Hi, I have been having problems with this for weeks now and cannot understand why my automation is not working. I work for a company that runs an appointment based service. I book the date it  is for and the status of it. When I put in the info, it is defaulted to "Booked". When the day AFTER the appointment comes, I want the system to find all record that match the given criteria (appointment yesterday, status booked) and update it to "Completed" I have tried a million different things but nothing is working.  Here is what my configuration is.. Hello everyone. I have a question here and would like to get your answer to it. If we have many bases in one particular workspace, and some are synced bases and some are source bases, let's say A is a source base and B is a synced base whose data is synced from Base "A". Again, all of them live in the same workspace. If we want to create a new workspace and move Bases "A" and "B" to that new workspace, will this workflow or configuration affect the current data synchronization from Base "A" (source base) to Base "B" (synced base)? Hi all, I'm a fairly proficient AT user but I just can't wrap my brain around this current project. I make and sell jewelry pieces. I do a combination of "stock" items and custom items. For stock items I'll make 5-10 identical pieces that I sell as-is. But then there's the custom work. I want to create a comprehensive system that calculates MSRP for both stock and custom pieces, tracks orders and inventory, and tells me what stock I have currently on-hand. I can't for the life of me figure out how to structure the base to be able to handle both stock items and custom orders. Stock items would record details like size, color choices, weight, etc. But they are set per item. On custom orders those details are set per order, not per item. I've been toying with a base structure something like:Products Table for recording stock itemsOrders Table for recording custom itemsThe Orders table would link to the products table to pull in base information, but all the products would have s

Im using the "Record Review" template for users to choose a record and then see all it's details.Each of my records has multiple date fields. I'm hoping to show these dates with a calendar element, however it seems I can only show dates for every record in the whole table or dates from linked records in other tables. Not actually just the one selected. I've tried to play around with filtering but that does not seem to get me anywhere.Is it really not possible to show one or multiple dates only for the records that has been selected?

We have a form that we use to calculate current enrollment of a program, this number will change periodically.  We have an interface that shows a bunch of other data points as well.  How can I display the last entered data for currently enrolled?

Hello, I want to add a calendar to my website with the scheduled events, which the volunteers can then sign them self up for (or basically just put their name down or click attending) to the particular events they wish to participate in. Any info on how I could do this would be HUGELY appreciated. Or if there are any suggestions on a better solution to this issue. Thanks in advance!

I have created a Google Calendar integration for Airtable. However, the Google Calendar I created shows up in “Other Calendars” as apposed to “My Calendars”. This means I cannot choose “free/busy” in sharing permission in Google calendar. My hope is that people on my team could events in Airtable to block off time in their own calendar so other team members could see they are busy and not schedule meetings with them. Is there something I am missing? Is there a way to get access to the integrated calendar so that I can show as “Free/Busy”? Thanks!

Hello! I found a few other posts on this topic, but none that contained a solution, so trying again. I have created an operational calendar in Airtable, which I would like to sync with my organization’s Google Calendar. As far as I have found, there are two ways to do this: by creating a calendar in GCal from the Airtable URL, or by using Zapier. I’ve tested both methods and they both work well initially. But neither one seems to handle updates well. With the URL method, there can be a lag of up to 24 hours to show updates. With Zapier, you can only create a new calendar event when the Airtable record is updated, rather than updating the existing calendar event. Has anyone found a workaround or a better solution?

Hey, I want to create a link inside my long text field with rich text formatting enabled by zapier. But when I write [Airtable](https://airtable.com) in Zapier I don’t see the Link as a hyperlink. I just see the text:

I'm brand-new to Airtable, and I'm trying to use it for managing an upcoming burlesque show. Each record will have all the details for each act, and then I'll create interfaces for each relevant team member (stage manager, sound board operator, host) that has the information they need for each act, in the order that each act will be going on stage.The most important thing is that the producers need to be able to rapidly change the order of acts in the show, if performers drop out at the last minute or something like that. So what I'm looking for is an easy way for them to be able to change the order of acts in one place -- preferably by drag-and-drop, but entering a sequence number manually will also work -- and then the order of the acts automatically updates in every other interface. Example: The first act is supposed to have performances from Hezzy Tate, then Amber Dextrous, then Trisky Business. On the Contacts table there is a Checkbox marking a single contact as the “Primary contact” I’d like to show this specific contact when I view the Company, effectively “just the contact flagged as primary” Can’t figure it out, any help appreciated Thanks Mike

I've created a form. Originally I had it emailing a specific user (me) under the form's Submission options. I've since removed that and republished the form, but it won't "stick." Every time a user submits a new form, it emails me. And when I go back to the submission options under Email responses, I've been added back.No matter how many times I remove myself from receiving responses, I still get them. I’m doing this under Interfaces/Forms view where I create and edit forms. The selection is in the right sidebar.I will uncheck my name — I’ve even tried Clear all, even though I’m the only one selected. Then I republish the form. It will show that I’m no longer receiving email responses. I can leave and go back, and it still shows correctly. But once someone sends a form, I get the response anyway. When I go back to the forms interface, it shows me as receiving responses.In short: When I disable my receiving responses in the interface view, it won’t stick. I still receive them.

OpenAPI is an API specification format which provides a way of creating a standard format to represent a given REST API. There’s a large community of tools built on top of the OpenAPI definition, including mock servers, schema visualizers, and SDK generators for a given language. Using Custom Blocks and the OpenAPI Schema UI we can create block which reads a base’s schema, generates the corresponding OpenAPI definition, and then displays the resulting documentation. Users can then export this schema and run it through any of the open-sourced OpenAPI tools. The Swagger UI also provides a way to make API calls from the documentation, so it can also be used as a playground to experiment with the Airtable API and see those changes immediately reflected in your base. I am helping a friend's small restaurant create a drink menu that can be viewed from iPads in the restaurant.There are many types of beverages that are updated in the master Airtable.I just want a view-only way for customers to glance at that list on provided tablets. The main data types are, - image of the drink-price- descriptionswhat's the best way to do this?  If there's a good plug-in that adds to the viewing experience beyond the basic features, we don't mind paying for that too.

I have a table that I created to track resource allocation, and use that information to then report out to a graph in my interface to show based on the allocations, how much I would be expected to spend each month. The setup for this is a bit of a workaround to solve for not being able to have multiple fields reported into a chart.  This is working how i need, but it is prone for error if I do not manually link the months in the linked field. I'm trying to create an automation, or solve this in any way that doesnt require me updating both the linked field and the fields that determine if a resource is active or not. My hope is that I could create an automation that would check the Month Fields, and if a Month is set to active, it would then enter that Month into the Linked Months field - this way i could just update the allocation fields, and my report would always be insync with what months should be linked -  See Image attached.

I have 4 Tables (Payments, Receivables, CostCenters, Extract)The Payments and Receivables records are linked to CostCenters records.The Extract records are linked to Payments ou Receivables records ("If it's a receipt, it will be associated with an account receivable, and if it's a payment, it will be associated with an account payable.) So i want to make a formula field with an IF to get a cost center from Payments if the record is linked to a payment if not it will get the receivable costcenterIs it possible?

Hi Airtable - Can I please get some help in resetting my automation runs? I just ran out of automations for the month (due to a runaway automation that we have now resolved), but nmy business is non-functioning for the rest of the month because we have no more automation runs.Can anybody please escalate my emergency support request?
