Hello! I'm new to Airtable formulas & could use some much needed guidance! I need to calculate the total with an option of a discount if a multi-select answer is chosen. For context, this is in reference to grades of elementary curriculum books purchased. I am trying to create a formula that will show me:If Rural Discount multi-select = 'Small school (one classroom per grade level)' answer, then total # of grades licensed x $250 + additional invoice amount= total invoice costIf Rural Discount multi-select does NOT equal 'Small school (one classroom per grade level)' answer, then total # of grades licensed x $500 + additional invoice amount= total invoice costHere was what my closest effort was: Additional info:

I have a team that wants to send a weekly digest that shows updates only from the previous week. I found a formula that can show if a date is this week or not but can't figure out a way to show just dates from the previous week 

I was wondering if there is a way to fetch data of all automations that are created in my account, as well how many times they were ran. I tried to find an API for this, but didn't found.

Hi, I am trying to automate an email message with invoice details for the finance department to create an invoice. For each record (invoice) I have one or multiple sales, invoice lines, so each record will have fields with multiple linked data. In the body of my email I would like to split out these fields by the invoice line (sold item), but they lump together by the fields on one line.Message body build up: Below you can see Sale #1 and Sale #2 with their corresponding fields are clustered on the same line. Hi, please help me with this automation. For added info, this is created on a Base within a workspace on a Pro plan. All members on this Base are part of this Workspace as creators.I want to assign a record to a member of my team based off another field's data. We operate in several markets (UK, Nordics, US, etc) and different team members work with different regions. Is it possible to do a header / group each section? I am looking to put a few points under different sections but I cant seem to find the option to add a heading or a divider. Kindly assist.

I've been using airtable in its most basic functionalities for a year or so now, though hoping to dive into it a little more deeply this winter. There's a specific tool I wish to build and have a roadblock that I think shows my novice status. The vision of the tool is that it'd function for capturing and organizing ideas and information I get in my day to day between the different life focuses (categories) and I'm not sure how to structure the tables or links/relationships. Essentially I currently take down my ideas and useful information in a notepad. Every once and a while I go through and sort it into some documents with sections. However, I figured why not create a form I can put the ideas into that categorizes them upon entry?For example, I'd have some main categories and each would have subcategories so I could have a field for inputting the idea, then choose the category it belongs to and subcategories and it'd organize it upon entry. Fairly new here…so…I’ve created a form but the recipient needs to fill in the form over the course of a year (Growing vegetables for us & includes info/observations for the whole growing year)…is it possible for the recipient to save the form and add to it and then submit when all the data is complete? Or would it be better for me to create an app that they can fill in? Thanks for any advice, much appreciated.

We have a very lengthy form that requires the employee to go back and forth between apps and input information. Is there an option to save the form and go back to complete later? If this isn’t available in Airtable does anyone have any suggestions on creating a fillable (mobile) form to collect data while out in the field?

Hello everyone!Im trying to automate a LinkedIn Image Post using Make. But i have some problems:Even tho my scenario runs successfully, the post dosnt get posted to LinkedIn, the problem is the image.I dont know how to get the image from Google Sheet/Airtable to the LinkedIn module, even tho i use a HTTPmodule, which is weird.Here is the scenario:This is in the output from the LinkedIn module:The image URL is public, so Make can find it.Do you guys have any tips?

Using the insert Grid/List of Records into Automation email how can I include more than the Name field of the record,? Similar to what you can do with a Grid in the Page Layout designer? So the result in the email would look like:Name 1 Date StatusName 2 Date StatusName 3 Date Status Again this is a field in the main record that looks up related records that I want a Grid of, but with more details.

If I add an attachment of an Image via DropBox, is there any way to see, use a formula, or API, to pull the actual DropBox URL instead of the Airtable URL which of course expires?

Is it possible to query my Airtable bases, add and modify records, etc. using chatGPT-like interfaces. Anyone encountered such a tool?I mean if you can ask human language questions, like "how many records created today?" just for example. 

I have an automation attached to a button, and I want to insert the user who is logged in to a field. I can’t seem to figure this out. Is there a current_user() formula?

I have several single select columns with "yes/no" selection answers. I want to make a sort of if/than formula to combine the information from those yes/no columns. For example, in the photo below, there are columns a, b, c ,d, e. We will call those each "foods" for the purpose of the example. If someone says "Yes" to foods a, d, e but they say No to foods b and c, can I make a column that combines the yes data? I would like a formula field to show that the person has chosen foods a, d, e, just like how a multi select field looks. I have thought about using If statements, but I'm not sure if that will allow multiple answers into 1 column. I'm not even 100% sure a formula can give me the information I need. Does anyone have any input on this? 

I'm building a system for our staff where I need to be able to find colleagues of a given person for a given project in a particular building.Our structure in airtable is like this:We have four tables:BuildingsProjectsPositionsStaffThe buildings table simply serves to tie them together, being linked to from the projects table as a location.The project table serves to explain the project itself and gets linked to for the positions in that project, from the positions table. I have a client base with tables for sales, onboarding, offboarding, interactions and I want to create a table for course completion.What would be the best practice for this table? I have 250 clients and I can't export the data from my course platform host so our VA will be manually entering the % completed for each client on a monthly basis. Would my primary file be the client and then I create a new record for each client each month and add the % of course completed as a number field?Is there a way to make creating new records super quick? 

Hi,I have set up a very simple automation. I've created a folder called "Leads Sent" and want any email that is placed there to trigger the creation of a record in my base called "Leads". It works a charm when i test it, both allowing AT to choose the data, and when I manually choose the data. When I turn on the automation and copy any email into the folder, nothing happens. The emails I put in there are a few months old, does that matter, and if so, can I tell the automation to pick any email, irrespective of date, that is new in that folder? Or is there another kink in the system that I am unaware of?I do not want to run this through a 3rd party integration, I want to use AT's own automation, so please stick with suggestions that will help solve that relationship, thanks. Thank you./Christopher 

When I use to copy a base via public share link, automations copied over as well. They were just turned off.Now when I do it, automations aren't copied. They're all gone.Am I doing something wrong? Was this removed?
