Hi,I have a field that has my clients' phone numbers. I also have a RingCentral account that I make phone calls from. I would like to be able to click on the phone number and make a phone call automatically from the RingCentral app. Does anyone know of a link I can use directly in Airtable to accomplish this?

I have a table in my online portal with a hidden multi-select "filters" field that is only accessible via a dropdown menu but not visible on the actual table. I want to create an automation that triggers when my existing records (or newly created ones) matches the conditions I setup."If Field1 is none of ... and Field2 has any of ... update record FilterField with 2 filter options"The problem I'm running into is that existing records aren't updated, only newly created or updated ones. Of those newly created/updated records, it overwrites existing options selected in FilterField so instead of adding a 2nd option alongside the 1st one that is already on a record, it overwrites it and only inserts the option with is listed in my automation trigger. I have hundreds of records and it would take too long to do this manually!Thank you.

Hello everyone,I am working on a script where I send invoice data from Airtable to the QR-Invoice API to receive a QR invoice in PDF format. I then want to store this PDF as an attachment in an Airtable table for a specific customer.My goal is to automate the entire process (sending data, receiving the QR invoice, and saving the PDF as an attachment) within a single Airtable script, without the need for another automation tool like Zapier or Integromat. The process I'm envisioning is as follows:Invoice data from Airtable: I fetch the invoice data from an Airtable table.Sending data to QR-Invoice: The data is sent to the QR-Invoice API to receive a QR invoice in PDF format.Saving and linking the PDF: Once I receive the PDF, I want to save it as an attachment in the same Airtable table for the corresponding customer.My question is:Can this entire workflow be achieved entirely within a single Airtable script?Or would I need to integrate additional automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integroma

Greetings,Is there a way to customize Airtable forms in the following way? I'm building a very basic template of a SignUp system for clients, and I want to build an Airtable-only solution for them that they can use without needing to use Zapier, Fillout, Wufoo, etc.I would like to update the "+" sign in the Airtable form question below so it says something like "+Select Your Session" or to make it a custom image, or something like that. Is there any way to do this through a script, CSS, etc.??? The form looks good overall, but the lone "+" sign really isnt' very user friendly, IMO.TIA,ML 

I'm attempting to make a csv import into a synced table. I've curated the data to import and I'm 100% sure that it would only be updating existing records, not creating any new ones, but as soon as I set up the field to map by, I get this: Like I said, I have 100% verified that no records would be created with this import, I am 100% confident, yet this still pops up. Is this just a built-in constraint disallowing imports to synced tables, or is there something I can toggle to allow it?If push comes to shove I can create a helper table, import the data, then use automations/linking to get the data from the helper table into the synced table, that just seems like such a pain in the butt for what could be a simple import.

Hey all, first post in here. Has anyone else noticed that when creating a view and setting the filters (particularly on conditions relating to a date field that includes a time) there is no way to set the filter to read hours rather than days? My use case:- I want to set up a view to trigger an external automation (zapier) exactly 48hrs before a specific date-time- I set the filter to DATE = number_of_days_from_now = 2 However, that doesn't work as it doesn't include time in the calculation. e.g. DATE = 2023-09-19 16:00:00So then I want the filter to register a new row at: 2023-09-17 16:00:00But instead, it ignores time, adding a new row at: 2023-09-17 00:00:00 (as soon as it reaches the correct day basically) despite this being 16 hours early (but technically correct by 'days' alone).I've tried using DATETIME_FORMAT to extract just the time - but there isn't a way to read that usefully in the view. So I'm probably going to have to do an awkward workaround

Hello,I am having trouble syncing records across tables within a single base.Table A has a list of dates and times for appointments.Table B has a list of people who are scheduled for appointments in Table A.Table B, Column "Email Reminder Sent?" is a Checkbox field that indicates whether or not their Email Reminder has been sent.I have "Table B, Email Reminder Sent?" linked so it also shows up as a column in Table A. This way we can see the communications status for each appointment without going to the Table B.The problem is that when I'm in Table A, the Checkbox field is read-only and I'm not able to check/uncheck it. So i can "see" it in Table A, but I have to go to Table B to edit it.I assumed I needed to enable "Two Way Sync" to get around it, but it appears that this feature is intended for syncing between *different bases*. Based on that, I assume I'm missing something that's causing the problem above.What am I missing? How can I have two-way sync between two tables in the

IN a 2-Way Sync, what determines if a field is editable or not?The list Airtable offers seems very random, and in some cases is completely empty.Any suggestions to make a field editable?Some of the fields that are missing are simple text or date fields.

I have a table of projects that all have an Estimated Cost field.  At the bottom of the table it is summing every field, including Estimated Cost.Is there a way to access that data from the API?

