When I embed an Airtable grid into Squarespace and peek at the mobile view, it doesn't display the card layout as it should. It displays a sliver of the standard desktop grid layout. Is this a Squarespace-only anomaly? Any workarounds>

I have 2 linked tables, Tasks and Sub Tasks. I want the Sub Tasks' status to define the status of the Task. I currently have a rollup that makes an array of all the statuses in a given Task's Sub Task. Then I have a formula that reads these arrays and creates a status. Everybody, some years back I built with "PHPRUNNER" an application with airtable+rest-api.  That worked great, but as of February 2024 airtable has changed. An API key is no longer sufficient, but a token must be used (0auth 2.0 - User ) in PHPRUNNER.I have already created a token in airtable, but unfortunately I can no longer connect to airtbale and the application. Could you tell me if the parameters in the new connection are filled in correctly? Thanks in advance. See screenshot's. What am I doing wrong ?        

I create a form (interface in Airtable) to collect information from user and store in "Table A". Output fields include "Age", "Location", "Claim", "Special", Compo". I have another "Table B" to have above 5 fields and addtional "diagnosis value" field. Table B is combination of  different conditions of "Age", "Location", "Claim", "Special", Compo" and output of "diagnosis value". My question is how to set up formula to link up Table A and Table B which can filter the result of "diagnosis value" according to User input in Table A under different combination of "Age", "Location", "Claim", "Special", Compo".If you have any idea, pls. share your thought. Say I have this Base A. As I have more and more Tables added to it, I want to split it to twoBases A and B to better separate my workgflow.Is there a trick to make a table in base B keep linked to a table in Base A? I understand I can use Synced Table to achieve this somehow?My plan for now is to duplicate Base A and rename/make "Base A Copy" into Base B, and then delete the unrelated tables in each base to split them. Ie, in Base A, Tables 1, 2, 3 stays and 4, 5, 6 gets deleted; in Base A Copy (ie Base B) Tables 4, 5, 6 stays and 1, 2, 3 gets deleted). But Table 4 is linked to Table 1. Is the only way manually relinking everything? Thanks so much in advance.

Suppose I have multiple products (Cola, Root Beer, and Diet Cola) that come in different sizes (6-pack and 2-liter). I currently have an interface set up where I can fill out a sales order where product and size are selected separately via single-selection. The problem is that each possible combination has an arbitrary price not based on any mathematical formula. I would like to reference the price based on these two selections, but I can't see any way to do that.I'm totally comfortable making a new table with a separate record for each possible combination (so six, in the current example). I just need a way to reference those records based on my two single-selects.

I am working on a formula that1. Trims2. Replaces Double Quotes (") with Apostrophes Quote (')3. Replaces Ampersands (&) with 'and'.TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(DESCRIPTION, '"', ''),'&','and'))The above works, except, if I change it to include the Apostrophes Quote ('), it gets an airtable error.  Any advice?Kevin

Hello:I am trying to create a RollUp for A Scoring Process we are undergoing related to our Strategic Plan. I have managed to get everything else to work; however, I am running into a challenge doing a RollUp for two questions.One is a Simple Yes/No Question. I want to get the total number of Yes/No Votes.The second is a Yes/No/Maybe question. Likewise, I would like to get the total number of Yes/No/Maybe votes.I have tried creating conditional formatting that counts IF FIELD=YES, but that is not giving me the total number of 'Yes' when I roll up. I recognize I will probably need five new columns - but I cannot figure out how to get them to populate with the required information.Thanks for any help.

Hey,I imported my contact database into a table and am trying to separate these years so that "2019; 2020" would turn into multiple datapoints that can be filtered accordingly like "2019, "2020" etc. Is there any easy way to do this? Thanks!

Would it be possible to disable database snapshots, delete/clear out database snapshots, or configure snapshots to ignore specific fields?The way database snapshots currently function undermine any meaningful data deletion or redaction strategy for an active base. Our organization uses an automation to redact certain fields in our database for any record over X days/months old. While this automation cosmetically redacts the data, the original, pre-redacted data is preserved in the database snapshots. As database snapshots are not able to be deleted separately from the base they're attached to, the only way to ensure that redacted information is not preserved is to duplicate and then delete the database.While a workaround exists (duplication+deletion), it's tedious, creates broken links, and makes operationalizing a data retention policy difficult. My team uses the revision history function a lot when editing records. Currently, that function is not available in an Interface, as far as I can tell. I hope that it can be added ASAP. I have a workaround that embeds a link to the record in the base, and directs the team member to click on the link and open up the Activity pane to see the track changes. This is a workable solution, but far from an ideal one, as it requires the team member to interact with the base itself rather than the much more streamlined—and much less confusing—Interface.

