Hello everyone,I have embed a form on a weblfow page so that candidates can apply directly through my website.The form has around 30 questions so it is pretty long.Everything works pretty well on desktop but on mobile, the form gets blocked while im scrolling as I feel like the Airtable embed scroll takes over the webflow page general scroll.It is only on mobile and i don't know how to solve that. I changed my embed height so it takes the whole form but i still have an issue with scrolling.Here is my the link to the website : https://www.spacegreen.co/applyIt works well on desktop but if you try on mobile, you can scroll the beginning of the page but as you get through the form, the scrolling gets locked with no way to scroll past upwards on downwards. The only solution to bypass that is to go scroll really fast to the bottom of the page so the embed scroll

In my ‘Properties’ table - I want to add all the details relating to my property including Seller details, Escrow company etc, which I want to link from my Contacts table, but it is causing multiple ‘properties’ columns in my Contacts table when I feel like it should all appear in the one column? TLDR: I'm not able to upgrade to a Business account, and when I go to my workspace, it says it does not belong to my company. I am the sole billable collaborator in that workspace, and I'm listed there as Owner.---I'm a consultant. A year ago, I set up an AirTable Workspace for one of my clients, adding them as a billable collaborator. I paid for their first year of use myself. When the new plan structure came along, I upgraded my own workspace (A) to Business, and the client workspace (B) became Teams level. This morning I wanted to switch from monthly to annual billing. This wasn't an option, so I tried downgrading temporarily to Teams to see if then when I upgraded again, the Annual billing option would be back.But it won't let me upgrade. When I go to my workspace, it says it's external: "This workspace does not belong to your company."Who does it belong to? I've gone through all the new plans and understand that when our plan renews (we are on Annual Pro Starter Pack currently) we will be changed to the Team plan.But I am still uncertain as to the pricing - we currently pay $348 annually for up to 5 seats.  I have read that the discount remains that we were getting on the Pro Plan - but what does that mean actually. We currently have 2 users.Has anyone been moved from Pro Starter Pack - annual to the new team plan annual. Can you tell me what the renewal price was? Thanks! -The only post I could find I think was for someone who was moved off the starter pack before renewal and lost the discount.

I’m working on an app to keep records for a children’s club. We try to get their birthdays, but sometimes they don’t know the year they were born. Is there a way to enter only the month and day? Ultimately I want to use the date to calculate the age, but I can have a check box to test if the date isn’t complete. Alternately, maybe I can use the age if we know it to calculate the year. I would like ideas for the best way to handle this. Thank you.

Hi, I am total new for airatable. So sorry in advance if it was asked before. But I was not able to find it. I am trying to figure out if Airtable could be use as kind of an ERP. Basically create orders by our sales and than “do automate stuff around it”. Basically I am starting to create table with Form that they would fill up/use with new order. Now to question. Is it possible to create Unique ID that would have specific set of numbers and logic around it for each order? For example: Every order would have unique number Every order number is exactly 10 lenght First two numbers are fixed (11-----) Third and fourth nubmer are last two digits of year (1122…) Fifth number office number (Karen is from Europe office so it would be fixed “5” but Bob is from America so he would have fixed “6”, etc… last five numbers are always unique number always increased by 1 from 00000 to 00001, 00002, etc…

Hi there! I am looking for a solution how to export my Airtables to Excel (or csv) and change the number format at the same time. Example: I have a column with prices and they’re displayed in the format $1,000.00 but I need them in the format $1.000,00 as I am in Europe where this format is more common. I'm currently working on a project where I've implemented a referral code system in Airtable, and I could use some guidance on handling potential duplicates.Here's a brief overview of the situation: I generate referral codes in the format "Four letters of firstname, -D, and last 2 digits of the phone number." For instance, if I have a user named Johnathan with the phone number ending in 19, the referral code would be JOHN-D19. If i have another user named John with the phone number ending in 19, the referral code would also be JOHN-D19. Now, the challenge I'm facing is that I want to avoid assigning the same referral code to different individuals. To achieve this, I'm looking for a solution to identify and handle duplicates. Here's the logic I'm aiming for:Identify Duplicate Referral Codes:If the referral code is duplicated, proceed to the next step.

