Hi…I have a field with ‘arrival date’, a field with ‘terms’ (which is days prior to arrival payment is due. This is a number and varies from record to record)(Both are lookup configurations) and I want the third field to calculate the date it would be if the terms number (such as -3) is subtracted from the ‘arrival date’. I tried DATEADD({arrival date},terms,‘days’) but it didn’t work. I experimented with DATEADD({arrival date},-3,‘days’) and with the ‘terms’ look up field just being an integer instead of the look up and those did work so I am not sure how to do this. Thank you!!

Hi all. I'm trying to embed a base that has five tables. Only the first table embeds. When I click it open I can see the other four tables (linked) but I can't click through to them. What am I missing? I know it's probably staring me in the face but I can't figure it out nor find an answer anywhere here. Thanks!

Hello AllI send automated SMS to a list of contacts that is present into another table with the lookup function.My problem is the phone numbers are displayed with a coma as a separator (see picture below) and my sms provider does not recognise it. I would need to have  semicolons instead of commas Can you please help me with the syntax in case I would have some formula / rollup ?thank you 

Hello, In my base, one table has 2 records each. Currnetly, i do a lookup and it shows me both records. I only want the first to show up because it just doubles the name twice. How can I make it so that when i lookup from that table, only the first (or last) record shows vs having both.

Hello, I'm using Airtable to project manage a fabrication project where multiple units will be built throughout the year. One scenario I would like to track is when there is a single task that needs to be done for each unit, but only when that unit is ready. For example, the task "schedule logo wrap" needs to be done for each unit, but only when that unit is ready for it. What I would like to be able to visualize is how many units have been completed, and how many are left - maybe display a percentage or some other visual indicator. I'm not sure if I should just duplicate the same task for each unit, or I can role all units up under one single task.My current setup is:Unit Table - Lists each unit numberThanks!Tasks Table - List each task that needs to be done.

Hello,I, like many here in the AirTable forums, have dealt with seemingly "random" file deletions. One of the issues with this bug is that it is often sporadic. However, I have recently refactored one of my cloud processes that processes data from a record, generates a data file (application/json type) and puts it back into the record. I have a consistent set of records that I can run this process on, and I can literally watch my process write in all of the files, and then anywhere from 1-20 seconds later I see the files deleted  realtime! I know that my code is doing nothing to actually delete the files, and you can even tell from the record history that something is awry because the original file write is by our "Software" user and it specifies the Users token, and then the deletion is also done by the "Software" user but no token is specified (see attached screenshot). I feel confident that I have no old API key based processes that would be doing this action. 

Hello community!I have a problem, which I've been unable to resolve myself.I have two different tables, of which one table contains different entrees (table 1), which get combined in the other table in groups (table 2).Now, in the first table (table 1) with different entrees all entrees have a name connected to it.But in the other table (table 2) that groups these entrees the name should also be shown (rollup from table 1).Now the problem is that the groups of tables exists mainly from entrees with the same name. And if I show the name through rollup, I see the name many times, not just one time. I would like to only show the name once if the entrees all contain the same name.Hope my explanation is clear.Does anyone know how to do this?

Is there any way to search for emoticons (any of them) in a text field, and replace with something like a dash or space? Is there a code for emoticon that allows a formula to search for this? Emojis and emoticons are often put into titles of blogs, but I am curating titles and creating url’s out of them, but want to remove any trace of these.

For every challenge I should have a service(s) (e.g. organizing the event / creating promo materials) in a Service table.I created an automation, which should work like this:1. Hey there! I have created an automation on my Airtable to send an SMS to my customer when they made a purchase. My customers are 2 tables : on the "Users" table and on the "Clients" table. I have their telephone numbers and also a formula field to convert their number in the French standard format : "+33678332729"When I type manually a telephone number on the field 'TO', the automation works and the SMS is well send. But, when I choose my specific formula field with the French standard format, It takes the source of the data (0678332729) and not the content (+33678332729)Here is some screenshot in attachment. Thank you in advance for your help!Seren

