Hello everyone, Please I need your help I would like to send out an email with two answering options referenced from my table in my base and the user should just be able to pick one option in the email with just one click and automatically the value are being transmitted into the base directly without opening the form. I don't want any form to be seen after pressing the button I just want it to be submitted automatically.What i have done is to create a form and write a prefill url formular that prefills the form with the option and an extra field that will also be prefilled that works only in the base but when i reference it in the email and preview it doesn't appear at all in the email.Would it be also possible for the form to be submitted automatically once the button is pressed ?I would really appreciate any suggestion or insight Thank you.

I want my automation to update the record when it is complete and then remove or delete any/all the attachments in a particular field, how can I do this?

Hello,Thanks in advance for any assistance with this.We have a ticket system whereby people submit by form an action and it's completed with a time stamp; with a goal of completing every request within 8 hours.Currently we determine if the time completed was within 8 hours of it being submitted and that generates a "1" in a formula column.  That column provides a percentage of the amount of 1's filled and gives us a service level.Recently I was asked to refine this solution to only consider submissions during business hours (Mon-Fri between 9am-6pm).This way, anything submitted outside of business hours doesn't count against the 8 hour service level until it's within spec.If something is submitted at 6:01pm, the timer freezes until 9am the next day given it's not a weekend.Alternately as long as something is submitted within business hours the timer does not stop even if it exceeds business hours or goes into a weekend.I'm

I want to automatically copy a specific field from one table into another table. This needs to go to a specific airtable id - is this possible? 

I have searched Airtable Help and Google and haven’t located a solution for the following issue: I have created simple formulas in Currency and Number fields. The results are always rounded up. I’ve tried different options (Integer, decimal places) but they made no difference. How do I get Airtable to show the correct result without rounding up? Thank you!

I have a target base in a Workspace that is synced to several other bases all in one separate workspace. If I move this target base into the same workspace as the others, will this cause any issues with syncing or interface design?

Created a basic table in Grid View. Shared and embedded the List and was able to select multiple records, then select Download CSV and export the selected records. Nothing changed in the table, share, etc but now when selecting download CSV the selected rows are unselected. Even if all Rows are selected as soon as Download CSV is clicked the selection clears. In have searched the community and entered a support ticket and it does not seem like anyone has an answer here- I can download my entire table as a csv but that is not what I want- just want to choose the selected rows

First post here- I know I can easily build a form and connect results to Airtable- but can I connect a Form to an existing table for the user to select data from it? I have a table of workers by department with email address- I want the user to be able see and search this table (no problem) and then select users by email address from the table entries that will be submitted with the form.

I have a co-worker who can't "star" any bases on his homepage to favorite them. He can star the one workspace he has, but not the bases. When you hover over the base, the greyed-out star isn't there. When you click the three dots, there is no option there to "star." He has creator permissions for the workspace. What am I missing?

Hoping for some expert guidance on this approach building a reference Table to our BOX folders. AirTable created based on a BOX file report. Zapier BOX Find by filename is working. Import of text fields works as expected. looking for assistance on how to capture a “thumbnail” image (.png 94x94) in an attachment field. Is there a way through Zapier to pull and populate an attachment? I may be jumping too far ahead, but would this require an automation/scripting block using GET? developer.box.com

I use the Mac Os App and I'm used to have several windows for several bases/interfaces open at the same time but, for a few days now, I can't do it anymore. The option in the "File" menu of the app is unavailable and I have no idea why. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app and it's still the same...Anyone have the same problem ? Hi, I am trying to count the number of months from the Start Date till today.  The actual day of the 'Start Date' doesn't matter.  For example, if 'Start Date' is 9/20/23 and today is 12/11/23, I want to count the number of months that have passed: Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec = 4.  I have tried this formula: DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),{Start Date},'months') but, I know that doesn't work. I have been searching the community and haven't found the right solution.  Any help would be appreciated.

If you pay for a Team Plan for your Workspace and another person adds you as a Collaborator to a Base they own (and they also pay for a Team Plan), are they charged for you as a Billable Collaborator too?

