Hello, I am wondering whether it is possible to add an image to the body of the emails that are sent using automation? I want to add the logo of the company to the signature. Thanks Amir-Homayoun

Hey everyoneHoping someone can point me in the right direction.I have a table where I created a custom view and grouped the records based on a "Service type" field. In the table view I get a few different groups with several records in each group. This is working as I would expect.Next, I have an automation that finds these records based on the custom view I created. I then insert the results of that Find Records step into an email as a Grid of Records and have the "Use groups (if any)" switched on.What I get in my email is not expected. Each record is individually displayed within their own section within the group.Hopefully the images below help.Here is what my custom table view looks like  (I had to blur the data)As you can see I have 4 groups (A,B,C,D) and there are records per group. This view is exactly what I am looking to have in my email.

Hi all,  We are a small nonprofit (team of 14 people), who have been using AirTable for the past year and a half. We love its many functionalities. One thing we're hoping to do is integrate some emails into AirTable. Specifically, we want to write a record to an AirTable base when an employee CC's a certain Google Group email. I’ve followed the steps in this article to sync my base’s calendar view with Outlook. I get the successful import message, but none of my dates show up on my calendar. What am I missing?

Is it possible to edit multiple rows at once? I can select multiple rows, but it seems I can only mass delete or mass share - I want to set a certain field value for multiple rows at once.

I am trying to replicate something that I know I did previously, but cannot find the right options to do it now.I've created an Interface with a page layout that is designed exactly as it needs to be.  (Record Review, but I don't think that matters.)  It is drawing from Table X, with a filter for only records that match Y.I want to duplicate that page exactly, and then change the underlying filter.  So, this page should be identical except that it's drawing from Table X, and filtering for only records that match Z.  (I do not want to add a filtering element that can be toggled by the user of the Interface.)I did this easily about 9 months ago, but cannot figure out how to do it now.  I can duplicate a page, but cannot find where I change anything about the underlying data or filtering.  Anyone know how?  Thanks! 

I'm slowly learning some basics, and struggling to understand how I would use Rollups to get "total" metrics. I have a "contacts" base, and a "metrics" base. I'd like to pull from contacts, roll up the total "sent," "opened," and "replied" emails and then I can calculate my % off of those in another column.

Hi,I receive information from a webhook trigger at the beginning of my automation. I want to apply conditional logic based on the values of certain variables in the webhook data (in this case, I'm using Stripe to trigger this Airtable webhook). If you examine the structure of the data contained in the webhook, you'll find that most of the useful variables are located in Body > Data > Object > ...However, when i try to set the condition in the Conditional logic block, I can't have access to the variables in Object (there is no little arrow ' > ' on the right)... Is this bug ? Is there a workaround ?Thanks for the help,LF

I'm using Airtable to manage school operations. We use Google Calendar to organize lessons for different teachers. I'm on a Pro plan.There is a limit of 3 sync sources per table. The problem is that we have 4 different calendars and we need to have all the events in one table. Is there a workaround for this? I tried a lot of different ideas but nothing worked.

Hello everyone!I have a database with multiple linked tables and I have a JSON response with which parts I need to update corresponding records in those tables. To achive that (as I'm thinking) I need to solve a simple problem of zipping two arrays into one. Say, I have [rec1, rec2, rec3] and [val1, val2, val3]. I need to get a zipped array [[rec1, val1],[rec2,val2],[rec3, val3]]. How could I make this transformation with Make? Any ideas?Andrey

I have two tables: Table 1 with companies and their data and table 2 which is synced from box that has the details on company logos as png images for each company. I have managed to use airtable sync to pull in the logo images from box to airtable - table 2. However now I want to copy those images to table 1 that has company data.  Basically the idea is to match the company names between table 1 and table 2 and then copy images from table 2 to table 1 if there is a match.Is there a way to automate this?If I had to make use of lookup fields, how should I go about it?Thanks!  

hi guys, i try to use web clipper for getting data from linked in automatically in my airtable. im new to airtable and also to HTML. so i tried to set up the webclipper by selecting the HTLM atributes with CSS search. But unfortunatly my set up is not correct yet. can you help me and answer if i picked the right html attribute or notationfor example i attached my aproach for the websitewhen i start the extension in chrome, no records are made in the airtable so far.  thank you a lot!regards jana

SYNC TABLE WHILE KEEPING RELATED TABLES.Hello Airtable community,I have a situation that I don't know how to resolve with a synchronized table.1- Situation: I have a "Matrix" table in a base that I've been using since before the option to synchronize bases, where I've built a database with linked tables and a very robust interface.2- Problem: Now I find myself in the dilemma that I have a database in another base generated for "players" in my case, and what I would like is to synchronize it with my "Matrix" table while maintaining the columns generated with the linked tables, as well as the different lookups and rollups.The current situation is blocking me from creating a more collaborative interface with information from different bases.3- Question: Do you think what I'm considering is possible?Thank you very much!

