I have and “hours” table whose rows consist of the following relevant fields:An email address of an event participantNumber of hours participation in an eventYear of the event participationThere will be separate rows with the same email address for each event where hours are recorded.I want to create a query (filter, group by,…) that answers this question.  Which people (email address) participated in at least one event in both 2022 and 2023.Following one suggestion, IGrouped the rows by email addressCreated a new field, called “yrs active” that is defined by the formula “arrayunique(year)”.  On the email address group by line, it indicates the number of unique values found so I assumed I could apply formulas or filtering that operated on just those unique values.Created a second field, “In 2022 and 2023” defined by the formula, AND(FIND("2022", {Yrs Active}), FIN

Hi all,I have some entries in my data table for multi-year contracts. I have one field that shows the number of months the contracts span (using the formula (DATETIME_DIFF({End}, {Start}, "days"))/30). I used days instead of months because if a contract ran from 1/1/24 to 12/31/25, it would count that as 11 months.I also need to know the total of months in every year of the contract (e.g. 12 months in 2024, 12 months in 2025, 6 months in 2026). Can anyone help?Thank you!

I did a quick search and couldnt find what i am looking for so i apologize if this has been asked and answered already. I have a Word Press site using the Airpress plugin to pull data from one of my bases. Everything is working as it should but i am trying to figure how to input the airpress shortcodes into the header of my virtual pages for metatags. Has anyone been able to do this using Airpress? If not, is it possible, using the API, to build a custom template that will use airtable data for metatags? Airpress shortcodes work great in the body and so far it has done everything i need it to do except this.

Hello, I am trying to contact Airtable support. The page https://support.airtable.com/docs/contacting-airtable-support?contact_support=true says to go to your homepage, click help, and click message support. When I do this, there is no form, I am sent to the bot chat which is horribly unhelpful. How can I contact support? My issue is that I have registered my organization as a non-profit and I have been accepted. I want to take advantage of the 50% discount but I have paid already. I read that I cannot be refunded but I can have the extra money I paid added to my Airtable credits. This is yet to happen.I also have the notification to utilize my discount but Airtable wants me to downgrade to plus and pay the price of pro to do so - 144 annually per user - this is the Pro rate not Plus.   

I believe this will be a fairly common request and it’s something I noticed right off the bat when designing a dashboard interface for one of my “aggregation tables” for an e-commerce store that’s being fed data from Shopify. Use Case: New Customers vs. Churned Customers in a given Cohort Year Currently, it seems I have to create two separate charts, like so… Ideally, I would like to lay these two charts “on top of each other.” They’re both drawing data from the same table, so the X-Axis is the same. The Y-Axis is just 2 different columns’ values in the same table & rows.

On a yearly paying plan, if after 3 months I decide to cancel, do I get the money back for the remaining 9 months of subscription? Or do I get Airtable credit? Or nothing ?

Hello,I'm wondering if there's a workaround to import data into linked fields. For example, I'm importing monthly salary information to a data table and the employee name corresponds to the primary field of a different table. Airtable only imports the non-linked fields.Would it be possible to import the employee name as a different field then run a script to create the linked record ? Or any other ideas will be appreciated.Thanks,Mark

Heya,We have an interface where we display charts from a base. However, I am wondering if there's a possibility to adjust the data incoming from the base before it gets displayed.For example, there's a field that we need to reformat in a specific way before it gets picked up by the charts.

Hey there,First of all thank you for your time and your help 😉I've made some pretty basic automation, when a record matches certain conditions, I trigger the action "send mail" (airtable default one). The field "To" is filled with a roundup type of field which has a formula "ARRAYUNIQUE(values)". It keeps the unique mails attached to the record.My issue is that it works 30% of the time. The failure to run is always caused by : "The "To" input is empty"Which is not, the field is never empty, it always has one or several mails. And it being not empty is a condition to trigger.I can't find what's common to success or common to failure.Any ideas ? 🙂  

The example image for the new Record Review interface shows a profile photo (attachment field?) in a column, next to another column with multiple fields (team, start date, manager etc.). Is there a way to put totals or aggregations at the bottom of (or any where for that matter) a list in Interfaces? I am not using the blank option - I'm using the Airtablke supplied ones because you cannot embed ones created from blanks into a website. They are always at the bottom of columns in the base grids. It is vey inconvenient to have to add things up with a calculator  every time Look something up. Is there an Automation that would do this?Thank, Scott

Hello, I manage two different teams - Team A & Team B. Both of these teams have their own separate base with their own projects. How I capture all of their projects into one grid table without having to do manual entry? I would like to have them sync together since their projects can associate with eachother.

We have a form which pulls the initial data, but there are situations where we need more information. We want to put a button in the interface that connects to a different form, but the url address is dynamic, not static. Ideas on how to accomplish our goal: Make the url address static so it goes to the form each time.Viewer/commenter could openUse an automation button that populates the form and updates the record it was triggered from. Can someone with viewer/commenter access use this button?Create a template that will link to the record, but don't think this data will be able to be pulled for reporting which is not helpful long-term. Can someone with viewer/commenter access use this button?

I have set up an airtable form that I will send out to a large audience. I do want to restrict the access to multiple email domains for security purposes but it seems like I can only do just one email. Is it possible to do it for multiple?

Hi all, We are trying to define roles and responsibilities within our organisation. One of the possible models that works really well in Excel is the Responsibility assignment matrix or RACI model. See https://racichart.org/ It is basically a table with tasks as rows and roles as columns and in each cell a marker that defines if someone is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted or Informed (hence RACI) by sdding a letter in a cell. When this table is filled in properly we can give each employee a clear overview of his/her responsibilities. Im getting the hang a bit of Airtable and am able to use it for a lot of our organisational overviews, but I have no clue yet if the above mentioned could also be achieved with Airtable and lead to a satisfying result, or if I should just stick to Excel for this. Would be awesome to hear your suggestions!

I'm using a Repeatable Group with an Update Record inside to take a list of records from a Find Records action and update a field in the found records. When the list of records contains only one record the test runs successfully. When the list of records contains more than one record I get a received invalid input error. I think I know why this is happening.If I look at the Input table after a test I see Record ID listed there followed by a single record id if only one record was found. If more than one record is found then I see Record ID followed by multiple record ids separated by commas. If this is what is being presented to the Update Record action of course this will cause an error. If I'm reading the documentation correctly the input from the Repeatable Group should be a separate Record ID followed by a single record id for each record found rather than a single Record ID followed by multiple record ids. I have this code that works well when filtering a field that is SIngle Line Text empName="Dummy Employee"let records = query.records.filter(record => record.getCellValue("Name") === empName); But If i want to filter a field that is a "Link to another record" field, it will not find it.let records = query.records.filter(record => record.getCellValue("Linked Name") === empName); I have a work around where I have a formula field that converts the value in the field "Linked Name" to a string, but i would like to tidy it up. Has anybody encountered such an issue? Thanks in advance   

is there a way to get rid of that irritating warning that pops up in an interface when an action i am taking will hide the record from the view? the whole point of my action is to hide the record from my view. as it is, i have to click off of the record and select a new record to make it go away.
