Is anyone else having problems with slack sending an actionable message? 😣everything was working fine until Monday. My regular slack message automation is working fine! I disconnected and reconnected the my slack account to airtable. I also ensured my Slack had the airtable app integrated. All I see is the following message but I do not see what the actual error is. The channel and slack account is correct. The trigger also works perfectly. SOS. 

Hi, My organisation is on the Team Plan with budget allowing for only one collaborator. We need to email read-only users and / or external emails (max 50 recipients per email) but I'm unable to find out so far if this is possible without being charged. I'm also struggling to find the limits on these type of emails. I've attached a basic example of a select number of records which I wish to share in an email. Would appreciate if someone could advise / tell me a better approach! Thank you. 

To group records for planning purposes, I use a unique code for each record, then a custom text field to assign one of those codes to records that need to be grouped. This is for planning vegetable plantings with multiple vegetables in a plot. Here's an example of how that works:Where ID + Field Date is generated, and then I manually assign one of those codes to "planning ID" where those crops need to be considered as a group for certain planning activities. For planning purposes, I have a view that groups crop/records by planning ID. I also have one that sorts by crop in alphabetical order. However, I need a visualisation that does both - e.g. I need to be able to sort by crop AND visualise the other crops that are grouped by the same planning ID. We have a "Last modified time" field that updates when either of two other fields are changed. We discovered a group of records all modified on the same date and time (05/11/2023 at 12:50 PM) but when we opened each record to see the revision history, there is no trace of how the records were touched. How could that happen?There are no automations that run on a schedule.There is an automation that runs when certain triggers are met. We looked at the run histories but none of them ran at that time.Any ideas?

Airtable's API does not permit the import of all fields containing numbers or currency ending in zero to no-code platform Bravo Studio. Can someone provide me with any tips or insights on what might be happening?

On this view,I need to create groupings based on the Max Price and Listing Price.The amount should match, but when I tried to do the grouping it did not show the correct numbers.here's the current setup.  Here's the outcome.The Max Price Should be $280k but why is it that the Listing Price of $285k was included on this group which supposedly was not? 

Hello all! I am in need of some brainstorming. My organization uses grant funds for some of our programs and I am trying to figure out the best way to keep track of how much we have left and which programs they are linked to. In order to do that I have one table with all of our program information and one table with the information about the grant, i.e. how much we received. For most of the programs we only use funds from one grant, so right now what I have is on the program records table a field for how much grant money was used, then I link it to a specific grant and in the grant table a rollup and then formula field calculate how much of the money is left. However, on occasion we do pull funds from two grants for one program. This creates an issue as then both grants are pulling the same number from the program records table and subtracting the full amount from both totals, rather than the partial. Hi all - I've noticed a new issue in interfaces. When I add a text element, it does not expand to show multiple lines of text. In the screenshots below, see that I've added a text element containing a bulleted list with two lines. They both appear when I'm clicked into the text box (although the blue box only surrounds the first line), but as soon as I click out of the text box the second line disappears. I cannot find a way to resize it. Didn't the resizing used to happen automatically as more lines were added?I feel like this has just started happening recently. Has anyone else noticed this issue?Thanks,Kelsey

Hello,  I'm working on an inventory system.  Paired with AirPower, it connects to our shopify storefront to upload on the base what we have in stock on our website.  Once I get this finalized, it will also work in reverse.  We have individual items and then packages with multiple different items within it.  I have made a separate tab with Compositions for my mixed packages based on this discussion.    Thus, with sticking in the structure of Airpower, I have one tab for ALL products, one tab with variants that holds the inventory, and another tab (Compositions) that connects all the individual items (within variants) to its mixed packages (also within it's variants) and associates individual item quantity in each package.  All this being said, I now am coming to a standstill.  I

I am new to Airtable. I have created an interface, but I am struggling to figure out how to display alerts or message boxes to the user in the interface if they are open and not taking any actions for a certain interval (like five minutes). Ideally, I would like to display a help dialog where they can search for or see a link to another page. I don't know if this is possible, but I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could guide me.

Hi all,I've found a script that I've used as a script app to compress all of the images in my tables. Now I would like to turn that into an automation, so when I upload a new image it will use my tinypng account's api to compress the image. Hi,I have a base where we I need to return the lowest value possible value for items that share a unique identifier (this is generated for each record and only some overlap) AND the same quantity. For example, say I had 4 records that generated their identifier to 101A, with quantities of 200, 300, 400, 500. For All of these records, I need a field that returns the minimum quantity (200) for each record with that matching ID ; and will work with possibly thousands of unique identifiers. I thought this would be an easy formula, but cannot seem to make this function whatsoever. 

HelloTrying to do something very basic.I have created an automation where all the steps confirmed as working except the trigger which is a button trigger. My understanding is to connect a button to the trigger I have to select it in the interface.So I go to the interface, add button but under Choose Automation no automations are showing. It is not about Formulas, but Form was not an option for a label.I need to put a form, where I let people to pick a product. I want to create a dropdown menu to select product. After submitting I need to remove that product from options. So there is only one product for each who submitted. Plus ! Because it is obvious ! When they change their mind I advice them to file new form with remaining choices and just remove their first form entry.But cant avoid the manula data editing upon request so each time a new form si filed it takes the actual data from the sheet in airtable options.Please can you help me with that?

Example, A has a value (Apple), B, C are empty, D has a value(Orange) I have another column called Summary. I want to display columns that have value. I am attempting to find a formula that will create a continual weekly release date when I create a new topic for a podcast.  For example, if I were to have a release today and I were to open a new row, it would automatically populate a week from now in the date, so on and so forth.

I have been using Airtable for a little while and can get the basics of what I need.  However, I'm now getting much more complex with multiple bases linked together and I'm having a hard time figuring out the best way to link my tables together.   In a perfect world I will have a table called Customers which has the name of each customer as the primary field.     What are best practices for keeping this up to date?  If I add a new record (customer) to Customers table, how do I ensure that it will add that customer to all the linked tables?  Do I use a formula for the primary key in additional tables and then an automation that runs a script once a day to sync?  It seems like there has to be another way.  Any help is appreciated!

Hello everyone,I am currently working on a database in Airtable where I need to automatically generate a random number from a specific list of numbers for each new entry in my table named "Article". The list of possible numbers is as follows: [1448, 800, 140, 105, 106]. I want each time a new record is created, one of these numbers is randomly selected and inserted into a column named "Nombre".I tried using built-in formulas in Airtable, but they don't seem to work as I wish. I also tried writing a script in Airtable's Scripting app, but I haven't been able to get the desired behavior.I wonder if anyone has encountered a similar issue or if anyone knows how I could achieve this, either with formulas or with a script.
