I have created a ticket system and have now created an automation that should change a status after 2 days. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I have a date field that contains the date of creation and a condition that if the date is 2 days ago, the status should be changed to "2 days old".

We have a large team and many tables. Each department has their own table "queue". Obviously someone minding the SMS queue does not want to see the paid social queue first and so on. Is there a way for users to change the tab order based on their personal preferences and not be forced to use the base default tab order of all the tables?

I have a table with information about kids on a team I coach. I have a field for their birthdates and use that to calculate their age divisions. I’d like to use a calendar view to show upcoming birthdays, but the calendar view based on their birthdates doesn’t work, of course, because their birthdates aren’t in the current year. Is there a way to do this?

Is it possible to request results from the REST be sorted by the createdTime (which is returned on the payload) without needing to add a new column to the table? i.e. right now if I pass createdTime to sort, I get back an error: [Error: {\'type\': \'UNKNOWN_FIELD_NAME\', \'message\': \'Unknown field name: "createdTime"\'}]

Currently, all rich text formatting is removed in Lookup fields. It would be so helpful if rich text formatting (especially hyperlinks) is carried over into Lookup fields!Airtable, please support this function! 

Hello, I set up an automation to check a record within a certain timeframe from the job date, and if the record field was not up to date, then an email would be sent to the two people in charge of that data entry. It is basically:If the job date is 7 days from now, and the field X is showing Y, then send an email to Bob and Jim that says "enter this data". I have attached screenshots of the set up. I can't work out what I have done to make it think it must send the same email 500 times. Any help appreciated. I am new to automations

I have an automation I am trying to create to loop through days in a record.  Basically the record I get includes the start and end date of a time period.  I would like to loop through from the first day to the last day and create a day record for each date.  Something like:StartDate = 09-28-2024EndDate = 10-01-2024The loop would create dates in my Dates table for 09-28-2024, 09-29-2024, 09-30-2024, and 10-01-2024. I've figured out how to do this in a script however my current plan does not allow for script execution so I'm wondering if there's a way to do this outside of a script.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I chose the project management template that came with interfaces with various pages. They are very helpful and I have up to now only needed to do minor changes. However, in removing the placeholder data and starting to add my actual data it seemed to have "unlinked" the people section, where the interface is set up to pull task data for whatever user is currently accessing that page. It was showing me a random placeholder person, but I do not know how to make sure it associates a "person" record with the account accessing the base/interface.My initial thought was to just add a dropdown to filter the data based on the user chosen, but I seem to have no way to do that. Navigating the interface editor within a prebuilt template interface is unendingly frustrating and confusing, and none of the documentation seems to match what I'm seeing.Is there a way to link records to a person/account instead so this feature works properly?

Hi there,  I'm pretty new to Airtable so forgive me if the answer is straightforward. I'm trying to set up the following automation:  When an entry in table B has Field A = X and Field B = Y then update Table A, Record Z, in Field "Dernier numéro de facture" by changing its value to {Dernier numéro de facture} + 1 (so incrementing its value by 1) What should I enter in the Field highlighted in the image attached? I tried {Dernier numéro de facture} + 1 but it outputs a "Could Not parse number" error although last invoice number field is a # Number. Thanks!

Hello,I'm trying to create a "Sign Up Page" using an Airtable Form, however, it's not working like I want it to :).I have 1 Table which is the Available Time Slots, and 1 Table which is the SignUps & associated SignUp Form.The problem is that I want my Linked Record (Available Time Slots) to show up in a Grid Format on the Form (either Old Forms or Interface Forms), however, the only option I seem to have is a "+" sign that says "Add Record" that gives a Drop Down menu. Is there anyway I can customize this to display in a better format for folks signing up for a time slot?For example, a list with radio buttons? A grid with a column that has a "Sign Up" button?I'm exploring the possibility of building a SignUp app in Airtable, and using automations, record #s, and pre-filled forms to allow people to self-service their needs like cancelling a session.Ideas are welcome!TIA,ML

