See GIF below: Basic project/sprint setup for Gantt view with the "Sprints" here grouped by Project.If I try to add a sprint by dragging out a timeslot in the relevant project, the created sprint/task is created, but not associated with the group/project I tried to create it in. It pops to the top and is not associated with any project. I can't associate it with a project by dragging it down to the relevant project. You would have to click the Sprint and associate the relevant project from there.I find that this breaks my flow when managing multiple projects or just trying to quickly add something during a meeting. It's also made worse by the fact that the left record list (where I can see the name of the Project and associated sprints) is replaced by the record details every time you click a sprint record. I have a base which has the design of one date field and 8 image fields .  It  has been working well - with one entry a day since 20 June 2023.  About 3 days ago it stopped letting me upload photos.  I've checked my stats and I am nowhere near my limits. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone without success.  My other bases are working fine.  I love airtable however cannot work out what is happening.  Any suggestions?

Hi I got help with this a little while ago and it was perfect but now I want to add to it and anything I try does not work.This is relating to an commissions payable per situation.IF(  {Booked By} = 2,  {Points Paid} * 0.04)The above works however I want to add more situations -IF booked by 0 points paid is 0.00 IF booked by 1 points paid is 0.03 ORIF booked by 2  points paid is 0.04 ORThanks in advance. 

I am trying to create an automation so that everytime a new record is created in the "link to another table" column, the SUM tag is automatically printed. This is because I am trying to do a cumulative sum but am unsure as to how to get it to automatically update and display the sum when a new record is created.

How would you set this up?Department 1 is in charge of sending contract to customer, receiving contract, sending invoice and receiving invoice for initial payment. Once initial payment is received, Department 2 is notified and now needs to complete a certain number of tasks for 'onboarding that customer'. When those tasks are complete, Department 3 is notified and they have their own number of tasks for that customer, and so on.Thanks for any advice!

Um, yeah - it is. But first, a little of the backstory. As is often the case just when you’ve thought you’ve seen it all, a client asks - Is it possible to chain blocks and run them sequentially - as one completes, the next one starts? No, right? But then she tossed in another requirement - The computational results from the first block must be available to the next block and sometimes to all subsequent blocks. Oy! Nothing like a mind-bender for a Monday morning. This business requirement is daunting – indeed, impossible given the nature of Script Blocks. I’m sure the Airtable folks have pondered this, but as it stands, it’s off the table for now, right? I have written a script for the mini extension to handle the CSV upload and record creation, but I'm encountering some errors.- The script prompts the user to upload a CSV file using the built-in file picker.- The CSV file has data that needs to be distributed across different tables, namely: contacts, company, line items, services, and invoices.- Each table has unique fields and linked records, and the script maps the CSV data to the appropriate fields accordingly.- I am using native JavaScript to read and parse the CSV content.Issue:When testing the mini extension and attempting to upload the CSV file, I encountered the following error: [Describe the specific error message you received, if any].Code

Hi! I’m not sure if this is possible and if so, how. But is it possible on Airtable to use a script so that when a record status changes, to get a popup to appear that contains information relative to that record and a confirmation button that will allow the base user to launch an action through that button (via webhook for instance) ? I have a base with a table that calculates commissions for employees based on the type of revenue is generated (e.g. Service Revenue, Sales Revenue, etc.). Each revenue type includes a specific commission rate. The Revenue Type field is a single select field. I have created a view that shows information for each revenue record. One of my colleagues is a collaborator for this base. I have created a Revenue Commissions view and created a share link and sent it to my colleague, whose job it is to select the correct Revenue Type for each revenue record. He can open up the view, but when he tries to make a Revenue Type selection nothing happens. When he places the cursor in the Revenue Type field, no drop-down arrow (or + sign) appears. In fact, he has tried to actually type an entry in this field and the field will not accept any input.In the Field Manager I have chosen "Specific Users" to define who can update values in the Revenue Type field and selected

Since today, our Airtable base has become extremely slow and is always being delayed by the attached message. We haven’t really changed much from yesterday/last week. It seems like Airtable has changed their loading behavior of views. It’s true, our base is large but it hasn’t changed much in size recently. Still, Airtable is hitting us with this kind of throttling. Anyone else experiencing it? Temporary issue?