Hi Team,Would it be possible to limit the number of decimals in Interfaces charts? Please see the example below. The data is not very legible because there are too many decimals after the coma, when calculating an average. Thanks

Hey Community, i have created a Base for placing Orders. Next step was to create a Formular for easyer placing a Order for everyone.  CheckI have a Question. I would like, when someone start to place a Order wirt Formular an check/select one Field/option (like "oversea" ) that a Explanation pops and show a long Text (like "Please place this and take this and after thant send email to yada yada yada thanks") Some kind of "how to" before he submit the Order to Base.Maybe is posible to define some Text chunks and display them in some sorf ot IF-THEN when different Fields/Options are selected.Thanks for any ideas or advice!

Preamble: I’m still working on implementing some features in the Scripting/Custom blocks which I think would remove the need for most of the Airtable API calls the proxy server is making. But even with custom blocks, I think I will still need a “get records for base” call that needs authentication. Setup: Node.js app (12.x), Airtable.js (0.8.1). API key stored in .env file that’s loaded into process.env. My application relies on a setup like @Bill.French described here where there is a central “directory” that has a record per Airtable base. My proxy server can return a list of these records, which in turn gives me the Base ID to make CRUD calls to that individual base. I am trying to format decimals in a formula to no avail: To the left is the number the 3rd column is what happens when this number is used in a formula (the end is cut off for numbers ending in 0) (e.g. 12.50 > £12.5 middle column is where I have formatted the number with this formula: so this was a solution found on another thread: IF({Refill / lowest price}, “£” & {Refill / lowest price} & IF(FIND(".", {Refill / lowest price} & “”) = LEN({Refill / lowest price} & “”) - 1, “0”)) However, if you now look at the middle column it works for the £12.50, but for any round numbers under 10 it misses the decimal place. (i.e. 5.00 > £50. Any help with tweaking this formula would be greatly appreciated! THANKS! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes:

HELP! I have a base with a table where I have collected submissions for an upcoming conference. There are fields for Speaker 1 Name, Speaker 1 Email, Speaker 2 Name, Speaker 2 Email, etc. I am trying to pull all the data from every record to another "Speaker Management" table. So I need all the Speaker Name fields (Speaker 1 Name, Speaker 2 Name, etc) to go to a singular field (Speaker Name) in this "Speaker Management" table along with the corresponding email contact for the record. The records are already there, but may update because I am using FillOut for people to update their submission content. I appreciate any thoughts!

My company is working to centralize our Zaps now that there's a service account feature through Airtable. However, we're running into the question if we should create separate service accounts with specific bases given access to (with the idea of least privilege), or just authorize a general Zapier service account that has access to all current and future bases?The latter seems to be a lot more permissions than necessary, but it is also easier. Would love to hear how others are approaching this.

Hey All, I built an Airtable base for a consulting client and their flow relies heavily on being able to print information from Airtable. I set them up with 6 separate Page Designer extensions for them to do so. They're having a consistent problem when trying to print a custom size paper.- it jams in the printer every single time. They've tried it on multiple printers and had their printer tech review as well. They're not having any issues printing when the page is a typical 8x11in size. The size dimensions for the custom page is 545x545 px and I've set the printing size also to 545x545px. When they try to print this page as an 8x11 it does print and there's no issue except that the content is only at the top of the page and they already have custom size printer paper they want to print on (not print and cut each page). Can anyone see why this may be happening? Hi,I have a database with special dates of each month (Christmas, Halloween, etc). I'm using the DATEADD formula to add 1 year to a date field.For example, for Christmas I have the date 24/12/2023 and I expect the DATEADD formula to result in 24/12/2024 (field "Próxima Fecha" of my attached screenshot).However, I'm getting 23/12/2024 as a result. This happens with all the dates (gives 1 day difference).Is it a bug or I'm missing something?Thanks!

I'm using a no-code tool and I want to have a multi-like with Airtable.On the no-code side, we've set up GET, POST and PATCH to make the like work, but the problem is that it's not attached to a single user. In other words, let's say user A posts a like that goes to the favorites page, user B and C log in and see A's likes and vice versa.
