Hello, We are a custom shoes company and our customers can select their desired heel types. We have 13 different heel types with 13 unique codes (ex. 4544, 2017). Everytime we have an order, we are creating a record line with the necessary information, and one of the columns is HeelType column. We want to create an inventory table that we will update manually when we buy new material, but it will decrease automatically everything time relevant heel is typed in the Order Table. For example, if we bought 50 pairs of Heel 4544, we will increase the value by 50, but we want it to automatically decrease if we write an order record with Heel 4544 on the other table, so it will be 49. Same goes for the other heel types. I feel like this is so easy but I couldn’t manage. Thanks for your help in advance!

Dear all,I'm using the calendar in the interface; in the month view, if there are more items, accondingly to the zoom setting, only some items are visible, while others are not visible, even though the label "+ x more" is present.Even by clicking in the day the other items appear only for less than 1 sec, after the click.Are there some ways in order to see the title of the items withuot open the right summarize column? Thank you. Best regards. A. Hi,Every time I try to convert the multiple select field (automatic field from import) to Date (with time included), I get this message that some cell data may be cleared. And indeed, most of the cell data were cleared. I don't understand this as my data is clean it is a standard 03/05/2023 7:00:00, 10/05/2023 7:00:00, 17/05/2023 7:00:00, etc As you can see, the three rows show up blank after I try to convert to Date (with time) field.This is the original data after importing from Excel sheet. Would appreciate any advise on how I could convert all data successfully. Hi there, I am trying to create an If/or formula and got it to work but I can't get the formula to be blank if there's no data in a field. I'm sure that makes no sense. Here's an example: Let's say I have a small list of produce in a column. I want to create a formula in a new column to give me the category of produce either as a fruit or as a vegetable. I got the formula to work but if no produce has been selected I'm still seeing "Vegetable" in the formula column and I want it to return a blank value. Any ideas? Here's the example formula. In the Airtable interface it came to my attention today that Read Only users can see all other users who have access to the same interface. I simply assumed they couldn't share or see this information.Does anyone know how I disable sharing for read only users, or the ability to see who it is shared with?This is totally work stopping for me on my current project. In fact this is preventing me from wanting to use Airtable interfaces for any public facing work, even for people who have paid Airtable accounts.

I have set up a flow in Make.com with a webook-airtable-strip-airtable to create and send invoices from stipe using the data in Airtable.It all works apart from when creating the invoice in stripe it creates an invoice for £0.00. It looses all the pricing info. And yet I can track it through the input/output.Anyone help??I will happily post all the input/output data!  

I made an automation to create reminders in my Google Cal. They’re all-day events, which by default don’t show you as busy, but when they’re made through Airtable they’re ticked to show as busy. I couldn’t find a field to change this in my automation. Can I make it so my all-day events made from automation don’t show as busy?

I'm developing an automation with Make that should extract specific values (Email, Città and CAP) from an email body.  The values should be saved into airtable fields.Make returns the following error message when tries to save the extracted CAP value into the airtable field "Indirizzo_Immobile_CAP". The field "Indirizzo_Immobile_CAP" is linked to another table.I've contacted Make support and they told me what follow: "Upon inspecting the log, it looks like the field called "Indirizzo_Immobile_CAP" is the one causing this issue showing

Hello everyone, I am having an issue with my images. I uploaded all my images with a webp format to minimize size. I have an example where I am uploading an image that is 63kb but it is being returned as 467kb. Yes, 467kb that is insane. What can i do about this? If I can't find a way to fix this I might as well get rid of this api because that is completely unacceptable.

I'm trying to add a button to an email automation that links to an external URL.I created a Button form field (with URL) to table data and added it to the email automation. I have a large multi-select that I then need to turn into a list format. I did the usual substitute the comma for a line break but unfortunately the items in this multi-select (that I can not edit) also use commas so now it's adding commas where I don't want them. Is there a way to get the formula to avoid those commas but not the others?  SUBSTITUTE({Plot Themes},", ","\n")

Hi all!I've been scratching my head and couldn't solve the problem quickly, so I'm asking for your help.I need to display a progress bar with the percentage of completion of a specific task, under which there are subtasks. In order to understand the percentage of task completion, we take the subtask as the source. If out of 10 subtasks only one is completed, then we get 10% of the main task completed, a certain run rate.It looks like a similar task can be implemented through a formula, but I was unable to write a correct formula using if, counting and division.How can this case be solved?

Hi I am combining 2 fields (quantity and materials description) using the formula function (screenshot 1). I am then using the lookup field to display in one cell all the materials and quantities for one job in that one cell (screenshot 2). So far so good. I would like to be able to do a nice print out for the workshop staff but in order for it to look less cluttered, is there any way I could program it to display each (material & qty) to be displayed on a new line (new paragraph) within one cell? e.g. rather than 2 x 22mm MDF, 4 x 18 mm Birch plywood, 6 x inset hinges I would prefer it to look like this: 2 x 22mm MDF, 4 x 18 mm Birch plywood, 6 x inset hinges Any ideas gratefully received!

I'm running into race conditions some report summaries automations, and am wondering if anyone has come up with a better solution than I have in placeI have a table that is automatically updated when a user adds values from a csv report. I need to summarize that report with an automation. I have a multi-step automation that does the followingTriggers when a record enters a viewChecks to see if the date of the report is already listed in my summary table with a "Find Records" stepIf "Find Records" length is 0, it runs a few scripts to do math on the raw data enteredHowever, I've found that the automation runs for all records in the view simultaneously, rather than one at a time, so I'm running into race conditions where multiple lines are created for the same report. I know there are other solutions such as running the automation from a button click or at a scheduled time, but those are not options for me at this point. Any advice?

Is there a way to share a script between a record-create automation and a record-update automation?

Is it possible when selecting "Link to another record" to be able to connect to multiple tables? I can only see the option to link to one table (multiple records, yes, but multiple tables, no)? Or any workarounds for this?I'm building out a content model and for some of the content types, the source content fields can come from multiple other locations, so I need to be able to reference this in my data model. Thanks!

I have two tables in a base named Appointments and Revenue. I use Zapier to send appointments and transactions from my CRM to Airtable. The appointment records include a Technician Name. The revenue transactions do not and cannot include a Technician Name. They both, however contain a Job # field.I'd like to create an automation that is triggered when a new revenue record is created. It would look into the appointment table to find the Job # that corresponds to the Job # in the revenue record and returns the Technician Name from the appointment record and populates a Technician Name field in the revenue record.Can anyone tell me how to do this (assuming it is possible)? Does anybody know how to actually get a response from airtable support? I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and got an automated reply saying typical response times are 1-2 business days.
