Hi everyone, I am wondering if it's possible to create radar charts using Airtable Extensions. I would prefer a way that allows me to create one with minimal code, but I am open to other methods as well.Thanks!

Over the past few weeks we made changes to our data. We have a main reference base where we link a number of tables from and after changing and deleting some information from that base, Airtable has been reallocating records (wrong ones) in every single linked table. Can anyone let me know how to resolve this? We have a table that has a list of organisation names that is synced to various tables. After we cleaned out that list, we realised that where Airtable would usually leave a linked record blank when something was deleted in the main reference list, it is replacing the deleted data with its own data (organisation names on the list 

Hi everyone! Just a simple question (so simple that the bot did not manage to answer to it) from a real dummy. I just use Airtable to store personal data (no shared base, no third apps use): will the API keys deprecating affect the availability of my datas? Will it prevent me from sign in into my bases? Thanks a lot to anyone who will solve my douts. 

When I type in the name of a task ticket in the Primary Field, is there a way to quickly confirm the name, exit the cell and make a new record?At the moment to do the behavior I'm asking about:-I make a new record, with the + or shift enter, enter in my name \ string, hit esc, then shift enter to make the next record.The desired behavior would be a hotkey or shortcut that combines the sequence Esc + Shift Enter.  Shift + Enter after string entry --while data entry in the cell is still active-- would be ideal to work with current new record behavior.

Hello all!  I'm using airtable for my inventory management system.  I'm using a bar code extension, and it needs a field to generate barcodes from that will be either 12 or 13 digits.  I already have a field that has just started from one and numbered each record / item sequentially.  So I'd like to change it to just add enough leading zeros that it will work with the barcode generator.  I don't even know where to start, and everything I tried to google was way more complex than my current understanding of code / scripting.  Would be easier for me to understand if there were a solution with airtable formulas but whatever works.  Thanks!

Anyone know what determines the start of the week in Calendar View? I have some bases where the week starts on Monday and others where it starts on Sunday, but I’m not sure why and I have no idea how to switch between them.

I'm new to my company and there are a lot of existing bases set up that I have access to where I can use the Gantt chart feature and other features on the Team Plan. When I go to make my own base, mine are on the free plan. I'm a paid user, so is the team plan based on the workspace? I'm confused why I'm paying for Airtable but have limitations with my bases that other ones do not have.If I do need to be granted access to the workspace on the team plan, is there a way to not have all bases visible to me, just the ones I've been invited to?

Hi, We are setting up Airtable to manage multiple clients with multiple projects and teams. Each client has is own Base, and each project has its own task list. Is there a way to see all tasks across all projects in one place? One of the main problems we are trying to solve is to find a way for each team member to see all of his or her tasks in one place even though they are located in various bases. I'm not impressed with the refund process, and would like this issue to be addressed by staff. I know the forum is mainly users, but there is no phone number by which to reach staff. I was prompted by the automatic reply I received after emailing Airtable Support to leave a post in the forum as this triggers a response time within 72 hours. Evidently, I'm not the only one forced to go this route only to be repeatedly told forum members can't do anything, but we go through the motions nonetheless in the hopes of having our issue dealt with in a timely manner. So, my useless and ridiculous post poses the following questions in the hope that someone compiling forum activity for internal reports will flag it:1- Why is there no phone number by which to reach staff for billing issues? Being re-routed many times by a bot is frustrating, and submitting a Request Form feels like we'll just end up in a big stack which will only garner a generic response.2- Why are refunds issued in credits, and

Hi - I’m running into a problem when I try to group a list of events. The dates are from Dec. 21 up to Dec. 22 and I’ve one column witha formula that extracts the month from the date column. I can sort my table by the date field and it’s all fine, but when I then group by month, the order gets messed up. How can I create a grid view that is sorted by month and shows the month in the right order? And in addition with a two times December (21,22) entry?? Thanks for any help!

I am supposed to create an app in Power App. My data source is Airtable. Therefore I want to export the csv file from AIrtable to SharePoint or Excel Online automatically on daily basis. Kindly let me know whether this is possible and documentation related to this

I am new to Airtable and would like to know the best way to build the architecture around data and tables from you people who are more experienced Airtable users.More specifically I am building a Supplier database of approx. 100 suppliers. Each supplier have a unique ID as identifier. I would like to share this ID across tables, so that the records are linked to each other based on the ID.When creating a new record (supplier) in the main table, then I would like this record to be auto-created/displayed in the other tables (or than one can only add data for records that exists in the main table)My idea is that the main table is for the key supplier information and other tables are for grouping of data.Like tables for:Main tableContact informationPrice informationIntegration informationlogistics informationetc.What data architecture do you recommend or do you have a better proposal for how to build an internal supplier information database?

