I have a new automation that is supposed to send an email every week to show the status of each persons projects. In my test "run as configured" the emails send successfully with no issues. But in practice when they try to fire at the scheduled time it fails with the error message "The email was rejected by the mail provider". We have several Airtable automations running daily and Gmail doesn't "reject" any of those. I cant understand whats different about this one or why it works in the test run but not in reality.

I have a bit of a math problem I'm looking to solve:I manage a Department with about 85 Software Designers, which are assembled into 15 Squads, which support 3 different categories of software products. And about 1/3 of the work they do is product-agnostic (like onboarding, up-skilling, tooling maintenance, etc). I'm building of Airtable Interfaces so that Designers, Leads, Managers, and our VP have access to the project information that matters to them. I'm just a little stuck on how best to architect these Tables.Should house alllllll the Projects/Tasks (Epics/Stories) from all 85 Designer practitioners in ONE Table, and then group and parce with other Tables and/or Tags?OR should I create 3 Tables for each of the slightly different product categories (since that kind of makes sense ) and just accept that Practitioners will need to toggle around a bit in the Team's Interface?Also, would se

Hi, I'm having trouble regarding updating record from my Airtable App. I was using it just fine yesterday, but today I can't update the record from Airtable mobile app. I tried updating the record on web version and it works just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am on a free plan and have been notified of the changes to free plans in terms of limited api calls. I don't know if I use api calls and want to find out whether I need to upgrade or note. How do I find out how many api calls I make? Thanks

How can I share a doc link so that others will see the title of the doc rather than Airtable Brand? I want users to know the title and basic info of my doc instead of Airtable brand.   

 Hello,I had a form which worked great.Suddenly when I send the form to users, they are required to log in to respond.The toggle "see who submitted a response to the form" is off.I turned it on, and then off again, but it didn't help.Any thoughts?

So, I have created a booking system exactly like this How to make a simple booking system with Airtable! - YouTube , but I want to make an automation whenever the form is submitted, it will create a new event on Outlook. The problem is, the video doesn't show how can I automatically get the meeting end date & time, so I have a trouble at the automation configuration, since I have tried many several ways like doing formula to add on the date but it keeps giving me error, I have done various things as well but the automation does not show the meeting end date and time, instead they give me the options for length, value or record ID which does not make sense at all.Any idea on how I can approach this to work? I need it asap... if it's possible 😞 

Hi, My script below functions to auto generate meeting time slot dates for my team. However, the time generated does not reflect the time zone I hoped for, i.e., Australia/Perth, UTC+8. An existing base tracks students self-enrolling in classes by submitting Airtable forms.Tables:Students (linked to Classes)Classes (linked to Signups)SignupsThe Signups table contains forms to sign up for various classes. There are multiple forms because some require different information than others. What's really messy is that Students has one linked record to Classes for each type of class!When a form submission is received in Signups, an automation is triggered based on the kind of record received. If the class type is "Class A," automation A runs. If the class type is "Class B," automation B runs. The automations update the "Class x" linked record fields in Students.This gets more and more unwieldy since Students has multiple linked records to Classes. The person who created it is no longer with the company, but I was told the Signups table is a helper table. Attachments are not visible. They are attached, and uploaded, but are not visible. Is anyone having the same issue?

Hello! Is there a way to create a notification (using the color function) highlighting an expiration date in my Airtable to alert me five months before an asset expires?

I am wondering if anyone is able to assist with a couple of questions. 1.  When adding an attachment into the 'attachment' field I am simply adding from files and attaching a word document.  I am then having issues once I send the email with the attachment not coming through in the correct format.  It seems to only be coming through in email as a small photo that is quite blurry.  I am wondering if there is any work around to this and how I can have an email sent with the correct attachments - preferrably the word document.Above is my current airtable.  Each date has 3 specific shifts 0100/0800/1630.  I am wondering what I need to do in order to have 3 emails go out each day with the attachment (from question 1) as well as t

I have interface charts with titles like "How would you rate the clarity and thoroughness of this course?" and responses like "Extremely clear and thorough" that are cut off when I view the interface (so they look like "How would you rate the c..." and "Extremely clear and thoro..."). Clicking and mousing over don't expand them. I can't see how many responses there are because the number of responses is at the end of the response, which is cut off. There's a huge amount of white space around the chart. How do I make use of that space to display the data?

Hello friends of the community, I'm facing a problem when trying to filter the date in the interface. Whenever I select the month it shows me the total, the same happens when I use the specific date filter. Do you know any formula or trick to solve this problem?

I use proprietary software in my line of work that allows me to export client data into a CSV file. One of the fields in this CSV file is called Household ID. Let’s call this CSV file “Household Assets”. In airtable, I already have a table called “Households” with has the exact same Household ID field and number for each household. Is there any way to import the CSV into its own table in airtable and automatically link both tables given they already have a common field, Household ID? This would be useful as I could simply import once per month all my household asset updates and somehow track the trend and progress of my client assets. Any ideas how I might be able to accomplish this? It would be great if I could even somehow automate this process too.

I use the free version for my card making inventory. I've been uploading images to my base and I'm concerned that I might be getting close to the new storage space limit of 1 GB total storage per base.How do I tell how much attachment storage space I'm using?

I have two tabs. One table with a list of weekly events and a second that collects those into weeks. I'd like to quickly reference a range (let's say 10 rows from the weekly list) into the 2nd table on a weekly cell.Currently, I do this very slowly. I type in the row number. Airtable shows a preview and I click that record to add the row.What I'd like to do i just type rows 12-22 and hit return. I just don't know if that's possible or what the syntax might be to make that happen.

On Table A I have a linked record field that allows multiples. It pulls records from Table B. These records on Table B include a Date field. Records on Table B are not necessarily entered in chronological order. For example:Table B Record 1 - 1/1/2023Table B Record 2 - 3/1/2023Table B Record 3 - 2/1/2023On Table A, I'm trying to pull the most recent record linked using a Lookup field with the "limit the number of items shown" option turned on and set to "last 1" but I believe this is giving me the date of the linked record that was most recently created rather than using the date field of the record to give me the most recent. I believe I could play around with an automation that could accomplish this for me but before diving into that, is there a more simple way to achieve this?

I have a formula created that is predicated on creating a count by a criteria. We have a list of records and each line item has an associated email entered. I'm trying to create a formula that will be a running count based on the emails. Essentially this is a count of shifts someone works with us. Can anyone help with this?

Hi all, I’ve got a column for ‘date of birth’. I’m looking for a formula that will input their age in months and years. (At the moment, it will only let me do one of these) DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(), {D of B}, ‘years’) I then plan to add an IF statement along the line of (if months = 11 show an alert) so I remember to send a card. I love the way airtable universe pages look. How can I publish or create pages for my database like that to share with others? Databases that wouldn’t be helpful for the universe community.

Has anyone created an API between Workfront and Airtable? We currently use Airtable for project management/planning and sharing of projects, but creative requests/approvals go through Workfront… would be looking for one-way communication from Workfront to Airtable (specifically relaying dates from Workfront tasks and moving final assets/creative files from Workfront to Airtable once they are approved in the Workfront system). I’m only familiar with Zapier to connect platforms and unfortunately Workfront is not available there, so wondering if anyone has had success connecting these two with a custom API? TIA!
