Trying to build a Multi-series line charts. I found articles from 2022 announcing it as a feature in interfaces but can't find any information about how to do it. is it possible to create an image downloading application using airtable as backend and webflow or wordpress as front end, i just want to check the users mail id (as input) if that is true then they could able to open a record and may download the image if not it should indicate that as invalid emailif email is right - open a record in airtableif email is wrong - error messageif it is possible kindly help me out , i'm a newbie here. thanks for your time

We've just upgraded to Enterprise and we are looking to take advantage of the new "apps by airtable" for marketing. The site says "Preconfigured apps get your teams driving to results faster than ever. Now available on Airtable Enterprise plans." The video is slick.I can't seem to figure out where these are located or how to activate them. Can anyone direct me to them?

hello, newbie question. someone who uses softr with an account and who sends and receives data by softr thanks to a personal space must have an airtable account? for example if softr is used as a platform for users who register and create an account in softr to provide, use, operate and retrieve information that will be recorded in Airtable. I’m following up on a previous solution ScottWorld provided for another user. I apologize if there’s a better way to link to the old closed post. Anyway, the goal is to Automate the END TIME based on START TIME, and DURATION. The formula Scott suggested was: DATEADD({Start Time}, {Duration}, ‘minutes’) When I put this Formula into the END TIME formula field exactly as is, and the DURATION field empty, the END TIME is automatically set to 5 hrs after the START TIME. When I enter “3:00” (3 hrs) into the DURATION field, the END TIME is automatically set to 7 Days and 20 Hrs later. Obviously, I’m misunderstanding something.

I'm setting up a new base and have been thinking through different ways to get to my end goal but I'm afraid I'm making it too complicated. I've searched but I'm not finding exactly what I'm trying to do. Here's my scenarioI have a table with a set of client addresses. I need to use this list as "options" on a form to include in the current months mail run. But I also need to be able to add new addresses. Currently I was planning on having a "base customers", "new customers" and then a "monthly" that pulls the information together by linking the records. My problem with that is I want one column that is street address but with linked records from two different tables they would be in two separate columns. Could I create a formula to combine table 1 street with table 2 street since there won't be addresses in both anyway? Or should I setup an automation that when a record matches certain criteria it makes a new record in the monthly table with the correct information? 

I want to set up various automations with reminders (slack messages) or updates for the team but not spam them with an overload of updates.So far I only found how I can trigger Slack messages for a certain trigger but I want to avoid sending a message for each trigger.How could I "collect" all messages for one user and only send them a slack update e.g. once per day/week, with every update this person was mentioned in or task status changes that are relevant for that person?Thank you very much 🙂 

HI there, I have a classic Order, Order Line items setup (i.e. One Order and multiple related line items). In our case the order of the linked line items is really important so I was wondering how I can sort linked records in the Interface designer. I tried using the Grid view of the linked record field, but that does not for some reason allow me to change the order. This prevents us unfortunately from using the Interface designer as my users have to be able to sort these items. Adding new linked records is also a pain as I can only achieve it with an extra field and an automation that picks up the selected record and adds it as a new line item. But that work-around would be ok. However the missing ability to sort linked records is crucial. Cheers, Konrad

I have built a table that lists the tasks, and one of the columns is for "Most Recent Update," where team members can enter a description of the current status of the task (e.g., Jon talked to Kathy, and they want to present it during the next meeting).Issue: I want to somehow automate the transfer of any new/edited text in this field to an ongoing list of all the previous "Most Recent Update" edits. In my head, this would be a bulleted list in another column that has a bullet added to it every time the "Most Recent Update" column for that task is updated. I don't want to just have a column with an ongoing bulleted list that folks edit as the interface version of this table needs to be user friendly, and I want to be able to show just the curre

Hello Airtable Community! I'm working on a special project for a content calendar within Airtable. There are 4 tables in play: The master calendar table and 2-4 tables to individually view the content being planned for each platform. The master calendar is serving as a master view of ALL communications going out, but the individual tables are being used to plan the specific content. I am working on an automation that will create a new record in the corresponding individual platform views from the master calendar. The problem I'm running into is that I would like that new record to be linked to the original record in the master calendar. So that if changes are made to the record while viewing the individual platforms, it will also change within the master calendar table. I hope this makes sense, been struggling for the past few hours. I've attached a screenshot of what the tables look like.

