So I have PDFs that are standardized for our organization. Is there any solution to take records from airtable and insert the data in to my Form Fillable PDFs. Is this possible? I looked at a lot of the extensions currently and none of them, even talked to some of the extension sites and they don't have the ability to do what I need. 

Currently when viewing a record's details in an interface, Grid/List visualizations can be used to view the record's "linked records", however these visualizations cannot be used on the record itself.I.e, if I have a Customer record with Order linked records, I can view the Orders in Grid/List visualization, however, I cannot view the Customer record itself in a Grid/List on that same page.What I would like to do is to show some of the Customer's fields in Grid/List view. When there are many fields this allows to show selected fields in a neat one-row view. (Rather than having each field one after the other vertically).Currently my workaround is to create a new linked record field where I link the record to itself, but it would be great if this could be done without this workaround.

Hello everybody, i have a problem with an automation, it worked for more than a year without problems, but now it stopped to working giving me this error: attachment url is disallowed. I specify that nothing has been changed in the trigger, nor in the file to be attached (it is the same pdf format), the trigger starts when it finds the conditions inserted (and this passes) but when the email is sent it fails. Can you help me solve? Thank you

Is there a straightforward way to handle this?I have two tables:contactsemail addressesThere's a field linking them. Each contact may contain multiple email addresses. What I want is to have a field in the contacts table that displays one email address - but not just the first or last record, I want the best address for that contact.I've created a formula field in the email addresses table that assigns a score based on various criteria. Ideally, a 'top email address' field (in contacts table) would identify the highest-scoring address within the addresses linked to that contact and display only that one.---I realize I could sort the email addresses table and then have a lookup field take the first one. For several reasons, I'd prefer to not have to change the sort order.Any other suggestions come to mind?

So I know this has been an on-and-off issue with Airtable or a long time and mostly resolves itself after a while but I thought this was an issue of the past but no, still happens now and then like today..see 100's of my images broken randomly, some show up, others don't. If you open it, it can't open. The temporary URL via automation can still be generated, but can't be downloaded, instead an HTML page is downloaded saying the access is denied - permissions problem? Wait for a few hours to see if it gets fixed before contacting Airtable. Last time they told me to restore from snapshots. No, that doesn't work lovely airtable support team, snapshots show also broken images, same images broken as the live version, I can go as far as to last year and still same images show broken in the snapshot. N-o-t great.

I am using the Airtable js package for nodejs and it is my first time. I have dynamic data that I would like to store in a table. Is there a way to send the request once by passing an array into the create method? I don't want to iterate the array and call the create method on each iteration. Hello Community,I'm encountering an issue with the resource allocation timeline in Airtable, specifically when switch between the daily and weekly views for team utilization when people taking leaves.In the daily view, everything displays correctly; for example, team member Chanpory’s leaves on February 28 and March 11 are shown accurately.However, when switching to the weekly view, these leaves are not represented, what even worse, it incorrectly shows overutilization for Chanpory, despite his absence on these days.This issue is impacting our ability to manage and report on resource allocation effectively. Does anyone else experience this problem? Hey guys,I am looking for a way to link sets of dates together across different tables. I have a schedule table and a tasks table (tasks are nested under schedules), both have their own dates, I would like the tasks to move with the schedule they are linked to. I am using the predecessor field within those tables already for that functionality, but also want a way to link the tasks to the schedule. Let me know if anyone has any ideas on this one.Thanks!

Hi! I'm building an app with Bubble.io. The problem I'm facing now is that I need to create new records in my Airtable Base, from my Bubble app's UI. I do not have any problem to create new records, except when I need to populate a linked field. The new entry is created as expected, but the Linked field remains empty. I found this formula in the community. However I want to include a timestamp aswell. Since {date 1}, {date 2}, {date 3} may occur on the same day. I tried adding a format specifier but it wont work... Hi, i'm landing with airtable and so far loving it, but I'm not sure if scripts works like other environments...I have a table record with a lot of blank values at ID column because is an exportation from another ddbb and it exports fields with multiple values as a record for each value. Hi everyone, I have a situation and I am not sure what I should be focusing on first. There are a few levels where the problem may be coming from.I use Airtable in Chrome. As I move from cell to cell and view to view, I am often pressing a button on my Stream Deck that pastes small amounts of text for me. However, recently if I have expanded a long-text Airtable cell (so the whole cell pops up for easier reading), if I hit the button on my stream deck it closes the cell and does not paste it. This is not an issue, however, if I double-click within the cell and work on it without expanding it to the larger view. This is also not an issue with general copying/pasting with a keyboard. This issue comes and goes. I am trying to figure out where I should *start* with all this. Where do you think?- Chrome- Airtable- Stream Deck hardware- The app within Stream deck that "pastes"Hopefully the question makes sense. If you have any ideas on what could be happening I'd totally appreciate them

How do I automate that a record gets created/populated when certain conditions are met. For example, When the value of Food is 'apple', and the Color is 'green', Attitude is 'happy'. Thanks for your help. 

Probably no way of doing this without an Automation right?I'd just like to have an image for my records based on a single select field. Essentially a Single Select field for images! I want to be able to assign a Logo for each record. Then on an interface, we can see Red Team or Blue Team logos distictively.My formula solution for this would be to host the image URLs somewhere and use a SWITCH() formula to find the URL. I don't know how to get it from the URL to the Attachment field.I can do this through automations but that seems over-engineered. Since I already have the teams in a single select field, all the data is there and I don't need to overcomplicate my base. The want for a logo is purely cosmetic haha.

Hi!     I successfully synced JIRA to AirTable, with all fields appearing in AirTable correctly.     But, there is an exception:     I have a "Cascading Field" in JIRA called "Story Type", each option in the first field opens a new list in the second field.     The first field appears correctly in AirTable, but the second one no.
