I am looking up a field from another table but it comes in as a text value. I would like it to be clickable like the linked fields so I can jump directly to the record. Any ideas how to do that?

Hi everyone,I'm pretty basic with Airtable, but have been using it for years.I have created this base with an interface that explores the New Zealand Maths curriculum. I now have a resources page, which is fed by a form so that teachers can submit resources to support areas of the curriculum. What I am wanting is a way to show specific resources based on the current record that they are looking at on the MATHS interface page, ie, filter the resources page to match what the current user is looking at.Can I add a button to do this, or include the filtered resources in the actual math record? I don't want to individually have to do this for each record, some way of doing it globally/dynamic would be great.

I have an automation email that I am trying to include a personalised fallout form link inside the html of the email. The other html features like the header image as well as the dynamic link to pull in first name works. this is the code for the personalised link. Access Your AccountPlease don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need assistance.  <a href=" invoice link "> December Invoice </a>(see attached image of true setup)  Invoice Link works as expected when I click it from the table. What happens when I send a preview of this is that is links back to the airtable base. Invoice Link is a formula, so I thought that was the issue, and duplicated it into a single line text filed and got the same result. Any hints on how to correct this?Eric 

I've shared a Read-Only link to an interface with a coworker but when he tries to access the interface he gets a message that says "Unable to request access to interface". He tried deleting his account and recreating it, but he's still getting the same message. I can't see any reason why he wouldn't have access. I even got an email about the $10 credit I received when he joined. Why can't he access the interface? I'm on the Team plan, in case that matters. I've got roughly 18 collaborators, most of whom are read-only. Thanks,Kelsey

I learned that we can do employee surveys by creating a form view. We’ve got a number of questions added to the forms, but there are other questions I’m considering. I don’t yet want to put them in the form. Is there a way for me to add a sort of note-to-self in a form view to remind that, “hey, here are a couple of additional questions you might want to consider?” If I was looking at a grid view, I’d just type those in a cell.

Hello- Under the PRO plan, it has a check mark next to it that says custom branded forms - “Customize with your logo and brand, remove Airtable logo”. Where do you do this? Thanks! Scott

Hello everyone,I have a complex use case that I would like to implement in Airtable.I have a table “Projects” where projects can be created via a form. Among other things, the form must specify how the project affects our strategic goals. So we have 6 fields with strategic objectives where the user can rate 1-10. “Strategic Objective A”, ‘Strategic Objective B’ etc.Now these strategic objectives can change from year to year. However, I would like to know for each project on the basis of which objectives we defined the prioritization at the start of the project.I would therefore create another table where the objectives are recorded annually and the prioritization of the objectives is recorded in another field.Now I would like my interface (project overview) to display the objectives/priorities for each project that were defined at the start of the project, even if our general strategic objectives have changed in the meantime. How

Hi I am trying to figure out how to remove the NaN value when the formula is 0/0I need it to reflect 0.  I have tried IF() and IF(And( formula's but I cant seem to get it to work current formula is {Surveys Recieved-MGR}/{# of Managers} Does anyone have any solutions?Thanks !

Hi Airtable Community!Problem: I'm having trouble adding a linked record to multiple records without erasing the data that is already in the cell.ContextI've got one table of studies, and another table of people. Each person can be linked to any number of studies in a "Contacted" field. Sometimes that field is empty, if that person hasn't been contacted yet, and sometimes it has a few linked records (studies) in there already.If I contact 50 people, I want to add the study I contacted them for to their record. If I copy/paste the study to the cell, this overwrites the existing data , so if there were 3 studies in there to start, I'll erase them if I paste in the new study. What I triedI made a field that concatenates the study name I'm adding with the study names already in the "contacted" field, and it comes out as text. If I then paste the text into the "contacted" field, voila, I have all of t

I am trying to create records to a new table when the email table data table records doesn't change.

I’m new to airtable, it’s great! I’m trying to use it for a sign-off / authority database for leave requests, expenses claims etc. Is it possible to give a collaborator access to some columns but not others on the database? For instance they could create new requests but only people with sign-off authority could tick the “approved” column for requests. I know you could achieve this effect with a form for new entries but I’d prefer permission controls. Please let me know, thanks Thanks Lyndon

I have implemented OAuth integration with Airtable.However, if the users want to switch another account, they cannot do that because browser stored last login session. Are there any way to get rid of it ?

I have recently started with a new organisation as an Airtable Admin for their Enterprise account, and have just recently validated the domain and am now trying to manage user accounts and permissions more effectively including good procedure for deactivation/off-boarding. I've noticed that when editing 'collaborator' fields LOTS of old staff member accounts appear as options and it says they are "Enterprise account users without base access", these same people also appear as options when I am adding people into Airtable user groups. Ideally I would love it if these old staff members were hidden from these lists as it's confusing to sift through so many names.I thought perhaps I could rename them to "zz_name" or something via the Admin panel to at least push them to the bottom of the list and indicate visually that they aren't active, however, I have just realised I can't see them in the Admin user panel AT ALL! I am trying to create an order form for the company I work for. Right now we get orders through email, where the customer just writes what they want on a paper, takes a picture of it, and emails it to us. I need the madness to stop. So I've been looking to create either a form or an interface of sorts that will allow my customers to be able to input their name, and company info including shipping address, and then they are allowed to input their own part numbers and quantity.I do not want to create an inventory table for them to be able to choose, as there are thousands of constantly changing parts and numbers. The customers know the numbers they need to use and how many they need.I am new to Airtable but I do have a decent understanding of how databases are structured and linked relationships. Whenever I attempt to edit some of the binary settings of one of my forms (e.g. the option to "redirect to URL" upon form submission), I get redirected to create a new base. I think this is a bug, but when I chat with the help bot it tells me to "send this information to Airtable support". When I ask the bot how to contact Airtable support, it does not respond. When I try to follow these instructions, I get directed back to the bot. How can I report this bug so it gets fixed?

Hi,I created a base for our nonprofit to manage a program. The main table is called "teams," as we work with teams of young people and educators. I created another table that is linked to teams, called Interactions, so that staff can log interactions there- similar to a CRM. I have a Lookup field in the teams table to show the date and text of the last interaction.The issue is that staff are ignoring this and using Comments instead. I have never instructed anyone to use comments, but it's there and it seems to feel comfortable for people. I am trying to think ahead to issues this will cause. I noticed in another question that you can't call up the most recent comment. Anything else?Thank you!

I am looking to Run a script in an Action. basically whenever the Category “Done” or “Postpone” is set to the record by single select field. I like to run a script that deletes those records. The trigger is pretty much easy to do by the automation configuration. The script is the one I didn’t figure out how to do.

Hi All,I'm attempting to calculate a simple calculation from fields that already exist in a given table: ({gross_expected_revenue_per_qty_sold} * ({your_split} / 100) * {qty_sold}) - {cogs} - ({printing_costs} * {qty_sold})I thought I was going crazy, had two different AIs look over this, and even after that, it the formula doesn't work. None of the fields from which this calculation is pulling are empty, 0, or negative, and for some reason, this still throws an error when I run it.  By the way, your_split is a switch formula that puts out a percentage like "35%" for example. SOLVED - Seems to have just been an Airtable Glitch for the day.Hi,I have a contacts table from one base synced to another base.It is 2 way synced and I have all settings set to allow editing and creation of new records:However, on the other base with the table synced, it is not allowing me to create new records.It does let me edit records which syncs up fine - but now creating new:  Any ideas why this isn't working? Thank youDM
