Hello,I need help with my formula.If <total amount paid> is not blank, then the cell becomes <ACT Planner>. However if <total amount paid> is blank, then cell becomes <EST Planner>.I got this far, but can't get the 2nd part to work:IF({Total Amount Paid},{ACT Planner}) Thank you!

Hi,Is there a way to either add a global bcc address to Gmail mail sending in automations, or a way to batch update them?Soon moving to production with an Airtable system, and would like to put myself as bcc in all outgoing emails for the first weeks or so for monitoring that everything looks as it should.Rgds,Björn

Hello Everyone,I am having a hard time with a specific formula. I want to set a formula that will calculate a certain percentage based on what driver is selected in the driver field. Example: for the Dispatch % field i need a formula that will go like this. If driver is Dima set Dispatch % to be {Total invoiced} *.13 if Driver is Alex set dispatch % to be {Total invoiced} *.07 Thank you for the help!

Hello everybody!I have two tables one that shows products and one that shows orders. What I want to do is inside the table that shows the orders. I want to have a view that shows most recent order that each product is attached too. Is there anyway to do this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I have a Serial Number (SN#) that is labeled "Locker Name". I want to make sure that the SN# is 7 Characters/Digits before finishing the automation as sometimes it get typed in wrong. the SN# format is NS01234 or NS00123. People leave off the 0's from time to time. i want to create a new record with this number in a new table. Linking is not option here. Here is what i am trying to do but i am getting this error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')at main on line 4     if (sn.length === 5) {       i guess i am asking how to get the Length of the value to read so that i can achieve this?? 

This is a serious question. I've been blown off for over a week. Heather Chambers sent me an email which completely ignored my questions and is actively ignoring me. I have a couple of simple questions and am unable to get a sales person to speak with me. I resorted to opening a support ticket and even that is proving to be a waste of time. I am trying to generate an Invoice for line items in Airtable. New Google docs creation automation is very helpful but it lacks basic formatting functions. So, I use Microsoft Word module in Make but do not know what format I should use in this “Raw values” field. Could anyone please give me an example? I know this is not really a Airtable question but documentation on this module is quite limited. We use a webhook from Shopify to capture order data in Airtable. When the webhook comes in, we create a record in Airtable with pertinent order data. I want to parse out the line items in the order into another table for use in creating a packing slip. Here is sample data: Airtable - MA Test The Data table represents the data as it comes in from the webhook. The Desired Output table represents the ideal output. This is where I need help, creating an automation/script to parse out that data into new rows. Thanks for your help!

Hiya all!  So, I am trying to create a formula that uses each of the checkboxes in my table as a way to track payments that have come in.  I need each checkbox to equal/represent to the amount listed in the {Payment Amounts} column and for the number of payments that have come in (ie - the number of checkboxes checked) to be represented by a progress bar where the final tuition amount is listed in the table too as {Tuition}.  I have the below pasted formula so far, but its obviously not working: VALUE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE({Tuition (from KCIT Tracker)}, "$", ""), ",", ""))

So we've set an Airtable Automation where every day at 12:00PM it sends an email digest to the project managers to show Rush or High Priority tasks that are due today or before today. I had one question:Is there a way to have the link of each task on the email? For instance, once we get those emails with the tasks due, it would be nice to have it where each task comes with the respective Airtable link that leads to the corresponding task right away. I've attached the screenshot of the current automation set. Hi AllHoping there's a simple solution for this: I have a table that is updated regularly with status changes, content changes and also linked records.I would like to send the users of the base a daily email at night that shows a grid of those records that have been updated that day. This way they will get a clear picture of what happened each day. Many other PM tools provide this automatically. This is not an email that is sent as soon as a change occurs but rather it will be a scheduled emails that contains ALL the records that were changed that day.Is this possible? Thanks very much!

Hey community,I'm fairly new to Airtable and I am faced with a task I myself cannot seem to wrap my head around: I created a single-select field that checks for a condition (e.g. did you have lunch today?). It's currently not being used yet because I want to get the reporting straight first. My problem: I already had records in my base prior to this new select field. What I would like to do is to check from a specific date onward (ie. once the new field is live and ready to use for my base editors) how often this field was selected - meaning how many % of all new records did choose to select this optional field (yes, I had lunch today). Do you have any ideas how I could set this up? Thank you so much!Virginia

Hi everyoneI'm trying to 'visualise' the database I've built in some form of Sitemap Hierarchy with connected/relational fields and the ability to filter those connected/relational fields and it doesn't look like Airtable has this functionality native, closest I've found is the Org Chart extension, but doesn't seem flexible enough.It's likely that what I'm asking is likely impossible but I don't know if there's a better way to setup the database tabs to make the hierarchy work.For context, we're looking to visually map via a semi-automated export function the hierarchy or an Organisation that has Departments, Sub-Departments, Teams and People within it that are all separate tabs.Any advice or examples of how you've managed to make a Org Chart or Sitemap Visualisation work.TIA Charlie

I have a user that wants to change the name of the "Duplicate X" where X = Initially selected name when the table is created with the "What should this record be called? question. Is there a way to change this after it is initially selected at table creation?I have not found a method to edit after creation and also didn't find anything in Airtable Help related to this topic.

Hello Community,I have a table with events and a linked table with needs for the events. Different needs can be assigned to each event. Each event and each need has a status. I would like that if all needs that are assigned to an event have the status "delivered" or "declined", that the status of the event changes to Needs processed.Does anyone have an idea how I can implement this?Best regardsMirko

I have two tables. The first is a item "types" as below...the second is a table of "details". Each row represents 1 item of the total number of that item type. Each row in the second table will have unique data, like an ID, a physical address and a QR code....If I add a new row in to table 1, with a qty of 20 units (in the Qty column), how can i automatically add that many rows to the second table, and link them to the dislay type from the first table?Thanks

I don't want to turn it off manually every weekends and turn back on on weekdays, but only optons are "days" and "weeks" so please let me know.2. Hi guys,Im new to Airtable but loving it so far. I just have one issue. - I need to get a HEX color code from a status (approved, awaiting approval and rejected, green, yellow and red) to a new field. How do i actually link the status to a hex color code? 

Hello! Wondering if someone knows why this is happening- I am trying to mimic a script I use in another base, and I've just realized why it's not working. In my other base, I can set the 'record' but in the second, this field doesn't exist. What am I missing? Here it is in the base where it works, where Record existsAnd in the base where it doesn't work, where record doesn't appear as a field: 

The Page Designer extension includes a static field to contain an image. I often use this field to contain our company logo on the header of a Page Designer template. The static field requires that you specify an image URL. Up to this point, I have used a single record in a “globals” table to host the company logo in an attachment field; grab the logo’s AirTable URL and set the Page Designer static image field accordingly. This is now broken. I believe it’s because of the AirTable attachment URL security feature, making the URLs dynamic after a couple hours (something like that). I have no other way of hosting the company logo on a public URL. Page Designer has no method of “uploading” an image instead of the URL reference as I understand it. How can I fix this? Is there an alternative method of hosting the image without using another 3rd party service? Is there a way to shut off the dynamic URL on attachments for a single record? Will Page Designer be update
