Imagine that I have three different fields.Disboard URLTop.gg URLOfficial invite URLHow do I make it so if a field isn't found in the formula, it'll fallback to the next one of lower priority.For now I would like my formula to lookup three fields.Here's what I've got so far but it only works with two fields.IF({Disboard URL} + {Top.gg URL}='' ,BLANK(), {Disboard URL}) 

Dear AllI am trying to automate "master project status" in the base, hopefully through creating a formula. "Master project" is a made of all small "projects". Logic as below: - If all of "project status" is "concluded", then "master project status" is to reflect "concluded" automatically- If all of "project status" is "planned", then "master project status" is to reflect "planned" automatically- If all of "project status" is "onhold", then "master project status" is to reflect "onhold" automatically- If one of the "project status" is "ongoing", then "master project status" is to reflect "ongoing" automatically Thanks a lot!

When I click 'activate options' no options are showing. I've double checked that activate options isn't already ticked on any other orders. It's been working fine, so not sure why it is suddenly not working. It's not working on multiple devices, and I have logged out and back in with no luck.Any ideas??

When visiting developer documentation on Extension components, I cannot see the preview of this component in action. A while ago, I remember that preview was working correctly.   Is Airtable support aware about that? Any info when it gets fixed? Hey guys!I am trying to move a base I created to a new workspace I created. We have Enterprise, I am set as an ADMIN, but am not the owner of the base that I made to original base on. Does anyone know if there's a setting somewhere I can change so I can move it or do I need to get the owner to move it?Thanks! 

I have table descriptions that I want to edit. I am able to use the arrows to move around within the description section (including cmd+A on mac to highlight everything) but if I want to get to a specific area by clicking, the box stops responding (and I can no longer use the arrows to move around). I need to close and reopen to be able to use the arrows. Is this the way it is supposed to function? Clicking makes more sense and would be more helpful.

Hi, I install Airtable on my Galaxy Tab S8 the (Android) app display the database list but hang forever trying to load any database (small or large). No info, debug or data ...Any ideas ?It work better on the web version ...

Hello everyone. I intend to connect interviews (synced to Airtable from a Google Calendar account) to different records, each one of which represent a single deliverable. The constraint that I face is that if I connect more than one interview to the same deliverable, only the first one appears in the Calendar View of the same table. Hello,I'm working on an automation that, when triggered by a new record being created, runs a script. The script should take that record, parse a comma-delimited list, then create new records in a separate table. The new records are include the unique names, the count of each unique name, and a link back to the original record. I mostly have this sorted now thanks to some awesome older forum posts, but I'm having trouble understanding how to write new records.The error I'm getting is on the last line of code where the records are being created: Error: Field "fldjndAnd48IHziyd" cannot accept the provided value.I believe the issue is with how I'm assigning the records. Hi again,I'm facing an issue in base designing and I can't find the answer myself or in this forum, so I'm trying here,I have this field in the table named "Actions", linked to another table named "Inventory", every time I add an action, I can choose to add every item I have in my "Inventory" table.I want to keep my inventory up to date, so every time I add a row in the "Action" table, I want to -1 of the specific item in my Inventory section.Can you help me find a way to do it? Hi There,Seeking some help writing a formula to show the minimum of two date fields in a specified format. Basically,I have a field that lists days of the week with no reference to date. I have tasks that need to be done on a particular day. Would like to another field to automatically update itself with date of the current week for that given day.  Is this possible?  Thanks

Hi, I would like to print an airtable view and exclude certain columns from being printed. If I use the “hide”-function, I don’t see the columns in the table anymore, but they appear when I print them. Is there a way to exclude certain columns from getting printed?

Hi everyone,In an interface form, I have this field that is linked to another source.When clinking the "+ Add record", my end user will have the possibility to link a record from another table.Unfortunately, when I click on the "+ Add record" button, a new form open, with nothing but just the autonumber of the record, and no other details.As you can see on the picture above, just the autonumber, which is somewhat really tricky to know which record to select...Details for the form's parameters here :Can someone please explain how to show all the details from the other table on that form?Thank you a lot,Elie

Hi all,I have an automaton where at X time, once a week, records are scanned for any projects that are within the next coming week, the status is to be changed to "Upcoming". I am recieving an error message on the update record part. Hi all,I want to build a base for tracking the onboarding and ongoing training of employees at our company. We have a list of “SOPs” standards and guides. I’ll just call them SOPs here. There are actually several lists (one for engineering, one for accounting, one for HR stuff, etc). These lists currently reside in a series of google sheets that have columns to describe what the SOP is for, who “owns” it, what the status of it is and its priority for training purposes and a link to it (in google drive). Then there is a master list that links out to the other lists. The challenge is that I want to track how well each employee on the team knows a particular standard, and if it is a priority for them to learn it. And it doesn’t make sense to do that in the spreadsheet format. I want to transition this to an Airtable base that relates a table with our employees (a row/record for each employee) to a table with the SOPs. So for each employee there would be a few fields that define:

Hi,I have a field which is multiple select in the airtable, and for one record there are 119 selections to be made. Is there a way to load them in go, than adding every single option under multiple select for that particular record. thanks

My plan says that I am over the limit on a base. When I go to my account page it says “All of your bases are within the record and attachment limits for your current plan (annual Pro)”. I am needing this fixed so that I can add new records. Specifically, I am trying to push new records from Activecampaigns to Airtable via Zapier. I realized that when the base was not updating with new contacts that there was a notification about a limit excess. Does anyone know how to fix this error? This is causing a big issue with my business.
