I’m using a form to collect data. I have a checkbox at the end which is required to be ticked. But the box is very faint on certain devices! I’ve included two screenshots below. In the first one, the tickbox is there, but is almost invisible. Once ticked, the box is really easy to see, as shown in the second screenshot. I assume this is related to the theme, but I also assume that I can’t change that?

Is it possible to import from csv and overwrite the current data in airtable? We intend to use Airtable to schedule and track email campaigns. Once the campaign is created we would go back to the record and add the data for opens / clicks etc The data changes from day to day, so we need to overwrite the current data with the new data.

I would like to add a field for each line created (each line represents a new client, with a new job) where i can add some secret informations that i don’t want to share with the other person. I’m so confused using the Dedupe block. It doesn’t MERGE anything. It just keeps the primary record. Let’s say I have a table with Name, Email, Phone, Address, and Transactions. I select find dups records as Name and Email, 2 Records appear. has the phone and transactions. has the address How do I merge the address into record 1 or the phone and transactions into record 2. So I only have one records the with Name, Email, Phone, Address, and Transactions. What am I overlooking?

I’m trying to save our school some money and create a base that allows me to use the barcode scanner to keep track of the students in the breakfast program. I want to use the barcode scanner to scan their student id when i create a new record. I have one table set up with the students info, but how do i get the other table to look up the barcode i just scanned, and see it as the student? I’m having a hard time with the logic.

Right now I’m billing a commission directly to the professionnals, but i’m planning to bill directly the client in order to increase my commission %. Hi, I’m wondering if it’s possible to have a multi-item order record and deduct from our inventory table without having to enter each item in the unique orders as a separate record. For example, if Stefani places an order as order number 100 for 2 chicken breasts, 3 racks of lamb, and 1 whole chicken (we are a butcher shop), I am currently entering order 100 three times, as three separate records, so that I can use a quantity field to deduct from our inventory table. Is there a way to have Stefani’s order under 1 record, and still have each of those items/quantities deducted from our product inventory? Thanks! When I adjust a predecessor to end earlier, how do I get the successor to also start earlier? ie - how do i create a fixed finish-to-start dependency with a fixed amount if time between them? This is how every other gantt schedule program I’ve used does it ( ex. finish-start + 0 days )

I’ve a Pro workspace so was hoping to achieve my desired outcome with the Page Designer Block. Although I can get the layout I want, I can’t easily export a png or JPEG for quick use on social media. I’m new to Airtable so think I must be missing something obvious. I’ve done a lot of searching but haven’t found anything suitable so if anyone has any advice I’d be grateful. My objective: I have a base with a sports team’s player names and their photo. The team manager selects the team by adding the chosen players to a multi-select field. I then want a single team image of the players’ names, their photos (from the base). If you’ve ever watched sports you will have seen this sort of thing a lot at the start of matches. My current workaround is to use the Page Design Block and show the custom page full screen and take a screenshot. I cannot figure out how does Integromat Trigger field work? What does it actually mean? I point IM to watch an Airtable and set the Trigger field to date created? I run the scenario and it pulls the record. I I run it again, it gives me “null” result. Does IM look for the latest item in the table and once it registers it, it never touches it again? What if there is is more than one entry? Can someone please explain the flow behind the Trigger field?

Attachment field type has a nice preview element for audio files. They can be played by clicking on the ‘play’ icon. Is there a keyboard shortcut for playing those file? I didn’t find it in the official list.

Not 100% sure where this should go but: I am using airtable as a database for the teas we have in stock. However, when a tea goes out of stock, I would like to mark the item as “finished” and relocate it to a new table automatically so it isn’t included in the main count and doesn’t clutter up the table. While I know I can do that using a filter, people who are unfamiliar with airtable (or even spreadsheets/databases) have found this difficult. I don’t want to lose the information entirely since it lets me know if something we got didn’t go over well and we don’t want to purchase again or if it’s something we really enjoyed, I want to be able to quickly add it back to the main table. Please let me know if this is possible? I’d rather avoid manually moving this data but understand if that’s the only way.

I have a separate table for contacts, name, email, tel, address, etc. In the primary field, I enter the person’s name, eg. John Smith. Having read somewhere useful for the base design to have separate fields for a person’s name, I have added two fields immediately to the right of the primary, field name FN (for first name) and SN (for surname). Each field option Single Select. Which means that whenever I add a record in the primary field I also have to add the person’s first and surname separately to the respective fields. I sort on primary field and that suits my needs, as in the event not finding instantly does a filter or simple search. But unless there is some benefit to the database set-up evolution in having two separate fields for FN and SN I can’t see any advantage. Is there? and if so then what is it? tia

I want to clone a field from Entity 1 to entity 2, usually this is trivial. But the field is an attachment field, “cmsLogo”. When I use values, it “works” but shows a weird formatted string. I tried other options such as values.1 and values[1] but no luck. Any idea how to get the url only?

Hi! Is it possible to save the names of uploaded files? I use Airtable to backup my Cognito forms using ZAPier. Everything works great, but filenames change during synchronization.

Is there a way to use Sort or Filter and then have each set of results be separated onto a new table (or new export)? For example, let’s say I have 3 names: Al, Beth, and Cindy. When I Sort/Filter by name, Al has 2 results, Beth has 4, and Cindy has 5. I know I can Filter by Al, Beth and Cindy separately, and then copy or export the results. Which is ok for 3 names, but very time consuming with 100 names. Is there a way to have the results by name automatically populate onto separate tables or separate exported files by name? So that Al’s results, Beth’s results, and Cindy’s results are automatically separated for me?