Does any know how to prevent my csv data from breaking when I transfer it from a csv export to my spreadsheet?Problem (CSV Export Bug): When I export the data, a piece of the notes column rolls over into a new row, resulting in additional rows that are unrelated to any record.Thank you in advance!

It's important to emphasize that the key functionalities and features of this proposed template are primarily housed within the interface designers, relegating the base to a backend role.I am keen on making this template publicly accessible, and I wish to accentuate its interface-centric features prominently. Although I am considering the Airtable Universe as a potential platform to share this template since it seem the only spot for sharing "base" templates, I am uncertain if it is the ideal place given the significant interface-related features of my template.Could anyone suggest the optimal method to share this base and interface as a cohesive unit?Appreciate your insights!

I have a 'Learn more' URL link on each card, but when I click on it, it opens up to an expanded intermediary page showing the same link information.  I have to click another time to go to the destined URL. Is there anyway I can bypass the intermediary page?  Please advise.  Thank you.

I got 3 tables:  As you can see on table Lectures i started matching Lectures with Trainings one-by-one. But the list is very long. Do you have any idea how to match Lecturers with trainings on one table?

We recently updated to the business plan to take advantage of the two way syncing between bases.  However, every time I try and update information in a field from the target base it gives me an error.  We are a custom closet company and utilize Air Table as our CRM.  Our designers each have their own bases that sync with our main base so they have access to all of their client's information and projects.  We saw that the two way syncing feature has been added for Business level plans and were hoping to eliminate alot of work arounds so our designers could update client information, contract totals etc.Can anyone help me or suggest a different way for them to update information?  We already utilize forms. Thanks!Amanda

Hello everyone. I am using airtable as a database for participants in programs, and every time a student attends a program, we have to make a new record for them instead of being able to hold all the info in one line. The reason is because if I make the program field a multiple select drop down (which is linked to another sheet with program information), if I group by program, anyone who has multiple programs in their program field will not appear in the group. Is there a smart way around this? At the moment, when students have multiple entries we have a checkbox field for duplicate records. This is inefficient. 

Today any script that I was using remoteFetchAsync (to avoid CORS errors) is giving me this error: j: Error: Bad request: <root>.requestJson is missingThis error comes up on a few requests to different unrelated APIs. Additionally, some which work using regular fetch give this error when using remoteFetchAsync.These scripts were working fine until now. Any ideas?

I need to create a yearly calendar that shows each event that happens during the month. The entire year needs to be printed on one page. Each event needs to be color coded to show the person assigned to the project. (There are cases where more than one person is assigned to the project.) We need the months going vertically and the days of the month going horizontally. We’ve tried Gantt Block. The issue is that color does not allow multiple colors. We’ve tried Calendar View. It doesn’t allow you to view an entire year or see multiple colors. Linking to Outlook doesn’t allow the ability to print the entire year. Linking to Google doesn’t allow to the colors to be assigned. The timeline is too large to print and has the same issue with colors. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!! I would like to embed Airtable views into Dropbox Paper – seemingly simple, however it isn't working.In Dropbox Paper I select "insert media" and select Airtable, where I paste the code. I then get a message that says "You do not have permission to view this content. This view is restricted to a specific email domain.".My colleague has tried and is asked to sign in (but upon signing in the message to sign in remains). We have embedded Airtable content onto our live website using the embed code with no issues and all users in the Dropbox Paper have access to our Airtable so I am unsure what causes the error.Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi - I have a field labeled "reporter."  It allows me to choose and select from a dropdown list of all the reporters that have been entered into our system. Is there any way to manually add someone into a cell in this column who is not on our list of regular reporters (i.e. a one-time freelancer)? Please let me know if you have any insight into this. Hello, I'm trying to link two simple table to learn how to use a lookup field.I have two tables: Company and Contacts Info. I linked the Company Name field to Contacts Info table so I can lookup the contact. However, Airtable created new records in the Contact Info table (attached New Contact Info) . How can I avoid the creation for new records? just to  a lookup like in xls...Thanks!
