Hey Guys: Is there a way to take the result of a rollup that is comma separated and then convert it to a bulleted list in another field?

My Table A is a list of Staff members, and is linked to Table B.  Table B are records of Agreements, with one of the fields being Company (the company name of that Agreement.  We have several companies).  A record in Table A (Staff) has multiple Agreements in Table B.  We would like to have a field in Table A (Rollup presumably) to list the company of the agreement with the latest End Date.  End Date is a date field in Table B.  Here is what I tried:But I could not find a condition for the Date field to be the latest date.  Is there a way to conditionally list only the Date field with the latest date?  Thanks, Khuned

This is a serious question. I've been blown off for over a week. Heather Chambers sent me an email which completely ignored my questions and is actively ignoring me. So we've set an Airtable Automation where every day at 12:00PM it sends an email digest to the project managers to show Rush or High Priority tasks that are due today or before today. I had two questions:1. How do I set the scheduled time "everyday" except saturday and sunday? I don't want to turn it off manually every weekends and turn back on on weekdays, but only optons are "days" and "weeks" so please let me know.2. Is there a way to have the link of each task on the email? For instance, once we get those emails with the tasks due, it would be nice to have it where each task comes with the respective Airtable link that leads to the corresponding task right away. I've attached the screenshot of current automation set. Hi guys,Im new to Airtable but loving it so far. I just have one issue. - I need to get a HEX color code from a status (approved, awaiting approval and rejected, green, yellow and red) to a new field. How do i actually link the status to a hex color code? 

The Page Designer extension includes a static field to contain an image. I often use this field to contain our company logo on the header of a Page Designer template. The static field requires that you specify an image URL. Up to this point, I have used a single record in a “globals” table to host the company logo in an attachment field; grab the logo’s AirTable URL and set the Page Designer static image field accordingly. This is now broken. I believe it’s because of the AirTable attachment URL security feature, making the URLs dynamic after a couple hours (something like that). I have no other way of hosting the company logo on a public URL. Page Designer has no method of “uploading” an image instead of the URL reference as I understand it. How can I fix this? Is there an alternative method of hosting the image without using another 3rd party service? Is there a way to shut off the dynamic URL on attachments for a single record? Hello All, I am not sure if this is a bug or if I have something set up incorrect. I have a user that is given access to an interface without access to the base. However her notifications will occasionally send her to the base which se of course does not have access too. I have experienced this as well, some of my notifications will bring me to the interface and some will being me to the base. We only use the interfaces in our day to day, so I am not sure why it would send us to the base. Thank You.

I have written to the support staff twice, but we have not received a response from them either.Perhaps you could advise me on how to obtain more information about the status of our application and whether additional documents or information are required from our end.It's worth mentioning that we have already been classified as a non-profit organization by Google and several other companies. However, due to our limited budget, we need to consider whether we can continue to afford the costs of Airtable.Thank you in advance.

I think this has been asked before, but I can’t figure out if it was ever answered: Is there any way to do row-based conditional formatting? I.e. is it possible for me to format a row (let’s say, make it all BOLD or add a color to it), depending on the value inside one of the cells/records within the row?

I would like to convert this text into an HTML format so I can send an API call to a particular software, but no matter what I do this text output always come out wrong on this software.I am using a "markdown to HTML" formatter for this via Zapier and I believe this rich text might not be markdown hence causing this issue, could anyone give their input and how I can convert this text into a HTML format

I there a block or formula that will create barcodes for items in my database using the individual fields in each table? Example: I have an item with a auto number, name, retail price, taxable fields that I want to capture in a barcode. How can I accomplish this? Jay

So possibly a unique case here that I haven’t seen anything on yet. Looking at using airtable for welding production tracking on a construction site. The work, in simple terms, is welding a bunch of steel plates together on a wall to make a continuous plate. If you can imagine a series of rectangles lined up on a wall, each seam between rectangles is a weld. We currently have a list of all individual plates on the job, and then have fairly complex ID #s (29M1LGE22 for example, each character defining a certain position). The way you would identify what WELD you want to pull up would be to search two plates that are adjacent, and the weld ID would be the conjunction of those two plate IDs (is 29M1LGE22-29M1LGE23). We will be doing many welds per day, so as you can imagine writing down or searching out every individual ID would be very tedious. My thought/hope is to slap a barcode on every single plate and log those barcodes into a database.

