I have 2 questions to ask:1st being this:I have 2 tables:1. Revelator Sheet Data2. Client InformationThe "Revelator Sheet Data" table holds the music assets of the clients belonging to our business. To map the assets to the clients (in the client information table) I will use the "payee_id" which is present in both "Revelator Sheet Data" and "Client Information" tables.But I can only link 2 tables with primary fields. The "Client Information" has "Client ID" while the "Revelator Sheet Data" has "Id" as the primary fields. So, when I linked the "Client Information" table to"Revelator Sheet Data" table using client_id, how do simultaneously match the payee_id?For example: Above is the Revelator Sheet Data table. I have linked the client information table using client_id. Now I want

I am aware that you can pick and choose which fields you want visible in a synced base. However, if you already synced a base, but want to limit the fields that are visible is there a way to do that without having to reupload the base?

TL;DR: add a "hello world" script if you want a "condition not met" to end your automation instead of cause it to fail.I created a base for another team in which I'm collaborating with them, and for each record that is created in their base, if it is assigned to me, I want to create it in my personal base via automations.The Find Records approach of identifying the collaborative record that was created and re-creating it in my base was straightforward, but capturing updated collaborative records assigned to me and re-updating it in my base was a bit trickier, as "Find Record to Update" may return zero records, if the collaborative record is assigned to someone else, causing the automation to fail.To get around this failure, I added a Run Script step for the condition in which the length of Find Records = 0, and the script is simply:console.log("Hello, world!"); This way, the automation will always successfully run, even

I am the Technology Manager for Companion Health. We are a medical practice currently utilizing Airtable. We needed a "quick" way to see that a calendar entry was canceled (in the label, which is a text field named "Short Name") without typing it. (We use a check box to "cancel" the event) Forgive me, I'm new. TLDR: i built something that syncs all the pages from your websites sitemap to an airtable base and keeps it up to date---In the last months I've been more involved in marketing at our company. The first thing I noticed is that outside of the CMS we don't have an overview of all the pages on our website. This makes it hard to answer simple questions like:- what are the newest 5 pages on our website?- how many case studies do we have published?- what's the most outdated/last outdated page on our website?We're using contentful in the background and I know I could log in and look for published pages, but even then some of those questions can't be answered without setting up filters and understanding the content model.As a long term airtable fan I wanted to coordinate all the marketing work (todos, reviews, new content) in an airtable base. I have created a table with days off of the team. BUT for instance a person takes 2 days (22-23//24) the airtable count it as 1 day. Is there any other way to count is as 2 cuase actualy the person will be off 22 and 23.Thank you

I have an option of sharing just an interface but another team member under my same business plan and domain cannot.  When they try to share just an interface, it's saying, they need to be on a paid plan. However, they are, they are on my business plan.Any help/guidance is greatly appreciated. 

Hi everyone!Here's a new application I just made with Airtable: a meeting room booking system for offices.  This has two interfaces: one for front end users to reserve slots in a room for their meeting; another for back end users (receptionists, assistants, etc) to organise and reschedule meetings on request.  The back end interface also includes a calendar for public display so that people can easily see where and when their meetings are scheduled, and what rooms are currently free.Using the "repeating group" function in automations, slots are wiped at 1am each day and reused for the day after tomorrow.  This means that at any given time users can book slots either for today or tomorrow, with no further back end configuration, i.e. no need to create new records each day.Available here: https://amazingairtable.gumroad.com/l/mtgrm 

Hello Airtable Community,For this particular task, I need to audit hundreds of pages and I want to link those pages in this task. I have a tab for our URL master list linked in the affected URL column. Is there a more efficient way to do this rather than adding the affected URLs manually? 

Hello to all, im trying to create a table in order to control and track the days off of the employs. The first row is exactly what i need. But the team takes days off in different dates during the year. So if i put new dates in the second row, airtable discounts again the days from all. See the pic below. We have 28 days per year, 12 are in stable dates so the team needs to use 16 throughout the year in the dates they want. i need in the first column second row to be shown 6 remaining days not 14. is this possible to do or the air table doesnt have this capability? I hope i explained myself well. Thank you!!