Some photos I upload into a table appear sideways both in the table view and expanded cell view, even though the photos themselves are upright in the upload window. I tried to rotate them 90% so they appear sideways in the upload screen, but then they rotate 180% to still appear sideways in the table facing the other way. Help?

I would like to build a library of follow up emails that are stored in a table that will go out to customers at different times depending on where they are in the sales process.  I would like to personalize the emails and provide some other specific information specific to their account.   I envision it as it being kind of a form letter with variables situation For exampleDear {Customer First Name}We have you scheduled for service on {Service Date} arriving between {Start Time} and {End Time}.We look forward to seeing you{Sales person name}There will be 5-10 different emails so I would like for these to be stored in a table that can be easily changed or added to and can be run through a single automation.   I would appreciate any thoughts on how this could possibly be accomplished.  I"m open to using formulas, automations, scripts..  Thanks in advance!

Hello, probably this topic was discussed here in several ways, but cant find final solution for us. We need to make payment list and as some of the payments are made every month, once click on checkbox, that was that particular row in table payed, it will automatically make copy of the row to next month. Any idea how to do this please? Thank you!

The Problem I'm HavingThe below image will probably tell it best. I have a chart that appears to have duplicate x-asis labeling. Ideally, this data would have a single value per month, but it is duplicating upto 5 times for a given month. What I've DoneI suspect this may be a UI issue because when I scale my Chrome browser to 150x, I get a single x-axis value.This solution doesnt work for me because I have multiple stakeholders who view this data, and explaining to them to fine tune their monitor until theyu get their desired row count just wouldnt work. My QuestionBesides adjusting the zoom ratio of my screen, are there any other solutions you can suggest?

Hi, is there a way to make the row height larger than the default using the mobile app? I have my row height set to x-large on Desktop so I can see the pictures that are attached to my rows; is there a way to adjust that setting on the iPhone app?

Unsure of the best approach so I would love some suggestions on this;Background & current process;We book training sessions for clients. We currently create one Airtable record for each session to set different dates for them. Each session (record) immediately receives a confirmation email (triggered through Zapier) once we change the status to 'Confirmed'. Sessions are linked to a Company.One issue with this is that clients often book multiple sessions at once, so upon confirming them in Airtable they will receive multiple confirmation emails that are almost identical (only the date/time changes). we currently use Google in order to sign on to our airtable. the company is migrating to Office 365 mail boxes. once we have finished migration to office 365, we cannot keep using the google sign in option…but, we can login regularly. question is, do we keep all the data of airtable in the new account? or is it all gone ? :frowning:

Let me break down my set up.Table: Project Tracker - contains all over all project information. Linked to Hours TrackerTable: Hours Tracker - where coordinators input the daily hourly information by the project they are working on. Projects can be worked on from anywhere from .5hrs to 8hrs and people can work on multiple projects a day. There can be multiple records per project per day for different amounts. I currently have the current project monthly hours by having a date format field to pull that date's month, have a view where it's grouped by month and then project to get the summary for the month and by project. Hi,I've tried using automations to "find records" but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I have a platform where we assign people from our "Staff Directory" to different stations of an event. I want to have a linked field that adds anyone assigned to a station to a general "Staff Assigned" field that I can pull e-mails from (already have that part setup). How can I have "Staff Assigned" update as each field is updated? Is there another or better way to do this?  

I have a formula that pulls text from another field. That field is a link to another table. Airtable is creating quotation marks around the text if the text contains any punctuation marks. Is there a way of stopping this??

Does anyone know what the character limit is for the length of URLs of photo images exported in CSV files? Is there a way to limit the URL size/length?   

first off: recurring issue: where can i report bugs?the record history seems to give wrong information when the change in the record was an addition of a linked record. the record history should say "[USER] created this ['record' or custom name for record as per table settings]" but it does not respect the table settings of the related table and does not use the custom name of the record of the linked table.i.e. i have two linked tables, one called "products" and one "sales". the tables are set up so that records in the "products" table are called 'product' and in the sales table are called 'sale' (for example in the footer of the table when summing up etc).when i create a record in the sales table say 'sale #5239234' related to say the record 'GREEN APPLE' on the product table, the record history of that 'GREEN APPLE' records should say "[User] created this sale" and display the change in the link-field. instead it says "[User] created this product", but i crea