I need to add 100 barcodes to physical objects. The objects are already in a database. I can create 100 barcode numbers outside AirTable but then I need to scan each one to add to the barcode to the barcode field in AirTable. Time consuming. Or I could add the numbers to the barcode field? No I can’t … then the AirTable barcode field will not generate the barcode image to be able to print and attach to the physical object. Has anybody got any ideas?

Example: current email: alphabet@abc.com.vn; new email in new workspace: alphabet@sub.abc.com.vn. As of today I cannot edit or create and fields in my Airtables. When I try and save edits, it loads for about ten seconds and then gives me an error and tells me to refresh. If I create a new field it looks fine for about ten seconds and then it forces me to refresh. After refreshing any changes are gone.This happens in my web browser and the AirTable app. I have tried restarting the browser/app, restarting the computer, etc., but nothing helps.Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am trying to create a scoring system using Airtable where judges can score a team (with the different metrics in columns). What I have done: Created 3 different tables for each judge Each judge’s table has a list of all the teams (teams are populated as new records across all judges’ tables automatically using external software) Judges can manually key in the score for each metric and an overall score is automatically calculated in the respective record What I need help with: However, I want to create a new table which gives a summary of the overall score for each team for each judge (i.e. looking across a particular record, I will be able to see the overall score for judges A, B and C). Hi,When we originally set up our Airtable SSO integration, it was set to match against the user primary identifier (we call it a netid) instead of using the email field. Let's say my netid is d39562b. When I log in with SSO, my account email address looks like: d39562b@dartmouth.edu.However, if I don't have an Airtable account, and someone sends me an invite to join a base or workspace, the email goes to the email address which is my "real" one - joseph.montibello@dartmouth.edu. Then if I accept the invite, my account email address will be that form (joseph.montibello@dartmouth.edu). Hi all, I am new to Airtable and new to the field also. I am based in Israel and I am trying to build some tables where the Gregorian Calendar (which is the default) is linked to the Hebrew calendar. For instance, I am creating a form where the user will either input an English date of birth or a Hebrew date of birth. In both instances I will need the table to calculate either the original Hebrew date, or the original English date. When it comes to due dates also, I would like to be able to query in either the Hebrew or English dates ie. all the birthdays in September or all the birthdays in אלול. There are many sources of Hebrew dates out there, one I found on Hebcal website. Can anyone help me achieve this? Many thanks in advance

I help multiple clients so the solution I seek needs to be able to work in an environment where I have the airtable base > then I have a client > the client has prospects and customers they need to email.I'm trying to determine if it's possible to send 1-to-1 emails to prospects or customers for my clients from Airtables without having to setup a secondary email tool (lemlist, hubspot, mixmax, etc) for each client. Can I connect directly to the client's email address? Is there an integration that provides visibility on delivery, opens, and clicks for the emails sent directly from a client's email address?Sendgrid isn't an option because corporate IT or lack of knowledge on the client side will prevent the emails for ever getting sent out.I'd prefer not to set up Lemlist (or comparable tool) for each client because it's 1 more login/tool to manage (in addition to the monthly fee)...but if that's the only option I'll make it work.  Any sugge

I get this message multiple times a day across many Bases. Is there something I can check that might be causing this?

Last week,  Airtable support sent me an email saying that (as I had requested) they updated a workspace to  the team plan.But in fact the workspace is now missing and none of my workspaces are upgraded.I have not gotten a response from support in days.Needless to say, I'm extremely frusrtrated.How do I get out of this?  

I would love to learn if there is a way I can connect Airtable to social media accounts. That way, I can gather data and create graphs within Airtable that already has access to all of the social media platforms data history. Looking forward to hearing from the community!