Sorry in advance if this has already been asked and answered a million times. Basic Situation - I am a bookseller, and my POS is a POS when it comes to order integrations. So, I have to create a bulk upload in a spreadsheet of hundreds of books per week. This is fine, it’s doable, whatever. But it does require a lot of tedious data manipulation which I am hoping Airtable can reduce. The Issue - I need to compare one CSV file (the Purchase Order) to a different CSV file (our item database) in order to see which books are new and need to be added to our system. If they are new, then I need to format the data to match our POS’s upload template. If they are reorders, I need to check if there has been a cost or price change. I can easily do this in Google Sheets with vlookup formulas, but, again, having to copy and paste and move things around between different worksheets has gotten old very quickly. I am using Thunkable for this, however, when I run the code to display the Gantt chart, the screen shows: “airtable.com refused to connect.” I have attached the code blocks and the screen that is displayed. In the code for the URL, I am using the private link for that specific view. Let me know if you know how to fix this issue.

The reason of the separation of the variant table is because each product has unique variants names (some of the products are single products without variants)im trying to create a form to add a new order and facing a problem when its comes to add a new a specific product/variant.should I select product and then variant and then quantity? I'm creating an online portal to display my tables to users. The online portal I'm using doesn't display linked records on the table so I've had to find a workaround by adding additional fields to display the text from the linked records. I want to be able to create/update linked records field and have it automatically create/update the single select field (which display properly in my portal and has color options). We also have a RECURRING PAYMENTS table, where we track recurring payments that are automatically added to the PAYMENTS table based on the period set up.However, we are struggling with reporting our payments for specific periods, such as a year, month, or quarter. Is there any way to solve this using only the Date field? Hi friends, I created an interface that shows projects and within each project its tasks.But - it shows me this arrow (Chevron) even when there are no tasks under the same project and it's just confusing.How do I cancel it?This means that if there are no tasks in Level 2 then he will not see this arrow.I would appreciate your help.thanks!

What is wrong with my formula that it is producing "#ERROR!" instead of an empty cell when {Most Recent Completed Event Date} is blank? DATETIME_FORMAT(IF({Most Recent Completed Event Date}, DATEADD({Most Recent Completed Event Date}, 9, 'month'), ""), 'M/D/YYYY') It is working perfectly for the ones that have a date in that field (e.g., if "Most Recent Completed Event Date" is 5/13/2023, it gives me 2/13/2024). If "Most Recent Completed Event" is empty, I want the formula to leave the cell empty, hence why I put the empty quotes as the alternative option. But instead, it gives me "#ERROR!" I tried looking up similar questions but I'm stumped. Thank you!  

I am trying to sync AirTable data to HubSpot. However, I do not understand the "Last Modified Time" field requirement by HubSpot. I created a Last modified time field in my AirTable base, but it still isn't working. Have anyone experienced these issues?

A chosen project has several activities, which are created for each distinct activity day.Activities of the same project share many infos (partner, location, vehicule used ...) but they always differ in terms of date (start date & end date (ie : 12/7/24 2pm & 12/7/24 6pm)Sometimes we have to create 10+ activities for a project, and using the duplicate record function seems suboptimal because we can only do it one by one.So I'd like to know if using automation, extension..., it is possible to create all activities of a project in one click, if you create an activity template and input all the start & end date (where ? idk)Thank you for your time, have a nice day !

So I am working on automating some workflows to help my team out when they report on projects. I figured one less step they can do is to only update their project stage. There are certain tasks that get automated when moved to a specific stage and I would like to automate the previous Stage's tasks to be marked as completed when they move to the next. I am getting this invalid inputs error and I don't know how to resolve this.  I attached a picture but when using a specific record, this project has two associated tasks with it and I would like it only mark the previous stage's task (Assessment) as completed but it looks like its picking up both. 

Hi All,I am new to Airtable and I would like to set up a Project Management process based on our annual Strategic Realization (SR) OKRs. Each SR has its own project schedule, in some cases more than one schedule, depending on the KRs and deliverables.For reporting and tracking purposes, we plan to:Track project deliverables and milestones within the SR schedules and using a calendar view.Maintain a roadmap view for Leadership.Generate a report with custom PMO metrics.Use a form that, when completed, populates a weekly status report sent to all stakeholders across all SRs.My question is: In this scenario, should each SR project schedule be its own base that feeds into a single Calendar, Roadmap, PMO Metric Report, etc.?Thank you in advance, and I apologize for the basic nature of my question. 

Hi allMy base allows users to create both single item and multi items inquiries (There is a parent table for supplier/customer details) and child table (for line item details) and another table for products.If the user is inquiring against a specific product (from products table) then I seem to only be able to create one record within either the child (inquiry items) table or the parent (customer/supplier) tableI want to automatically create a parent record to this child record for these instances. Otherwise let me know if there are other workarounds?Thank you!

I have set up a Calendar view for events with Start and End times from my database. The calendar view sometimes shows subsequent/non-overlapping events as overlapping on the calendar. For example, all of the events in the screenshot immediately succeed the previous event. Some are shown as non-overlapping, while others are shown as overlapping events in the UI. Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix so that they do not appear as overlapping in the UI?
