I have a linked table called "Voucher Codes" and as you can see from the attached screenshot, I can click the + and select a voucher code from this linked table and assign it to a record in the Order Fulfillment table. This is great, it works, however it shows everything in the view "Available" in the "Voucher Codes" table.  Is there a way I can have it ONLY show voucher codes in the "Available" view if it matches the "Course" field in the "Order Fulfillment" table as the attached screenshot shows? For example, if the Course says ITIL 4 Foundation w/TAKE2, it should only show voucher codes that are titled ITIL 4 Foundation w/TAKE2.  And if it the Course says ITIL 4 Foundation, it should only show voucher codes that are titled ITIL 4 Foundation, and so on. Is this possible?

I would really like the ability to group related tabs within a base - it would make our database so much tidier and easier to navigate. Thus far I can see no such function. Does it exist, and if not, how can I suggest such a function to them? 

I have an extensions that use useCursor, useLoadable, and useWacthable. I am able to run an extension application and get the correct entry id to generate what I need to. I’ve seen the many posts advertising a shortcut product, but it is rather expensive (and due to the nature of the product, I can’t test it first). I really don’t want to leave Airtable, but the inability to save websites from Safari to a table has become a deal breaker for me (use case: student research project). I don’t need it to be super fancy, simply saving the URL and page title is enough... does anyone have a working solution?Alternatively, if someone can point me in the direction of an easy to understand tutorial on how to create a shortcut for this, I would be grateful.Thanks 🙂  

I think this is a fairly straightforward process, but I am unable to figure out how to do this. I have 2 excel sheets imported. One is Product Master List, one is Inbound Shipment. The Product Master List contains Code, Product Name, UOM, while Inbound Shipment contains Delivery Number, Code, and shipping date. I just need to add a lookup field in the Inbound Shipment, to look into the Product Master List for the Product Name. Just want to make sure I'm not crazy, because it sure seems like extra work for what could be available . 

I have various contracts and various contractor invoices that I need to review, and I want two formula fields to confirm whether the billing periods covered by each invoice - and the invoiced amount - are "valid". My table is pulling in the contract start and end dates, as well as the budget balance and total invoiced, from another table. Right now, I have 3 manual entry fields: 1 for Billing Period Start date, 1 for Billing Period End date, and 1 for Invoiced Amount. I have an attachment field that I am manually uploading items to, but the original files live in my Google Drive. I'd love to have these connected somehow so that if there are updates to the files, my attachment field will automatically update. If I delete files in my Google Drive and then upload new ones with the same name(s), is there a way to make this automation happen?

Hi there! So I have a few bases (Newsletter Tracker, Task Manager, Content Creation Schedule, Signings & Events) and each of them have due dates in them and their individual calendars. Is there a way to have a master calendar or to have all of the calendars in different bases within a workspace to sync or sync to one calendar? I have a Teams Subscription if that helps!  Thank you so much for your time and any input! 

I'm a new owner to my company's workspace and I'm trying to understand the billing.We get charged annually in May for all the users, and then we get subsequent monthly invoices that say:Remaining time on 10 × Team Annual after 02 Jul 2024 (a positive $ amount)Unused time on 9 × Team Annual after 02 Jul 2024 (a negative $ amount)What does this mean and how is the dollar amount calculated? I would think we should just have to pay the yearly amount unless there are hidden add-ons I'm not aware of.

Hi! I need help. I am attempting to connect a Jotform to my Airtable. Here is the problem: on the Jotform, users can submit multiple students to nominate on one form (ex: student 1, student 2, etc). From there, I want the data to populate on my airtable base as separate students. Right now, it only gives me the option to link one student to airtable base. does this make sense?Basically, I just need to figure out a way to configure my Airtable to accept multiple submissions of students. We have used Airtable to collect event participants info, etc. Now, when a jotform collects multiple participants info on one form, I am unsure how to populate that onto airtable as seperate  people.