Hoping someone can guide me with setting up a formula to score tests that are reported on another table.Here's the current setup:Table 1 - record of all test takers by session ID, including fields for all of their question responses.Table 2 - question key  - records of all questions used in exams including a field for the correct answers.Table 3 - scoring - how can I set this up to pull response data from table 1 and cross-reference against the correct answers on table 2 and then display correct or incorrect, 1 or 0 etc for each right or wrong answer?Table 3 would then also have separate fields that would tabulate the raw scores for each section and covert them accordingly.  It's a relatively easy formula on a spreadsheet, so I thought it would be easy here as well, but it looks like Airtable doesn't support combining formulas with lookups?  There are over 100 responses in each test session,

Hi all,I feel like this question may have a very easy solution, however I have been unsuccessful with my attempts so far. Basically, I have created three interfaces with one or two pages in each. I want to share a couple of my interfaces with some of my team members, and the other interface with my other team members. I am struggling to understand how to accomplish this, such that they do not have access to the other's interfaces.In the sharing options, it gives me the option to share to individual bases via link, however when I test the link i can click back and open the other interfaces (I also tried with another account I can access to test it and the same result happened) I am sure I am missing something. And if there isn't a solution, a work around where I only get one page/interface is acceptable. Thank you,Ben

I have built an inventory management system, where each item is a record in a table. I was able to add an extension that creates a QR code for each record and saves it as an attachment in PNG format.  The intention is to print that QR code on a label, then stick it on each item in my store room. Once someone extracts it from the store, they scan the code and mark it as "OUT" to keep inventory up-to-date.My main issue is to create a way for the QR codes (PNG attachments) to print. Ideally I would like to have a button that uses an extension or script. Once you click the button, it prints the QR code for that specific record only. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to achieve this?

I'm trying to delete an entry from my airtable through the API (on voiceflow to be specific). I have experience with the API as the rest of the application uses many GET and POST commands that work just fine. The problem comes when trying to delete, where I keep getting error 401 (authentication required) despite including my bearer API key as a header. I'm using an exact copy of the DELETE example in my airtable API documentation.Anyone have any ideas if this problem could come from somewhere else? Or if it's just a bug to do with my application? Hello everyone, Hope you guys can help me out here.I am trying to fetch some information from Airtable through an Get request API block in Voiceflow. When the parameter field is empty I get a 200 success code but it retrieves all of the information. I want to fetch the information depending on a variable. To do that I type a filterByFolmula in the parameter field and I get 422 error. Does anyone knows how to solve this? we have a problem with the connection of softr and airtable. We have a part in softr where people can add new data and we need that data to be in airtable. However, in airtable the place where the data should go to is linked with other tabs.Since it’s a linked column softr doesn’t understand it. Is there a way for us to make it so that softr detects the linked column and when a new data is added it is shown in the correct place? or exist any formula that let us to copy automatically cells like in Google Sheets? 

I'm not normally a scripter, but just spent two weeks trying to put this little routine together and make it work. The script calculates the date one year in the future and uses it to rename a new column in the format MMM'YY.  After loads of trial and twice as much error, I actually got in to work!:Naturally I was really pleased with myself! Now just to apply a trigger. I want it to run on the first of each month. My first idea was to paste it into an automation. But I soon discovered that scripts run from the automation cannot create fields.How frustrating! Why not? Can anybody think of a workaround? Is there a command I can put in the script editor to make it trigger on a regular interval?Any ideas or workarounds gratefully received.

Hi - I am having a heck of a time figuring this out.I have a table called "Days" that holds different tasks with various dates. Some tasks have the same date.In a separate table called "Crew", I assign the Tasks to the crew, and can rollup the linked records to only return the unique dates. However, when I try to count these, it adds the tasks up on the same date, even though I only need it once.Example:DAYS TABLE:Ben's Birthday - 3/9 Pickup John - 3/9Brenda's Birthday - 3/10 CREW TABLE:John - Linked to Ben's Birthday, Pickup John, and Brenda's Birthday RecordsRollup field: Arraying unique dates, only return 3/9 & 3/10 as desired. However, when trying to count unique dates, it is still counting all the records even if they have the same date. So it returns 3. Help!!
