How many new records can airtable handle at once.Submissions from Gravity Forms to Airtable

HII've got my slack automation working really well for notification, but the link to access the record goes to the last VIEW in the Table I use or the person used in Airtable I can't seem to get it to go to a specific view that has only specific fields showing for that record.How can I make this work so the reviewer doesn't have to go through all the fields that are not relevant to their task. 

Hi all, I need to filter the “link to another record” field depending on another field in my table. Example : I have a link to my “article base” in my invoice table : if I have “door” in my “department field”, I want that the link only show me the door article, means the “door view” of my article base. If it’s “tile” in my “department field”, I only want to see the “tile view”. I know I can half make it with the “limit to a view”, but it is not enough. I will have to create as much field as views, and it’s not really practical. Thanks for your feedback

My end goal is to associate the Slack ID of the user that submitted each record in my primary base.I currently have a 'User' column in my primary base that associates each record with an "owner". I'd like to be able for the record to automatically pull the Slack user ID for each User from a "Team Roster" table that holds the User and Slack information for each team member (or maybe there's a better way).The only way I have found to do it so far is to use a 'Lookup' column in the primary base that references the "Team Roster" instead of using a 'User' column which ties the record to their Airtable account. This is not my preferred method as the lookup column selection is not as clean as a User selection when team members are choosing the owner of a record.Primary Base: Team Roster Base:

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to get the statistics on API calls to a base? I’m building a no-code app with Bravo Studio and they’re not integrating analytics for the moment so I was wondering if I could track the Get requests made for specific records.

It seems like it should be a simple solution, but my brain is tired! I am using a rollup field to show the total discount so I can highlight it on a quote which I have made with page designer. If there is no discount ($0.00) I don't want it to show on the quote. So I am trying to figure out how to leave it blank when there is result is $0. I tried adding another field with a formula, but then I can't get a positive number to be in currency format, just a string. I tried doing an IF Aggregation formula but kept getting an error. I made sure that the source field (Amt Saved) does not return anything if the result is 0 hoping that would follow through to the rollup, but no luck. Can someone please help? 

I am attempting to make a Travel Sheet my Supervisors access through a Form view, that allows the selection of Employees (linked from our Employee Table) based on their current Employment Status (which is a dropdown selection on the other table). When I select the "Only include linked records from the Employees table that meet certain conditions" and have it to where: Employment - is - "Current Employee", however when the form is being previewed, the selection is pulling all employees, regardless if they're past or current. I have also tried the same conditioning filtering for Projects as well based on their "Status" as well, and it also doesn't work on filtering only what I want it to show. What am I doing incorrectly, as this seems like it should be a very basic and simple conditional request? Thank you for your time.

Hello,I have a 'Base A' with a sync table connected to another 'Base B'.Bearing in mind the new upcoming changes to the Airtable plans, do both bases need to be in the same workspace? 'Base A' will be in a Team Plan Workspace, but 'Base B' could remain in the free plan (in another workspace) because its data and features are well-suited for the free plan.It is a very simple question but, honestly, I did not find the answer anywhere in the community.Thank you very much!

Hello everyone! So I've run into bit of an issue regarding uploading my .csv-file using the Sync API. I use Insomnia as my API client.So what's done so far: I've created an excel-file, made a bunch of headers and added some fill text to each header. Then I've saved this as a .csv-file. In Insomnia, I've made use of the Binary file body and uploaded the .csv. All good. The file is sent to Airtable. Here is the issue. When importing the file to Airtable, it tells me that only one field exist and this field contains all of the headers I've made in the .csv-file. How come?  Hope that someone can help me figure this out. Thanks!

Hello,Is it possible at all to make workspace-level, or even better, account-level snapshots?Here's my use case: I have several workspaces in my account, with many table links/syncs between them. These bases power a web app accessible to my clients. I want to make structural changes to the data architecture model between my bases, so I would LOVE it if workspace snapshots were possible, so that I could create a sandbox environment in which to make said changes, and then migrate my app over to this new environment.Thanks !

I need a simple formula that will find a specific date AirTable Date Field is formated as ‘2021-06-10’ or ‘YYYY-MM-DD’ I can’t seem to get the right formula to find a specific date IF(Date = 2021-06-10, TRUE()) IF(Date = '2021-06-10', TRUE()) Neither one works. Hi guys,I have a column with the time sheets of a meeting, for instance "9am-12am// 1pm-4pm" or in european terms "9h-12h//13h-16h". I would like to find a formula to transform those numbeers into decimal hours in a new column. In this case, it would give 6. Is it possible with a formula ? Or by any other mean ? Thanks a lot,Greg

In an email automation, I am trying to populate the "From" and "reply to" fields from a user card (see attached screenshot). However, when I preview the message, both fields are blank even though the field has a user card that is associated with both a name and an email. Is it possible to populate the "from" and "reply to" fields in this way?

Hi there,To use data for a list Softr you have to have the data in the same column. How would I be able to put two look up fields (one displaying a percentage and the other displaying a $ amount) into the same column while maintaining their exact values (not making them into just normal numbers and keeping 1 as a % and the other as a $).Any help would be greatly appreciated,Bart

I’m building a database for a local school.I have two parent tables (Students & Classes). I am trying to add multiple students to individual classes, however I’m having to do this individually per student, is there a way to either copy and paste or bring in multiple students at a time to individual classes?Students full name is is the primary column in student table & uses a concatenation formula and class name is primary in class table also using a formula.Thank you.

Hi there, friends. I've been using Airtable for a while, but in and out as I've only needed it for a few projects at a time. I've planned to use it now to showcase a series of upcoming events on my website. It's essentially a mini-CMS. This seems like a perfectly obvious and convenient use case. My problem is that when the "event" items are displayed in the view on the website, the interface pops up and annoys the viewer with a disruptive message that says "you're not logged in." (Screenshot below)Well, why should they be? It's a public embed on a public website. What am I missing here? I realize that on my free plan, there's some risk that my viewers can modify my cards because I can't lock them. In this case with this audience, that's not a serious risk.I am being a skinflint here as I build out a site and eventually form a non-profit.  If the only solution here right now for this is to pay the team rate, I'll just have to go find an
