via the Gantt app. On the Mac it is no problem printing the pdf through the standard Preview app. But the generated Gantt chart is quite large, so I wanted to print it on several sheets, using Adobe software. In that way you compose one large image from different prints. Except… that Adobe does not want to print the PDF. Whatever I try, it generates an error message. Airtable support indicates that no issues are known with printing PDF’s, and suggests contacting Adobe. I’m trying to do so, but that is another kind of challenge :winking_face: Meanwhile: is there anybody who recognises this problem? I live in an area with poor internet connection. I was wondering how much data I would need to use Airtable?

For especially sensitive data such as credit card numbers, it would be great to be able to add an extra layer of encryption (e.g AES) by encrypting that data before it enters an Airtable sheet/base from the API. I found an app called Encryptor from Integromat. Do you know of any other programs that can simply encrypt and decrypt text/numeric data through an API?

Anyone have the same issue? I can type maybe a few words and then it freezes. I exit and restart and maybe on the 5th try it lets me finish the comment and post. I am working in Chrome. Many colleagues are also in Chrome and have no issues.

So I have thousands of images stored as attachments within a base. Each record in the base has 1 image attached to the “Image” column I have created. When I export my base to a CSV file, instead of giving the URL it gives the internal image name followed by the url IN ( ). I used this guide to create my current setup. I am trying to take get a list of words that are unique across the “sentences” column as the “Word array Rollup).” So currently “Sentences” under the “Calc” sheet is taking values from “Sentences” on the “Sentences and words” sheet. The rollup “@WordArray” then creates an array from the values in that linked list. Finally, back on the first sheet I want to take unique words from the rollup “@WordArray” on the “calc” sheet. Hi! I have a Lookup column that gets one or more images from another table. Now I need to get each image link in its own column. I already have the formula to extract the images URLs, but how do I get each of the URLs in a separated column? Thanks!

I use Evernote for daily notes of all activities for each week in one daily note. I use an Evernote template each week to start the process for the week and include various URL links to outside programs (i.e., Google Drive files, etc.) that I use regularly. I want to create a URL link in my Evernote template to link back to an Airtable base for call logging. I cannot determine a method to find or create a link for a specific Airtable base that I would paste in the Evernote template for regular use. Any ideas or best past practices? Hi, I am wondering if there is any way to display a single record with multiple dates in the calendar view? In the calendar view it says I can’t so is there any separate app or work around for this? What we’re trying to do is create a delivery schedule where our sales team will fill out a form which they put in date, name and select a delivery slot. For large jobs, they can select multiple delivery slots so that the delivery team is not overbooked on a certain date. But when they select multiple delivery slots, these count as a record with multiple dates so they don’t display. I checked other threads however they’re quite old now and wasn’t able to figure out a solution. Thanks!

I’m trying to figure out whether this is going to be possible, and would appreciate any pointers. I’ve been asked to set up a system to book fittings for protective equipment (COVID related). There are three constraints: Each booking slot is 30 minutes between 11am-5pm M-S (there is a definitive start and end date) Each booking slot can book access to one or more pieces of equipment (there are 180 individually numbered items in total). Once a piece of equipment has been booked it isn’t available to anyone else that day (they are re-sanitized at 5pm). Hi! I’m trying to make a sign-up form for booking 3 different classes with 3 sessions each. So Airtable would have 9 sessions and 3 classes. The form would have 2 fields: the class and the session. The “class” (linked field) would be prefilled on the form based on the link it came from. But how can I make only the relevant sessions come up as options? In more detail: Class A: Session 1, Session 2, Session 3 Class B: Session 4, Session 5, Session 6 Class C: Session 7, Session 8, Session 9 If Class A is selected, is there any way to filter the options such that only Session 1, Session 2, and Session 3 show up? Maybe another linked field or multiple choice field would be best, though I’m not sure how to do that. Looking for a way to do this without making a view per class. My ideal would be to just have one multi-purpose form that I can prefill. Thank you very much!!

My first one is, can I calculate how many days there are from column B e.g. Column A is the date a property was loaded online column B is how many days a property has been online… any help would be appreciated.
