Hello,Is it possible to combine multiples of identical x-axis values in the interface chart?I have multiples of identical x-axis values and I want to combine those values into 1 bar.I could make a special summary table with a roll-up but then the person using the interface would not be able to filter the records the way they want, so I need the chart to show all the records and be connected to the accessible filter element in the interface.

Hi I'm looking to create a way to delay an automation (The automation is that every time someone creates a ticket it will automatically create in their Outlook calendar a new appointment/reminder) the issue that I have is that if I put in a date that I would want for some reason it creates itself on the day it was created not the day that it's being scheduled for.Is there any way I can schedule to the day it was created to the scheduled date and not the date that was created? 

Has anyone had success asking Chat GPT for Airtable formulas? I've only asked it a few Airtable related questions so far, but I have to correct them all. Curious if anyone knows if there's a specific way to ask that will get formulas in the correct Airtable format.

Good morning.I use Airtable to inventory my craft supplies.I have built a new workspace, exactly like my first one. I am trying to move individual records from the first base to the second base.I am not techy (read senior citizen) and need the simplest solution. To build buttons or automations or any of the other wonderful things mentioned is beyond my ken. Of course, if this is the only way for it to be done, I will need very simple instructions. I did try to copy and paste, and it didn't work. It only moved one cell.TIA

Hi all Airtablers, I was trying to connect a task from Apify to Airtable via Datafetcher. I did that in the first run a few weeks ago and it worked. Now i tried to schedule the task, but it gives the error below.  I checked the actor task and it's fine. not sure where is the issue. any help/advice is appreciated.  

I've come across a strange issue.Using MAKE (aka Integromat) I'm using an Airtable Search Records module with the following formula:AND(Lower({Email (from Members)}) = "{{lower(2.`recipient email`)}}", {Order Number} = "{{51.`$1`}}")It accepts it but does not return the required record. The Order Number is a number field, and I've tried the formula with and without the "I've done with this similar tables and records but for some reason this one is not working and I cannot fathom out why.Any ideas?

Hello, I have been using the Airtable API and having some problems in that.First of all, OAuth access token is getting expired before 60 minutes. When I try to refresh the token using refresh_token it stays this:{"error": "invalid_grant","error_description": "Invalid token."}If I refresh the token frequently, it works fine. But it is getting expired before 60 minutes (as written in docs) and after it expires, I am unable to generate token again. PLease Help! Thanks

Hi community.I have a single-select field called Sector in a table called Projects. I'm trying to cast this field to a string.The reason I'm trying to do this is that I'm trying to build an automation, in which I will need a conditional step that will check this stringified single-select field to a multi-select field in another table to see if the multi-select field contains the the selected value in the single-select field.Thus far, I've created a formula field in Projects with various formulas (or formulae, for the sticklers out there), including:- ARRAYJOIN(Sector)-Sector-LEFT(Sector)No matter what, when I go to the automation it won't let me choose the field because AT says "Cannot assign list of string to a string".Please help!!!Thank you!

I've been building interfaces that have "add record" buttons in them, and because of that I've realized that I've miscategorized some primary record fields for what a record is called when I first created a table. For a table that is based on personnel records I somehow selected "company" from the dropdown list when I first made the table and now in the interface for a personnel record I have a button that displays "Add Company". Ideally I could change the "What should each record be called?" option in each table, but I'm not seeing any way to do this once the table is created and the initial selection is made. Alternatively, I would love to be able change it to "Add Person" as one of the options in the interface designer, but doesn't appear that's an option either.Does anyone know a way to do this either in the interface designer or after a table has been created?

I'm getting the error 'Field "Student" cannot accept the provided value: Cannot modify a computed field.'. The field "Student" ISN'T a computed field, though; it's a linked record field.What confuses me the most is that when I tested this automation it worked flawlessly, both in 'generate a preview' and 'run as configured' tests. It's only in live runs that it fails. Does anybody have any clues as to what's going on?

As of this morning, Grid Elements have been showing an error message:"No Records found for [email address] that match current filters. Remove filters to see more results."Tested with List Element instead and that's working fine.  Any idea when this will be fixed? My team relies on Grid elements to access their workflow.

I am trying to create a script so it will give me a running total for a base view on certain columns. For example. My brokerage I want to make a top 5 in different categories on our interfase. From what I am seeing I can not add columbs up so I created views for each agent. When I @mention someone on Interphase and they get an email notification to link them to the base to see the comment, is there a way to link them to the Interphase via that notification? I’m running into a bit of trouble with @mentioning someone and they’re taken to a gridview instead of the Interphase view. I've attempted to add the 'sort' parameter within the request data payload but I'm encountering parameter validation issues. I would love to have Airtable help me to map out the prerequisites for an academic program but I'm having a little bit of trouble. Imagine a list of courses - some are required for the program, some are electives, etc... Many of these courses have prerequisites. For example, before you take course F, you have to have already taken course B.If it were that simple, I'd be able to use the flow chart extension to map everything. Unfortunately, it gets a little complicated when prerequisites include multiple courses and even "this OR that" cases. This is not an automation script, but the script from a scripting extention. This is because fetch() function behaves differently and only passes authentication data when used in scripting extention. I can run the script pressing a field button in a grid layout.Data grid:Now I need to provide the user with an interface button that would finally resulted with logged in state. But this seems not as easy as it can be imagined. Does anyone else here use softr and is noticing severe lagging and slowdown in the app after oauths were implemented? When we confronted Airtable, they told us that:to summarise, there are actually 2 limits on the api call5 calls per second per base5 calls per second per user/integration pairand it is the second one that softr is having issue handling. Any suggestions on:1. what alternatives to softr are out there that have existing integration with airtable2. screw airtable altogether due to these new limits -> find an alternative