Hello guys! I’m new here and I’m still learning about Airtable, but I’m really enjoying it! I have some doubts about formulas, I would be very happy if they work for what I need, here are my doubts: 1 - Is there any way to add numbers in a column automatically every time you turn the month? For example: Column “parcels” on 12/22/2021 = 1 on 01/22/2022 = 2 and so on? This would be very useful because here in Brazil we make purchases in installments, so the number of installments, changing month by month alone, would make it much easier. 2 - Is there any way for the formulas to understand the “unique selection fields”? I would like to create a formula like: If the “unique selection field” has the option “green” the answer is 1, if it has the option “purple” the answer is also 1, but if it has the option "black " the answer is “1/2” Thanks in advance!

Here's the challenge I need to find a solution for. I have a table of "Orders" placed by Girl Scouts in my troop. Their orders are for Girl Scout cookies they've sold.There are 9 possible cookies someone can order, and there's a number column for each cookie that contains how many packages they are ordering.Say an order comes for 3 Adventurefuls, 0 Lemonups, 4 Trefoils, and 10 Thin Mints, and 0 of the remaining cookies Do-Si-Dos, Samoas, Tagalongs, Toffeetastics, and smores.  I need to create a record in another table, called Order Lines, for EACH cookie they ordered. Hello all,I'm developing integrations with other third party providers where I can supply a URL and they ingest that information. However, I was told there were errors with the image.On investigation, the "type" provided by the API (image/jpeg). However, the HTTP Content type is actually binary (application/octet-stream) and the filename is inlined in the content-disposition. I understand this may have been used for file downloads, but this post seems to think this isn't necessary. This seems more like a bug, as really the "type" is provided by the API, so I'm not sure its not set b the content-type. Would this ask be possible? I've been running into this issue several times. The Team plan is $20 per seat/month billed annually. Does the "per seat" mean users? So if we have 10 editors, it'll be $200 per month? But the plan also says it includes unlimited editors. It's very confusing...

I often copy data from several fields at once, so I need to use a horizontal scroll to select all the data, which is not really user-friendly. That’s why I thought maybe it’s possible to create a button field that copies data from some fields of the same row and sends it to the clipboard. I did some research and figured out it can’t be made with built-in Airtable features. I guess custom scripting may help, but I’m not familiar with JS, so I have no idea where to start or if it’ll even work:sweat_smile: Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Community, I am attempting to develop a QC DB for my international QC inspectors, in my dept we manage over 18,000 unique item id’s manufactured by over 400 factories, in 20 different countries . I keep a list of Item IDs and Factory IDs on a source of truth database which I have synced to my prototype inspection DB. We run a charity vege farm. I'm building a crop planning tool. For planning, a couple of pieces of key information about a crop are:-Number of weeks from Sowing in the nursery to Transplant (Weeks to transplant - WtT)-Number of weeks from Transplant to Harvest (Weeks to Harvest - WtH)I use this info to predict how long a crop will be in a part of the farm for, and planning to ensure we have the right amount to harvest at different times of the year.In summer, a crop like lettuce may have a WtT of 3 weeks and WtH of 6 weeks. In the middle of winter, that may be more like WtT of 5 and WtH of 10.There is a whole spectrum in between those dates!How would one write a formula for WtT and WtH to be adjusted according to the date of the year? There are input fields for "sowing" and "transplant" which would act as the date to adjust WtT and WtH for.

My table has four fields: Total Price, Total Paid, Amount Owed, and Payment Status. When the value of Total Price and Total Paid are the same, the value in the Amount Owed field, predictably, shows "$0" – however when I use the value of {Amount Owned} in a custom formula for the Payment Status field, it shows up as "7.275957614183426e-12" i.e. a near-zero value, but not zero. This is causing my formula to break, although I can work around it by checking if the value is "< 0.01" instead of "== 0". This appears to be a bug in AirTable, Total price is a manually entered currency value.Total Paid is a rollup field, summed from a different table using SUM(values)Amount Owned is a simple formula subtracting Total Paid from Total PriceAnd Payment Status is a formula that looks like this:IF({Total Price} > 0,  IF