How many tables can a base store? over 100?Is there any way to sync tables within a base?I have 6-7 tables in a base that stores task templates (based on accounts that get managed by various people). Originally I synced them to another base but changed each tab to specific accounts we manage. Since there is a 10 sync limit, I am trying to find a work around.Is there any way to have a template of tasks in a base and sync this to 30+ accounts other tables within the same base for task manage. I ask because, I am thinking that if a change needs to be made to the task manager, it would be quite labor intensive to change each accounts task list. it would be nice to change the template and have this apply to all of the tables the template is synced to - one swoopfor context: we have 90+ accounts we manage (schools). Hi there, I'm trying to create a script that takes data from Airtable and updates it into Memberstack JSON. I went this scripting route because I couldn't figure out a no-code alternative to this. Can I assume that the order of the record IDs returned by table.createRecordsAsync does match the order of the records to create in the function argument?

Hi all! In one of my bases quotation marks are added to some of my IDs that are generated through a formula (someone explained to me that it because my titles contain a comma, but I need to keep it).I would like to remove those quotation marks. Good day!I have an issue with an automation that SHOULD populate a table from the above data. The records that don't have the little green star should still be used for the automation to populate this table:The first table has 6 records that aren't being populated and should, into the second image.The image doesn't show the trigger being on, but I checked one later for the test, and it still is giving the invalid input. Not sure what is incorrect. Any pointers?

Hello everyone,I hope that you can help me with my problem.I tried to export a table in CSV, modify a column and then import it back to the same table with the updated column.However, all the columns that were hosting a link with another table are gone and I need to put them back one by one.Is it possible to import an excel or CSV file in Airtable that was originally from Airtable and has been slightly modified while keeping the links with other tables once imported? Thanks in advance!

I have an Airtable account and so does my client. When they invited me to collaborate on their account it led me into my own account. I can see the collaborators in that company here and can talk to them but now I don't know if what I am creating is in their account or mine. I also want to know if there is a way to toggle between accounts so I can be clear about where I am. 

I have an Automation that is triggered by the appearance (in a new form-generated record in Table-A, {T.A-Rec.1} ) as having a non-empty value in a field {T.A- Field.1’}.  This {T.A- Field.1} is a link to a record in Table-B.Record {T.A-Rec.1} ALSO has a link field {T.A-Field.2} containing a link, {Ref.C.Link}, to a record in Table C.I wish to update a record in Table C, the record referenced by {Ref.C.Link}.  The field in the referenced Table-C record that I want to update is {T.C-Field.3}, also a link field to Table-B.  The value that I want to put into the {T.C-Field.3} in the referenced Table-C record is that of {T.A- Field.1’}, the link to that same record in Table-B.In my Automation so far, I seem to get the trigger to work OK.   But when I try to configure an 'Update Record' Action to update the {T.C-Field.

 I am in search of an AirTable data expert who can help me calculate percentage increases over each month from different records. How do I automatically mirror data from one table to another in the same baseIn excel it's an = formula Essentially I have 1 table where I am asking managers to add their Initiatives and I want everything added to that table to automatically be copied over to another table in the same base where I will run calculations and extra stuff that I do not want my managers to be confused by.

Hello,I am trying to make an API call on Zapier and i am getting below error. I am unable to debug this error. When i test on Postman, it works absolutely fine.   

I want to create space in between weeks of records so that it's easier for the client and me to view. Attached is a photo how it's currently set up, but I noticed when I skip a record, it still documents it as "blank." So when I group it by week, those blank records are kept together, but I don't want them to be shown at all--if that makes sense. Please help.