I've been scratching my head to why this is not possible, and I still have a feeling I'm doing something wrong but I can't figure out what.I have a bunch of time logs that has been logged over multiple years. Every log has an item linked to them which has a rollup that assign every time log into a category based on the item.My data looks like this: In the interface designer I want a bar chart that summarises all this data.The X-axis should be the years, then the Y-axis should be the amount of time spent.Each bar should be a total of time spend in that year. Then each bar should further be divide into the rollup categories.

Hello - Situation: Volunteers on the team have a 2-year tenure and when those 2 years are up, they can opt-in for 1 more year. My table shows their "start date" and then I have a column showing their "end date" using this formula DATEADD({Current WON Role Start Date}, 2, 'years') and have an automation that alerts me 60 days before that end date.  Need: What I'd like to happen then is after the Opt-In option is discussed and if the volunteer decides to add 1 more year to their volunteer work, a formula runs that gives a new end date.  Based on: What that said, I'd want the formula to run only if YES is selected from a drop down. Then I would assume we can take the tenure date (original end date) and add 1 year to spit out a new end date.  

I'm new to Airtable, but I'm learning fast. I have a table called "Parts" with names and current quantities of parts. I want to create a table to keep track of part orders. I see you can select multiple records from a "link to another record" column, but I need to be able to identify that I ordered multiple of a certain part in an order. However, you can only add a record once to in a "link to another record". How should I go about implementing this?

Is there a way to mirror information from a lookup field into an adjacent long text field? I'm using Diagram Automator and the "insert image" function can't read/populate a URL from lookup field only a text field.Maybe a formula or script that could be used as an automation?

I have a base used for tracking waiting lists for multiple events. A simplified version of the base for purposes of this question is here. Each record is one person’s entry on a waiting list for a specific event. Each record has a Status that starts out as “Waitlisted”, and then we change the Status to other values as we clear people from the waiting list for an event. We normally use a view that groups the records first by Event Name and then by Status, with records sorted by the Created date/time. This is the first view shown in the demo base. We take people off the waiting list for an event in the order that they signed up for the waiting list. We often have people ask us, “what number am I on the waiting list for X event?” Rather than having to manually count rows (which could be 100 or more) to answer this question, I want to have a field that shows each person’s sequential position o

Hello,This table register the time my employes arrive ("Entrata") and leave ("Uscita") using an Airtable database.I managed to have a number that defines the total of hours my employes work during the day using DATETIME_PARSE in the "Worked Hour" Column. I need to sum those hours together in "Total Month" Column (first of all) and then make sure it does consider the month.I'll explain myself better, i would like something like this, using this image.At the end of the formula, i would like to SUM Worked Hours from Line 1 and Worked Hours from line 2, and show it in "Total Month" of the latest created row.As second step, If a new row is created, it checks if the current month in "Created" (i can do it with PARSE i think) is the same month of the row below:- If it's the same month, it automatically adds the value of the total hours in "Tot

Hi, I am a new user of Airtable. I'm creating a new Sales Base for a carpet company.  I have two tables, Sales Orders and Sales Order Lines, which are linked one to many. I want to create a Form, Enter the Sales order information, and then be able to create new sales order lines related to that sales order. However, it seems on a form, and you can only select records already in the sales order line table. Any help would be appreciated. ThanksSteve

HiI have two tables: Table A that has a period_start_date and a period_end_date and Table B has a bunch of rows with a date columnIn an automation that's triggered by a particular row on table A (which means I know the period_start_date and period_end_date to use) I want to find all the records from table B where the value in the date column lies between the period start and end.The "Find records" automation seems to allow only static date values, but I need to use the period start and end dates from table A.Any suggestions on how to do this without having to fetch all the rows from table B and then loop through in code, which feels very wasteful and slow.Thanks in advance

I want to create a "Kudo board" where employees can select from a drop-down list (single select) of company employees they want to give kudos to.My thought process is I would like to create a form that includes a list of employees' names from a drop-down (single select field) and a long text field, to add the kudos. When they "submit," it will populate a table with the employee name and the kudos received.If I want to add a  single select field under forms, is there a way to copy/paste in a list of employee names? I don't want to type them out one by one.Note when you are working directly in a table, you caneasily copy/paste a list of names directly into a single select field.
