Does anyone think it is possible to use Airtable to manage ads for a website?I am running a small niche website that I would like to sell ad space for. As such, Google Adsense will not work for me because my website is not big enough, and it also runs under a subdomain.Therefore, I figured I could use an "image carousel" for the ads.But how would I display these ads from Airtable? Is it possible to automate? For example, if you paid for the ad, it will automatically appear in the ad space. If you have not paid, it will be taken down.I figure people could fill out a form with their ad and add it to an airtable database and if it's paid/approved it can appear on the website. Just trying to brainstorm, thanks!

I just set up my first multi-source synced table. The information is syncing correctly, but the lookup and rollup fields aren’t working, those fields will only pull source data related to the first synced table, not the second. This seems like a glitch since it completely eliminates the benefits of having multi-sync functionality, has anyone else experienced this? Could this be related to something I did incorrectly at set up?

Hi there, I have a table with a field of contacts for a database I'm building for work. The table has several sections: names, roles, venues, projects, etc. I want to make a table that just looks at projects but uses all the data from the original contact list. How do I do this?

We have several bases that we need to synch to a primary base. All fields need to synch except one. We have downloadable files that we need to change out for each synched base, but cannot edit them once we synch once we do this. Does anyone know how we can synch our bases and leave that once column editable?

I have TWO workspaces using the PRO STARTER PACK.Yes, the mysterious product no one has heard of. It was a blog post that's now vanished but you can read about it here: https://community.airtable.com/t5/other-questions/how-to-add-users-to-quot-pro-starter-pack-quot/td-p/129452 It was a dream come true. 5 seats x  350.00 a year all in. I loved it because it's basically just OLD PRO with an extra 100.00 fee to get four seats thrown in.I have NO idea how many people got access to it.NEW PRICING:I for ONE love the new pricing because I wanted a SMB version of Enteprise.That said, I have no idea what is happending to PRO STARTER PACK.I asked in the last community call, but I was only told answers would be coming.I want to plan ahead to so I can DOWNGRADE some clients and move some bases around.The best thing you can do if you're impacted by this change and you're NOT on enterprise is make a base of your bases and start to plan a migration path for your customers.

I have built an Airtable structure that utilizes the Created date/time field type to track when a record is added. This Airtable solution will replace an Excel version of the same data. The Excel version contains 2 years worth of data with it’s own creation date column. When I come to import this data into Airtable, the Created date/time field is going to return a value of the import date/time and rightfully, not the real creation date from Excel, This means when I develop charts such as Records added by month, the imported data will always be linked to the import month. I will not be able to use the Created date/time field to analyse the historical data. What is the best way to only have to use one creation field date (without the user manually choosing the creation date on a form) to track the actual creation date of both historical and current/future data?

I want to know if Airtable can give the option to people filling out a form to choose whether to share the information for each individual question.

But when AWS launches it, instantly the developer and creators community will love it. It’s also very very affordable compared to all other similar products. Airtable and HoneyCode do not compare head-on-head. Since Airtable is database first and an app maker second whereas HoneyCode is just the opposite. But AWS launching this is a huge move in the industry of no code apps. Please share your thoughts on this!!!

Hi,i would like to generate a document with data from 3 different tables.Let's say :InvoicesEventsServices1 invoice gather different events and each event have different services.For standard Invoice, i use the BATCH "WORD" MODULE on MAKE with success.But it does not accept LOOP of LOOP.I also tried to create a master json inside Airtable following the json model for the WORD module (exemple here) with LOOP of LOOP, with no success yet.Have you ever done this ? if yes, with which tools ? 

I'm running the latest App store version (10.1) on my iPhone Xs. I used to be able to rotate the phone (w/ system orientation lock disabled, of course) and have the base view (records list) in the app rotate to follow OS. Now it no longer does. Have they removed this feature?

The problem with this is that each QR code has the same filename (as there’s no option to rename the file), this makes it very confusing when downloading them all. Hi all,I run a small publishing business that is considering using Airtable to manage our advertising database. We have a small handful of users — like around 5 or so — that really NEED Airtable access.I have security permissions concerns, and I know we will hit the record and attachment size limits quickly. Enterprise has a handful of other features we could possibly use.My question — is Enterprise worth it to get around those things? It's a lot of money, but is it worth it?Or should I hire someone to build something for me using Airtable APIs with SOFTR on Pro plans? And then pair it with Google Drive or Box? No matter what, I expect to bump up against record limits. Looking for feedback!

Is there a way to show a button/option of Accept or Deny within the email using automation? Currently, the email is sent with a link the reader clicks, that opens a form (duplicating the same info in the email) to make their selection.

Hi all,I'm looking into the possibilities of making Airtable part of our project management set-up. At this moment, employees log their hours in Excel timesheets (on a daily basis, per month) and get copied over and over to make simulations or analysis of our ongoing projects. We have some major drawbacks in our way of working:- Information is not up-to-date, as timesheets are being processed once a month.- We need to copy the time data more than once, as we have no database set-up or whatsoever. Airtable could make it easier to centralize all timesheet data and link it back to other fixed data like project information, invoice structuring, people management... (no planning)I have a few questions about this:- What could be a good timesheet tool that works well together with Airtable? I need something "as simple as possible" that exports data on a daily base to our Airtable timesheet database.- Is Airtable an interesting tool to use for more complex project management? Hello, with Airtable’s announcements today, I’m wondering if it now might be possible to do a two-way sync with a WordPress table. As I understand it, it hasn’t been possible to update a record in a WordPress table when the record is updated in Airtable. I tested Zapier and was able to ADD a new record in Airtable when a record is added in WordPress. But, ideally what I need is a true two-way sync between the two programs. I’m building an alumni site in WordPress, and would like the following functionality: When a user is added in WordPress, the user is added in Airtable When a user is updated in either WordPress or Airtable, the two records are synced so the update will happen in both databases Happy to hire a community expert to work on this functionality, but do we know if this is now possible with Airtable’s new updates announced today? I’d like to use AirTable as a backend for Wordpress. Is there a wordpress plugin to so ? (I already know AirPress) How would you organize your Post in a AirTable ? and more precisely how would you handle Markdown from AirtTable rich fields and images ? I give a try to AirPress it’s great but it doesn’t go very far It do not handle Markdown fields It seems there is a “timeout” on AirTable Images ? So the URL is quickly forbidden I need to do custom trick in order to handle from markdown field May be I should you an other FrontEnd than Wordpress ? Hi there, i’m new here. My question in a nutshell is if anyone has had success building out the equivalent of a School Information System (SIS) using Airtable. Read on for more detail. My wife and i and a small team are founding a new school for children in our community. We’ll start K–2 this fall and—should our prayers be answers—we’ll add a grade level each year all the way to grade 12. To date, we’ve been building out and refining all of our core systems, and now we’re researching a significant decision that virtually all schools face: choosing a SIS. There’s a million of these systems out there and they all seem to take a kind of everything-you’ll-ever-need-in-one-place approach. Our workflow, however, is heavily dependent on SAAS. Hello all, I would love some advice on a function I am experimenting with. I’m trying to build a system where I can generate student progress reports for a private high school by leveraging linked records and the “Pages” block. In my experiment I have three tables: Student List, Course List, Grades (see below). The Student List is linked to the Course List. I can “enroll” students in courses with the linked record, which allows me to display their courses on a “Page” block, which will generate progress reports (below). The tricky part comes in with GRADES. In my third table I have student grades, where a teacher could input grades using a form. The “Course List” field is linked to the course list table (so teachers can select the course), and the “Student Name” is linked to the Student table (so teachers can select the student).
