Hello,Is it possible at all to make workspace-level, or even better, account-level snapshots?Here's my use case: I have several workspaces in my account, with many table links/syncs between them. These bases power a web app accessible to my clients. I want to make structural changes to the data architecture model between my bases, so I would LOVE it if workspace snapshots were possible, so that I could create a sandbox environment in which to make said changes, and then migrate my app over to this new environment.Thanks !

hi team, the view controls for my embedded view are a bit whacky -  they are clearly turned off, but whenever I click on the 'view larger version' option the controls are now visible again! what's even weirder is that they appear to be hidden if I click from the mobile preview, but not from the desktop preview? see here - https://www.loom.com/share/08594b208e48452bb69e05765e134593here is the toggle showing controls off here are the controls from the 'view larger' desktop preview and this is from the mobile preview! 

I’m building a database for a local school.I have two parent tables (Students & Classes). I am trying to add multiple students to individual classes, however I’m having to do this individually per student, is there a way to either copy and paste or bring in multiple students at a time to individual classes?Students full name is is the primary column in student table & uses a concatenation formula and class name is primary in class table also using a formula.Thank you.

Hi there, friends. I've been using Airtable for a while, but in and out as I've only needed it for a few projects at a time. I've planned to use it now to showcase a series of upcoming events on my website. It's essentially a mini-CMS. This seems like a perfectly obvious and convenient use case. My problem is that when the "event" items are displayed in the view on the website, the interface pops up and annoys the viewer with a disruptive message that says "you're not logged in." (Screenshot below)Well, why should they be? It's a public embed on a public website. What am I missing here? I realize that on my free plan, there's some risk that my viewers can modify my cards because I can't lock them. In this case with this audience, that's not a serious risk.I am being a skinflint here as I build out a site and eventually form a non-profit.  If the only solution here right now for this is to pay the team rate, I'll just have to go find another solution. Hi all,I am wondering if it is possible to simply add a multiple select option to multiple highlighted fields without removing any of the other preexisting multiple select choices within those cells?

We are developing an Airtable base for our college event planning team. I have linked the calendar to my Outlook calendar, but I can’t figure out how to maintain the color coding for various events. This is important because, for example, we need to track which events require the dean’s attendance. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to add tags to records via bulk import (1,800+ records) and I do not want to override the tags that are in the column now, but add additional tags to that column. Is there a way to do this? 

I just spent thirty minutes trying to help an Airtable customer in a DM only to have the message rejected.Khoros places a very high tax on communication and Airtable cannot apparently see why this is not in their own or customer's interests.What are y'all thinking?

Hi, I'm having trouble regarding updating record from my Airtable App. I was using it just fine yesterday, but today I can't update the record from Airtable mobile app. I tried updating the record on web version and it works just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am on a free plan and have been notified of the changes to free plans in terms of limited api calls. I don't know if I use api calls and want to find out whether I need to upgrade or note. How do I find out how many api calls I make? Thanks

How can I share a doc link so that others will see the title of the doc rather than Airtable Brand? I want users to know the title and basic info of my doc instead of Airtable brand.

Attachments are not visible. They are attached, and uploaded, but are not visible. Is anyone having the same issue?

I use proprietary software in my line of work that allows me to export client data into a CSV file. One of the fields in this CSV file is called Household ID. Let’s call this CSV file “Household Assets”. In airtable, I already have a table called “Households” with has the exact same Household ID field and number for each household. Is there any way to import the CSV into its own table in airtable and automatically link both tables given they already have a common field, Household ID? This would be useful as I could simply import once per month all my household asset updates and somehow track the trend and progress of my client assets. Any ideas how I might be able to accomplish this? It would be great if I could even somehow automate this process too.

I use the free version for my card making inventory. I've been uploading images to my base and I'm concerned that I might be getting close to the new storage space limit of 1 GB total storage per base.How do I tell how much attachment storage space I'm using?

I have two tabs. One table with a list of weekly events and a second that collects those into weeks. I'd like to quickly reference a range (let's say 10 rows from the weekly list) into the 2nd table on a weekly cell.Currently, I do this very slowly. I type in the row number. Airtable shows a preview and I click that record to add the row.What I'd like to do i just type rows 12-22 and hit return. I just don't know if that's possible or what the syntax might be to make that happen.

Hi all, I’ve got a column for ‘date of birth’. I’m looking for a formula that will input their age in months and years. (At the moment, it will only let me do one of these) DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(), {D of B}, ‘years’) I then plan to add an IF statement along the line of (if months = 11 show an alert) so I remember to send a card. I love the way airtable universe pages look. How can I publish or create pages for my database like that to share with others? Databases that wouldn’t be helpful for the universe community.

It seems it filters this out by default from the list. I have the option to select other chipsets from the list, but cannot select the same one.What is the best way to approach this? I need to be able to tell that the card with this chipset has 2x SFP+ port and DID for it is 104E. Also it has 2x RJ45 and the DID for that is 15FF
