I’ve followed the steps in this article to sync my base’s calendar view with Outlook. I get the successful import message, but none of my dates show up on my calendar. What am I missing?

Is it possible to edit multiple rows at once? I can select multiple rows, but it seems I can only mass delete or mass share - I want to set a certain field value for multiple rows at once.

SYNC TABLE WHILE KEEPING RELATED TABLES.Hello Airtable community,I have a situation that I don't know how to resolve with a synchronized table.1- Situation: I have a "Matrix" table in a base that I've been using since before the option to synchronize bases, where I've built a database with linked tables and a very robust interface.2- Problem: Now I find myself in the dilemma that I have a database in another base generated for "players" in my case, and what I would like is to synchronize it with my "Matrix" table while maintaining the columns generated with the linked tables, as well as the different lookups and rollups.The current situation is blocking me from creating a more collaborative interface with information from different bases.3- Question: Do you think what I'm considering is possible?Thank you very much!

Is there a way to mirror information from a lookup field into an adjacent long text field? I'm using Diagram Automator and the "insert image" function can't read/populate a URL from lookup field only a text field.Maybe a formula or script that could be used as an automation?

Hello. I've been working on a database template to share with other organizations doing similar work. I've recently published that template to the Airtable Universe, but two views are not transferring correctly. These two views are filtered views, and they are filtered based on the values in a lookup field. They are working in my base, but in the published version, the filter remains, but the values are listed as "unnamed position." Those look-up fields are themselves looking up data from a linked field that meets certain criteria. I'm assuming there is something that is breaking in all the steps necessary to carry this over. Any ideas?

Hello, I’m building a database for work and it works pretty well. I’ve just one small problem with linking field on 2 tables in a one-to-many way. I’m linking 1 record from table1 to many records on table2. Works great. On table 2, I desactivated the multirecord link so I can only link 1 record form table1. Great again. The problem is that from table 1 I can make another record which link to the same record on table 2. So when I look in my second table, in my “single record link field” I still end up with 2 differents records from table1 ! So what I would need is to be able to link multiple records from table1 to table2 but without being able to record 2 time the same one. Any idea ? Thanks you for this wonderfull tool ! Nicolas

It seems this may not be a robust as I’d hoped. I have set up project and task tables. I would like many tasks to one project. I went to tasks table, created link to projects with “allow linking to multiple records” disabled. This works great for assigning a task to a project. If I now go to the projects table I can still assign an already assigned task to a different project and this then carries back through to ‘pollute’ the task can only be assigned to one project constraint I set up. Seems the many to one is not truly in the database but just in the selection phase of the app. Worst case I could hide the link field in the Projects table and replace it with a lookup showing the same thing - this will force users to initate the link in the tasks table where the front end entry is enforcing the one-to-many while still allowing view of tasks. Is this just a limitation or is there a way I can work around this? Thanks, Sam

Designing a Form in which I need a user to be able to select an Item from dropdown menu representing a Linked Record field, and then be shown what that Item looks like via Lookup of an Attachment field in the linked table, I’m shown an alert: “This field is read-only and won’t be displayed in the form”. The use case is straightforward though, and high-value: Forms that can allow user to see what to vote for. It’s available in rival products. When can I expect it in Airtable Forms?

Is there any plan to encourage developers to build more apps and write more scripts to marketplace? From the conversation I saw in the forum, getting your apps approved is so difficult and long. I feel Airtable now lacks vibrancy and enthusiasm of other tools (monday.com or coda.io).

Hello, I am seeking to pull a record that would have an image and then a few fields under the image from the same record and then repeat for all records in a filter. The custom text and layout fields of the page designer as well as being able to export make it quite desirable for this but I’m having issues getting the records to populate in this manner. The gallery view provides most of what I need as it gives me multiple records (of which I can filter by field) but the limitations on styling keep it from being an answer to my issue. The screen shot is of a gallery view, the first image/ record is laid out in the manner I’m seeking, and the second is the gallery view unchanged. Any assistance would be great.

Hi, Am I missing this option, or do I need to submit a feature request? I have a Table called Statuses, which I use on multiple tables and multiple fields so that I don’t have to setup a single select 20+ times. When I make a new record, any fields linked to Statuses should default to “0-Not Started” record form Statuses. Is there an option I am missing to set the default linked field?

I am using Integromat to pick up a webhook sent from Airtable. To answer some of the questions in that original post: I understand this is not a cure-all security method, it does provide one more layer of protection. Yes, a webhook is my preferred method of sending data from Airtable in this instance as this webhook works across a number of services - so it is not a read Airtable first scenario. Thanks

HiI have some linked tables. The first link is between "People" and "Working Groups". When in the Working Group table I can look up people's names and add them to the field "Members". When in the People table, I can make a link back to Working Groups, and a field called working groups will self populate with all the Working Groups that people are members off. This is all working fine.I have a second link between "People" and "Training". When in the Training table I can look up people's names and add them to the field "Attendees". When in the People table, I can make a link back to Training, but I can't make a field that will self populate with all the training people have received. What am I doing wrong?The only difference in layout between Working Groups and Training, is that training's unique identifier is a date.Any light you could shed would be very helpful.Thanks,Davva

For some reason I cannot select the text within my formulas, meaning I cannot choose which text to copy for pasting later. It is only within the formula editing that I cannot edit the text. I can select text everywhere else:Selected text on here:Can't select text hereOkay to select text here:

While on a product feedback call with proj. management platform ClickUp, I asked if there were any 'Airtable-like features' in development or on their roadmap.I proceeded to explain my love for Airtable as an early adopter, but they continue to make user-hostile changes, refuse to listen to the community, & price increases. "Are you familiar with Airtable?" I asked.  "Yes, only because I've had 3-4 people tell me the same exact thing in the past few months. The team is looking into what it might look like." So to the point of my story. If he's heard it 3-4 times, ClickUp has had DOZENS (or more?) of requests from unhappy Airtable customers. This also means HUNDREDS (or more?) of folks have shared similar sentiments to other productivity SaaS. My true hope is to stick with Airtable, that it goes back to respecting the community, especially after all the layoffs but without changes at the top, I'm doubtful.  

I accidentally deleted a base and restored it from trash but none of my information is in it. I am getting an error message. Base not found.

I have three forms to fill out with data, and they go in sequence. Is there any way that the answers from all three forms go into one entry. Right now, each form creates a new record.

I first want to say how much I love using Airtable. But am super confused. I thought I was paying for a monthly rate and the charge on my credit card today was over $1000. So in Canadian funds that is over $1300. I can possibly pay that!!! Help!

Hi, all -I'm fairly new to Airtable and use this software to track participants for trainings that we offer. In some instances we have a participant attend more than one of our trainings. I currently have our trainings set up as a multiple choice field but when I group by trainings attended, it's putting these students in a different bucket and I would rather their individual names show up in each of the attended training, not create an additional section - picture for reference of how it currently looks. Hoping this makes sense and any help is greatly appreciated! 

Is there a way to copy a base schema between accounts? So I don’t need the data - but I’d like to copy the schema (all the tables in a base) to another account. Is there an easy way to do this?
