I need some help trying to write a conditional formula...The idea is IF any cell in column 1 is duplicative/match entry, then look at corresponding column 2 cells and merge merge into corresponding column 3.Is if A2 and A45 match look at/merge B2 and B45 into C2 and C45Is something like this possible?

Hi community,It seems there is no possibility to delete comments made on records by other users.I am the base manager (owner), and would appreciate the possibility to remove comments made by others without asking each person to delete their own comments. Some of them, furthermore, are not on the team anymore (no more access to base).Any way to work around this limitation? Wouldn't it be useful to make base owners able to delete other collaborators' comments?Thanks for your consideration

Hi, I am currently developing the check in and check out for a laundry and I generated their dashboard so they can see the result of their operation per day.As a context for the issue I have the following.Each service order has an entry date and an exit date, as well as an amount that you were able to leave at the time you left your service or pay at the end.The issue I have is that it is not possible for me to do the sum of the inputs with the total of the outputs (total ingresos).The result that should be in this field when I see the information at grid level is added, but when I put the field that has this data, it only gives me the income part.I have already tried to put conditions in the number so that it can bring me all the informati

Heard back from support again today, and it’s not good news.They apologized for being the bearer of bad news, but apparently the decision to only give us three weeks to change to the new plans was a deliberate one.  They made it sound like they had attempted to get the product team to change their mind on this (which makes this feel like a rather disjointed company) but in the end, the product team decided to tell us all to take our multi-source syncs and API calls and shove them right up our asses.Here’s the thing I don’t get: in my case, the biggest issue we have is the lack of multi-source syncing.  Support basically said, “well, just sync multiple tables and use linked records, you fking dummie.”  But like, that obviously doesn’t result in any less syncs running on the backend (or reduced compute cost

I get it - really I do, if you want all your records in a table to be referred to as something else.But I want to just fix mine to go back to being 'records' instead of 'events'

Is it possible to “pin” groups even when they’re empty? I am creating a table and I wanted to group tasks by “Completed” and “In Progress” tasks. However, I’m wondering if it’s possible to keep the “Completed” group visible along with the “In Progress” group even if all the tasks are still in progress. Would that be possible? Thank you!

I am trying to have different items use different formula code, specifically to modify locks codes that will be different based on date from users and the limitations of each lock. I set up a list of locks and wrote and tested formulas that check for deficiencies in the lock codes that are created from the users phone numbers. An example is if the lock code starts with a "0", the lock with not accept the code. So there is code that looks for a "0" and replaces it with a "1". So if the users code was "0234" the code will change it to.. "1234". IF({Code},IF(LEFT({Code},1)=0,CONCATENATE(1,RIGHT({Code},3)),{Code}),ROUND((VALUE(DATETIME_FORMAT(CREATED_TIME(), '0.smh'))*(9999-1001))+1001,0))Also if for some reason there is no code present, a random code is generated.This code has been tested and lives in a text column in another table, my hope was to use a look up to use this formula code when it applies.  

Hi all,I can't keep my work partner from accidentally adding options to our single select fields. He forgets they are single select fields and just types in his value—often misspelling them. I am trying to copy a series of tasks that have dependencies on the previous task, our projects have a set workflow and we are planning this workflow Airtable using the gantt view. We want to be able to set up our workflows up for each project from a template with all the dependencies and rough timeframes pre set up but we are running into a problem with how to achieve this. At present when we copy tasks, the dependencies copy also but link to the original tasks in the table, we want to find a way to create a duplicate of the task list and programme with all the dependencies linking to the new set of information, not the original tasks. Can anyone help me find a solution to this? Our workflows have lots of complex relationships and currently we have to set this up from scratch each time linking all the dependencies manually. Last year I designed a School Newsletter system. One of the columns is the Newsletter Banner which changes for every campaign. It's a png image. I am using Airtable, Softr and MAkeLast school year, I was able to get the image URL. The output from MAke was giving me all I needed including the direct URL. HelloMy company builds complex machines with many parts. A lot of these parts, I need to buy and keep track of delivery dates and whether or not the item has been deliverd.What is the best way to set up an airtable to show all the delivery dates for all items across all my projects?If possible in one interface?Lets say I have three projects running. My automation runs when a form is submitted. This form includes two pre-filled fields: Asset Name and URL Location that are located in the Assets tableThe form resides in the Updates table, and when the form is submitted, whatever value has been added to the URL Location on the form successfully updates that value in the URL Location field in the Assets table.Now, I want to modify the automation so that when the form is submitted, it will also update the Asset Name field in the Assets table. But I am unable to fiddle with the pre-filled Asset Name value in the form, like I can with the URL Location value. I think this is because the Asset Name field in the Assets table is the primary field. I can easily change the name directly in the table itself but can't figure out how to do this through the form.Any ideas are most welcome.

As part of my workflow, I have a view in my base where I put in all my tasks for the day, which the populates my calendar. To make this work, I have "Date Start" and a "Date End" fields with the date and the start/end time of the record so that it'll be placed correctly on my calendar. This works great but has caused an issue with creating another view that I need, a daily summary.I want to have a view that groups my records by date so that I can see how much I earned that day, how much I worked, and other stats. I can filter my records to show me this information for a single date without any issue. But I'd like to have a view that shows all my days work grouped together to be able to build a few extensions around the resulting data. The problem is that AT will group based on the entire field information, so including the time, and not just the date (see attached screenshot).The only "workaround" I can think of is to have a third date field with just the date, but thi

Hi,After the great deployment of interfaces for iPhone I have created an interface that I use with my iPhone.I'm finding problems when completing numeric fields, when I want to introduce a number for example 15.25 after I introduce the first number the field autocompletes super fast as 1.00 and I have to be racing agaisnts the time here.Am I the only one having this problem? 

Hi, I have invited a read-only user to an Interface. There are many read-only users added to it and ideally they would not know what other users have access to it.If a read-only user navigates to the lower left corner while being on the Interface there's the Share button which can take you to the Manage Access tab and it provides an overview of all users.I have the workspace sharing setting 'Restrict adding new collaborators to this workspace, its bases, and its interfaces' on. 'Restrict Interface Sharing' is also turned on in the Interface settings.I have the 'Team' plan for the Workspace. Is there a way that I prevent read-only users from sharing the Interface and seeing the users?Thanks!

I would like to gain a better understanding of how the integration with Outlook works, specifically the aspect concerning the creation of new records upon receiving emails in the "Task" folder.I've set up an "Integration" that generates a new Task when an email is received in the "Task" folder. The integration seems to be functioning correctly, but I'm a bit puzzled about one thing. It appears that when I move a very recent email from the Inbox to the Task folder, the integration is triggered. However, if I move an email that's a few hours old from the Inbox to the Task folder, the integration seems to ignore it.Could someone explain the circumstances under which the integration is triggered? What specific conditions need to be met for the trigger to activate? This clarification would greatly assist me in using this feature effectively.Thank you for your assistance and support.