I'm building a base to help track my company's product lineup and I've built an Interface for each one of us 3 founders have our own To-Do interface, populated from a To-Do table. This To-Do table gathers information from other tables such as customer's name, product selection and other items. I want a column "Extended Task" to populate with a short checklist automatically, based on a selection of a "Task Group" field (which I've made a Single Select drop-down field in an effort to keep the names consistent). I thought of using an IF formula, where IF "Task Group" is "Quality Check", then the "Extended Task" field would get populated with "Verify Unit Powers On. Verify IR Remote Works. Visual Examination. Inputs Tested.  Doors Open Smoothly. Lights Operational." in checklist form. The single select dropdown works great, but in the embed view, the single select dropdown doesnt exist. As in, there is no dropdown feature. Any ideas?

Dear AT Community, I own/manage a few rental units and was looking for online software for managing them (ie organize, make life easier). Figured I check AT for a template, base, apps, and automation. Surprisingly (and disappointingly), can’t seem to find anything. Saw one base someone created but it’s for short-term rentals. Is there anything out there that I have missed? Checked Templates, Marketplace, Universe. If not, any suggestions where I should look to start building? They are synced and working fine, but...     My JIRA registers have 342 columns in it and olny 85 columns are imported.     I don't need all 342 columns in my AirTable dashboard, but I'd like to select some fields I want or, at least, select some of them.     Is there a way to import all fields or to select the ones I want?Sync overview articles (airtable.com)  Thank you

Hi!     I use a JIRA Cloud and successfully synced it to AirTable, it is working fine (#1), but...     In JIRA I have 342 columns and only 85 columns was imported to Airtable using the “All fields in the source” option (#2).     Using the “Specific fields in the source” option, I have only 77 fields to select (#3).     It is not necessary to have all 342 columns in Airtable, but I need some of the missing ones.     I'd like to select some of these missing fields or, at last, to have all 342 columns to manage in AirTable     Is there a way to import all fields or to select (from the all available in JIRA) the ones I want?FURTHER:Getting started with Ai

I am building an interface to enter newly received seed inventory.The seed of the same variety of the same or different vendors can be received multiple times. So the variety field of the inventory form is a linked record to a sheet "variety". The person entering inventory must match the seed and the vendor in the linked record, but the form interface only shows the primary column "variety" not the vendor and there appears to be no option to show more fields  of linked records like in other interface options.Additionally, if it is a new seed, or from a new vendor, I would like users to be able to enter a new variety via another form, when entering inventory records. But it doesn't appear that on the inventory form, I cannot add another form in it for a new variety.My solution for now will be to use a list view and have users click into records. But its not as clean

I have a book borrowing app, I have a table with the list of the books, and other fields such as UserID, Borrowing Date, Returning Date, and Status. These last 4 fields’ records are updated through the app. And when a book is returned, I delete/change these records manually. I also have a table with User information, such as name, email, phone number… I want to create a table History where I can store a list of the books a user has already borrowed as well as the borrowing date for each. Ideally, the history table would update automatically when a book is borrowed from the app and the table with all of the books is automatically updated. Also, it would keep the info even if the info in the book table is deleted because the book has been returned. I think this question stems from not understanding the core logic behind Airtable. Hopefully this will act as a piece of a puzzle.Background: I have data being automatically sent as a CSV once per hour. Most of the records will not change often, so I plan to merge the new CSV with the previous one, changing, adding, and removing records as necessary.This isn't set up yet - I'm first testing the second half, where I process, display, and use this data after it's merged. Actions I need to take range from concatenating two fields to linking to other existing tables to updating junction tables.I'm stuck with how to start. In Excel, I would set a CSV "landing spot" as a source, so that every new CSV just rewrites the entire source. Then that source would be transformed in Power Query and spit out as a new table. Hello All, I have a simple task but seems to have some trouble to make it work. I have 4 tables Employees Phone number Inventory Worksite 1.1 Employees table : I want to see and change which phone number (table 2) and which device (table 3) each employee has. 2.1 Phone Number table : I want to see and edit which employee and devices is linked to the phone number and also be able to change it in this table as well. So if I change the employee from a phone number in this table, the phone number in the employee table would change as well. 3.1 Inventory table : I want to be able to see and edit what number and which employee or worksite this number is assigned to. 4.1 Worksite table : I want to see and edit which device and phone number are assigned to each worksite The problem I have right now is that if I use Inventory table and use a linked field for the 3 other tables, it works great.
