Hello, I'm new to airtable but absolutely love the potential! I've set up a Social Media Marketing Calendar that my VA and I have access to for writing, scheduling, and planning Instagram/Facebook content. The trouble I'm having is within the same base, I'd like to have a master Calendar for all of my marketing channels. I want a calendar for my email list, a calendar for my planned blogs, and a calendar for my Youtube Content. With all of these calendars I want a Master Calendar for all of my marketing efforts that pulls in all of the sources into one calendar so I can make sure it syncs has a cohesive message. I don't want to gunk up the Social Media Calendar with my other platforms because it could get overwhelming with my VA who only works on Instagram/Facebook. I'm sure it's user error because I'm new to this, but can anyone give me guidance on how to pull information from each of my calendars (Blogs, Emails, Social Media

I'm looking for an alternative to MS Access which will allow our employees to enter data through forms, with basic features like lookup tables and direct access to an AWS hosted PostgreSQL instance.Does Airtable do that? It seems like Airtable needs to ingest all data into its own 'base', but I'm really not looking to do that.If not, I'd appreciate any suggestions for data entry software.

Hi,I have an Interface I have created for one of my bases (simple summary page) - but I wonder:- Is it possible to access this Interface (and its summary data) via the AirTable API? I am having a hard time with an automation for updated record. Right now my Assignee field allows for multiple collaborators on our team to share records. Sometimes a record will need to change from the original assignee and be reassigned to another collaborator(assignee). What I need is for Outlook to send an email to the person that the record has been reassigned to. I keep trying to address it but keep getting notified by Airtable that the automation didn't work (Failed to construct the value for "To").The “assignee field” is called Agent Lead Owner. Outlook® is already integrated.I have attached an image for reference. Hello,We have a built a complex database for a processing facility, over the past 10 months. As of today, we have about 35 automations running (at various frequencies) and the main base will soon reach 100k entities out of 125k.Until Friday, there haven't been any slowdowns or any load issues. There are 3-4 automations that are running once every few minutes especially during 9am - 6pm. We have a steady 10k entities/month increase rate. And no development has happened since Friday.On Saturday it was reported that the platform started to slow down and entities generated through automations are starting to take minutes to appear.This morning, the automations runs are no longer taking <1 minute to finalize, we are looking at over 30 minutes runs. The queue of runs is chaotic, runs that started later are completed sooner that previous runs and the entire base is full of errors because of this.The company is facing serious penal

I am looking to find any way to automate and control the license levels that exist for our users in Airtable.  Currently, a builder in Airtable can promote users to builders, and collaborators.  This obviously can cause licensing headaches, and administrative headaches.Has anyone found a way to control or run audits via any type of automation to get a handle on licensing changes?  I understand this might be the opposite of what Airtable wants, which is to keep free and open collaboration, but that's not reasonable for businesses trying to control costs.Thanks in advance!

Hi, I need help. I have an automation that is triggered at a scheduled time and the action finds records based on a view of my grid. The grid is displaying all of the correct fields. Yesterday this automation stopped showing fields that are multiple select but show all other fields. I retested the trigger and action without any errors, and I hid and unhid these multiple select fields and turned the automation off and on. Not sure what else to do to get the multiple select fields to display on the automation as they used to. 

how can i export my data from airtable in json format ?

I've been trying to do this in way too many ways. Is anyone else frustrated with Airtable's lack of full base download and limited storage space for a respective paid tier?Major issues that need to be corrected:I upgraded from Free to Plus but got no warning that this tier would still leave me with storage over limit.No way to directly reach sales to switch from Plus to Pro tier for first year promo offer that I saw before upgrading.No way to do a full base download.No way to download actual attachments as part of a CSV export.No way to get a quick overview of attachments by file size to find the top resource hogs and delete them.I get that any service wants to lock you into their service and features but this feels overly manipulative.  Anyone have any luck with getting any sort of timely response from their sales and/or support?

Hey guys, Is 2GB files the most I can upload, or that’s just the maximum amount of files that can be stored in one base? If I delete that record/file, will I free my space, or that’s just the maximum I can upload, no matter if I delete files or not. Thanks

Hey ATeam, My base is synced with an online app to schedule and send content to whatsapp groups. the app that i work with has a limit of 2MB per upload file. so Im limited and looking for an option to compress attachments based on their file size which the general rule is that the file could not exceed 2MB. Ill be happy to get any thoughts or ideas on how to resolve that, an be able to compress files that are larger that 2MB. using automations, scripts or extension or any other Idea that you might have. Thanks 🙂

Can I set-up AirTable to use the German number format which uses comma (,) for decimal place and dot(.) for thousand separator ? I mostly hace to create reports which require german formatting. It’s a real pain to download in excel and reformat it. Thanks

Hello I have found a way to export a tabel to google sheets. The only problem I have is the attachmet. When I open the file in Google Sheet I can see a kind of Link in the attachmet-field. That's not what I want. I want to see the real images here. Is ther an other way to export from Airtable to Google sheets including real picturesthanks

Hello, I need help figuring out what I am doing wrong. In the main table, I track daily work, and in the other table, I track inventory. There is created a link record from the main table to the inventory table. From the main table, I am selecting the available items for sale. What I would like the automation to do is find the records that I have assigned and copy the quote number from my main table to the inventory table. I know I can do a lookup the problem is that I have too many records that would have to backlog. Here is what I am trying to accomplish with the automation, but it keeps failing. After I update that Quote Number field and select the items from the inventory table, I am triggering the automation from the checkbox field. Main table view:

Hi, I'm sure this question has already been asked but still can't find an easy answer. It seems as though it should be quite simple but I can't wrap my head around it.As per the screenshot, I would like to automatically combine Linked Record entries from multiple fields into 1 field. The 1 combined field needs to keep this data as Linked Records, and not as formula text.The  Linked Records are from another Table in the same base.So basically, if this automation or formula was setup properly - the "ALL COMPLETED PROJECTS" field would contain 3 Linked Records: "Pen", "Pal" and "Pol".Is this possible?

Not sure if this would be a roll up field, script, or automation but I am trying to combine multiple linked record fields into one linked record field automatically. For example: One record has multiple linked fields “Assignment 1”, “Assignment 2”, “Assignment 3”, ect. and I want them to all be shown in an “All Assignments” linked field automatically. Hi, I have a column where the tax of products is being calculated and in the field I have the formula to calculate the tax since it is the same for every product that can be taxed. I have certain products that do not include tax, so how to do write out a formula, or override my current one so these products do not automatically calculate the tax. Thanks!

I have a Purchase Order table and an Expenses table that when records are created and automation pulls the records into the Budgets MASTER LIST using roll up and look up fields. Each Budget is allocated to a department (Autism Liaison, Events, IT & Comms etc etc ) so the Primary field for Budgets MASTER LIST is a forumula using IF to pull in the lookup Budget ID from each entry so I can group the entries by Budget ID. (hope this makes sense so far).I also have another table that lists all Budget Categories (called Annual Budgets) that contains the annual budget amount and on this table I need to show running balance - remaining budget etc etc (don't worry about that I have already set that up), BUT it relys on having the linked field in the Budgets MASTER LIST to do this.So, all I need is each time a new record is created in Budgets MASTER LIST, rather than me having to manually select the linked field 'Annual Budets' and select the budget related to it, is th