I have multiple tables that deal with budgeting, and in each one I've got a similar setup. I track the total budgeted and then how much we've spent manually, then a formula determines the difference and another formula looks at that difference and determines the status of the budget. Hi y'all,I'm trying to build an airtable base for a concert promoter. In one table (Current Shows), I have the shows they are working on, as well as fields for all the info attached (ex. artist, venue, show date). In another table (Ticket Links), I have a form for their ticketing team to add ticket links. I've built the form so it asks for the artist, venue, show date, and ticket link and it pulls from all existing artist and venues that the promoter works with, so none of the inputs are manually added (except the show date). I'm working on an automation that ideally says: whenever a ticket link form is submitted, find the record in the current shows where artist, venue, and show date match. Then, input the ticket link. Below are the steps I've taken. Hello there ! 🙂I'm using a dashboard type of page in a interface I'm using to onboarding new team members. I would like to combine 2 types of things in that same page of the interface : A grid view of items they have to read / review for their onboarding process (ideally, this would be editable by them without having to open a record)A calendar view of the meetings / trainings they have to attendHowever, I can't seem to find a way to have a calendar view while using the dashboard interface. Is there any workaround for this or is it just that I can't find the way to do it? I'm still kind of new to using interfaces.Thanks so much!

I insert one field from a query as a Grid in an e-mail using Automations.  This results in a single column listing the retrieved records which is what I want.  However, the column only goes about 1/3 of the way across the e-mail.  I'd like it to go all the way across but I can't find any way to set the width of the column.  Is there a direct way (via a setting) or a workaround that would make his possible?   When I try using List instead of Grid, I get too much space between lines.

Hi Everyone, I’m just getting started in Page Designer and have two questions that will aid my workflow: -Is it possible to save a layout to use on other tables? -Is there a way to create pages from a selection of records in a table? I’d like to be able to use this extension to send pdfs of selected records within my table, tailored to each client. Hi, I am looking for some help with a formula that assigns a specific shipping box to a product based on product dimensions. I have a table for Products and Boxes. The example dimensions of 2 product are: Product 1 : 50cm x 40cm x 5cm Product 2: 80cm x 60cm x 8cm The products will be assigned to one of these two example boxes: Box Size 1: Fits products measuring (40-60cm) x (30-50cm) x (3-6cm) Box Size 2: Fits products measuring (60-90cm) x (0-70cm) x (7-9cm) I am having trouble with the IF or IF/AND formulas. I am newish to Airtable and the person that built it for us no longer works or has access to it, one of our forms is not working and comes up with a error message, how do I fix this as I have had a hard time connecting with support team.

I have a record that triggers the creation of up to 3 records. It may need to create any combination of those 3 (which is 7 possible combinations), which is proving convoluted with the options I know of with the automation options.1) Have 3 different automations with the same trigger for each of the 3 records that might need to be created - i.e. automation 1 creates record a (if required), automation 2 creates record b (if required), automation 3 creates record c (if required). 2) Create 1 automation with the 7 different combinations as conditional actions. This is the set up I have now.Option 1 is wasteful of automation runs and automation spaces for our plan.Option 2 is convoluted and time consuming to set up. It seems like there should be a more elegant way to do this? I want to summarise how many sale I make per week and per month. When I did this in excel I created a separate sheet that had the weeks of the year listed by date and by week number. Then I set up a formula to capture all sales made in that specific week. How do I do this in Airtable?Thanks!

I am building a task list where the same daily tasks are completed each day, so I have a list with around 20 tasks or so, with links and the time they should be completed etc. However, there are a couple of tasks, such as client briefings, that only occur on specific days of the week - is it possible to get it so that these tasks only show on the day of the briefing in my interface, not everyday?

Hi All,We are considering using the Embed view as HTML tab in Confluence to showcase the project data.My question is it is possible to customize the embed view (not only the height), for example not to display a certain tab?We've considered using the Interface for this task but it has Embed view only for the premade presets, which would not do the work for us.

I've seen iterations on this question, but never an answer that works for my case.I have a base for newsletter management. Two tables in the base (others omitted for clarity), one to track and manage the weekly newsletter (author, topics, etc.) and one for events and holidays in our community.I'd like to put them together into a master calendar. I have been trying to do it at the field/formula level on a new table, but can't figure it out. I only need two fields, the date of the entry, and a subject or name field.I think I could solve this if I could get a calendar view to subscribe to another calendar view's exported iCal URL, but I can't figure out how to do that either.Any help?