Hi there amazing community! I am working on a full setup for indy film to be able to do most tasks in AirTable. I have several documents that are required and not sure how to accomplish them.In this case it is a sheet called the "1 Liner" that details out the basic schedule for upcoming filming days. It can encompass multiple days. Currently I have a table/view that contains specifics: Not a problem so far, I can easily print this directly or create a Designer for it. My problem is that it needs to eventually look similar to this with the added brown and black lines with details (note the colors are not what is important, the specific details are): Each of these lines is specific to that "spot" and unique to the situation. i'm trying to create a List view using the list feature that was rolled out earlier this year. i have three linked tables: Events, People, and Tasks. Events is the top level. There will be a number of People associated with each event. Each event will have Tasks and each task will be assigned to one person. The task record is linked to both the assignee and the event. The task record can be linked to only one person and only one project.I expected that the list view would then show me a summary of each event, with the people who are associated with the event, and the tasks that are assigned to each person.My organization runs many events, and some of our people are associated with many of those events. If i assign a task for one event to one person, and ALSO assign a task for a different event to that same person, then in the list view, it is showing tasks that aren't connected to the event under that event. here are some screenshots that i hope will help.

I am confused with how to set up the Repeating Groups feature and how to make it work the way I want to.My AirTable table is a list of many records that are assigned to different employees.  I created a View for overdue records (each record has a due date). I want to create a repeating automation that sends out an Email to each team member with a grid embedded in the email of their outstanding records at various times around the due date. I am confused as to how to make this work so that each email to a team member shows a list of only their own assigned records.I believe that this structure is definitely not going to work the way I want to because when I put in the grid from the "Find Records" action, it shows the entirety of the list. See this:

Hi!I have three different fields which are three different language versions. But the records are the same (the only difference is language). I have this because I have to include these fields in three different language Forms (because it's multiple select type). But I want to connect all these records - I only want to translate them.Is there a better way to do this? I'm new to Air Table 🙂Thanks a lot!

I want to change single select field (named "Status") let's say from "status A" to "status B" of a product when the checkbox field (named "Checked") in checked. Both are in the same table.I already try it with automation but the error appears. What am I doing wrong here?  

Hi, Hope all reading this are well and staying safe. I’m creating a Business Dashboard with a range of graphs for different purposes. Some of these are stacked charts. My need is to achieve consistent order and colour of category groupings in charts, in two ways: Consistent order and colour of category groupings when changing a stacked bar chart to a stacked line chart. Airtable seems to take control and change the order and colour (see screenshots below). Please note: in creating the stacked line chart I simply copied/duplicated the stacked bar chart, and made one adjustment: changed the chart type from bar to line. Hello Airtable Community! I created a stacked line graph using Vega-Lite in the dashboard of a base. However, the graph is not interactive (i.e. can't see the exact values when I hover above a line) and I can't seem to move it onto the interface. Is there a way to create stacked/multi-series line graph, including a mean line? Here is the graph using Vega-Lite that I'd like to recreate in the interface!Thank you! 

I have built a couple dashboards in an Airtable Base which I am happy with. But the downside is they are a bit buried and hard for others to find so I am considering leveraging the Interface Designer tool to display them. What’s the most efficient way to get Dashboards that already exist in a base over to interfaces? It almost seems like I have to re-build them using the interface designer which I am dreadding - is there a quicker way to port them over? Which area has more graph customization options - building dashboards within a base using the Apps or Dashboards layout w/in Interfaces? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

The first table lists our members and their level of membership and the second table lists the training courses we offer.Back on the first table, I then inserted a lookup column to say which training course the member has taken. So far so good, everything works.Here is how it looks like so far (sorry, all in french) : Our end goal is to send to each member, at the end of the year (when it's time to renew their membership), a list of all our trainings, and for each one, show them which ones they took part of or not. Hey all,I am stumped and looking for some help. Here's the situation; I have linked record called subgroups (a string with an integer i.e. Pacific 6) that will be occasionally updated when the person is moved to a new subgroup. I want to keep a running record of each group a person has ever been in, so if they are in subgroup X, then moved to subgroup Y, then moved to subgroup Z, the record keeping cell would now contain "subgroup X, subgroup Y, subgroup Z" but I cannot figure out how to append the new information each time a record is updated instead of replacing or concatenating with just one other record. Hi, I'm facing the deduping issue. The situation is that when I dedupe records in Airtable, the checkmarks in a column disappear. From the attached file, one record with "opportunity" column should have a checkmark✅ and the other one doesn't have. However, it showed that both records don't have checkmarks at all. Kindly let me know how to solve it! Thanks a lot
