In need of some help understanding exactly what I am being charged for. If anyone can help shed some light, it'd be greatly appreciated. I have attached a couple of screenshots. The $720 for 3 bases for the year, I understand, I think. But its strange because I have 4 bases. The "remaining time on team annual" for $167 is confusing though. Is this for the entire workspace? And only for half the year? Thanks in advance for any insights.

I have 2 tables in base:- in table 1 i have column with name of the brand: ex: Royal Shop- in table 2 i have row where i have 2 columns brand (Royal Shop), and e-mail adress (royalshop@email.com)i would like to write formula in table 1 where i would like to copy e-mail adress which is connected with brand from table 2How to do it?

I am the author of the Prefilled Forms extension. Over the past three years, many people have successfully used it to generate formulas for prefilling their Airtable forms with existing record data. Airtable does not give third party developers usage statistics, but I was told at one point that it was the most popular third party extension and that thousands of people use it every month.However, Airtable recently released changes in the share url for forms which breaks my extension. Airtable now includes the base ID in the url instead of just the share ID. I found out about this change from users contacting me saying that my extension no longer works. Due to the volume, I am posting here instead of quietly replying to these support requests individually.The workaround for this change is very simple.  When I use airtable to send emails through gmail, the recipient will receive many separate emails under the same subject. （When I used MAKE or airtable send , Email content is grouped under the same topic.）Plz see picture . please help me

I tend to have a number of Airtable views open, each with a different focus. However, the default Airtable only says (Table Name) - Airtable. Hi, I am working on a historical research that deals with a timespan of 500 years. Now I want the timeline and Gantt to display that timespan with subdivisions of 100 / 50/ 10 years. The UI allows me only a max span of 5 years. Any ideas? Thanks, Gerhard 

Hi everyone,I just had a very strange case. I have an automation that has run for days without any problem (9 runs no failure). It's a simple "repeat update" after a "find" to copy a computed field into a link field, in order to ensure the connection. I've done such automations in many circumstances without any difficulty nor any problem.Today one run failed : 3 records out of 6 were updated correctly, others failed with the comment  - Field "Opération" cannot accept the provided value: Cannot modify a computed field. -.I tried to rerun the very same automation ; all 6 succeeded !!! Of course the update was exactly the same for the 2 runs, and each time same content for the 6 records. Thus I have no idea of where to investigate to mend if needed.Did anyone encounter such a problem ? Any clue on what to look at to prevent this from happening again ?Many thanks in advance !

EDIT: the issue turned out to be caused by Slack - see this postI use Airtable forms for my employees to submit reports in my business. Prefilling those forms with all of the relevant data is amazing as it speeds up the workflow, gives my employees a better user experience, and gives me cleaner data. I send these forms out to my employees in Slack using Make automations.I recently came across an issue with a new form. I was receiving employee submissions that were missing quite a bit of data that should have been prefilled. After a week of pulling my hair out, I finally realized the problem: many of the fields in this form have field names that contain a space character in the name e.g. "Checklist A". My URL prefill formula was using the `+` character to replace the space character e.g. "prefill_Checklist+A=value"In all of my testing on my laptop, the prefill URL's worked perfectly. Hello Airtable Community,I am working on a project where I have three tables in Airtable:Trip Table: Contains all possible trips a participant can go on.Participant Table: Includes a multiple linked record field for trips that a participant is signed up for.Trip Junction Table: Holds individual records showing a participant and the single trip they are on.I am facing a challenge with setting up an automation. My goal is to automatically create a record in the "Trip Junction" table when a participant adds another trip to their account.Here's the scenario:When a participant selects a new trip in the "Participant" table, I want a new record to be created in the "Trip Junction" table that links this participant with the newly selected trip.However, I am unsure how to set up this automation, especially how to identify the newly added trip and trigger the creation of a new record in the "Trip Junction" table.Could anyone provide insights or guidance on how to set up this automation?
