I am building an implementation plan for my projects split by a 2-week sprint cycle. While I was able to get Week number from date of delivery, I am stuck trying to covert it into a Sprint number.

I want to use an airtable search formula, I already have one working, but I need to upgrade it a bit and make it a little more complicated. Current: FIND("*{{1.postcodeZone}}*", {Postcode Zone})I want to add 2 more requirements, so the first is a particular checkbox field must be set to yes/true.IE "Field 1 = true"AND then additionally, I want another requirement to be that a longer field, contains certain text, or the phrase "all"IE "Field 2 CONTAINS abc or 'all'" So I want all these 3 above parts to be required for anything to be returned

I run a volunteer program where we reward our volunteers with comp tickets to our events.   We currently use a points based tracking system where they get 10 points for every hour volunteered.   I was wondering if there was a way to create something in Airtable that would help us keep track of how many points our volunteers have earned  and redeemed.    So whatever would be created I would need a way to add points and subtract points with ease. We allow our volunteers to bank their points to redeem and "upgrade" their tickets to better seats on the following scale:Tier 3- 40 PointsTier 2- 80 PointsTier 1- 120 PointsPremium- 160 PointsIt would be a bonus if the same base would allow them to request their redemption. 

This might be the most random formula ever, but having a hard time figuring it out/ wondering if it is even an option.I have a list of records that represent tasks to do.I want to have these tasks in sets of 3 records.I dont want the tasks grouped by airtable where you see all of the various groups.I want to have the table literally only show the current set of 3 tasks and then they have a checkbox field next to them and as you check them off they are filtered out until all 3 are filtered out and the next 3 tasks come into view and it repeats like that.Totally not sure if this is even something that can be done, I was thinking of manually adding in set #s and filtering for that, but then I dont know how you filter just the set that is between the one that is checked off and the rest of them.This might be a too complicated one to create, but appreciate any help, thank you!

I have created an automation with two conditions.The trigger has three conditions.The first conditional action has two more conditions.The second conditional action has two other conditions.Both conditional actions are to send an email, however neither action is generating an email after running for over a week.You can see in the attached screenshot that when I run a test on the first action, there is an error that reads: "The expected group of conditional actions was not selected after evaluating the conditions."Also, further down on the test page, it says the output failed, but it does not indicate why it failed.I'd like some help figuring out why the first action is failing, and why neither action is sending the expected email.  I can only assume that they are related.UPDATE: I believe I figured out the reason why the emails are not sending — the Date fields

I’m wondering about a strategy to help us manage our Airtable base. We have one table (Pets) that now has around 25,000 records from the past 3+ years. As that table is getting rather large, we’d like to come up with a way to keep that table a bit smaller and more nimble - basically, move records that are more than one year old over to a new table (we’ll call that Archived Pets).Guessing that there are a few parts to this strategy….1) Set up the new table (Archived Pets) in our base that will have all of the same fields as the current table (Pets). Any easy way to do that?2) The first move of all the pets that are currently in Pets that are older than one year3) Setting up the automation that would check every day for pets that are older than one year, and then move those records over to the Archived Pets tableAny help on how to do this - or is there a better way?

Hello, I'm trying to formulate a triggered response, based off the fields value.For invoicing, I want it to send out an email if the record's field value is "Invoiced". I currently have 3 options for this field: Not Invoiced, Paid & Invoiced. IF the operator selects "Invoice" from the drop down of that record - it should automatically send an email to that contact. I have a field in that record as "Billing Contact" and it links to the customers DB table. I also have the PDF attached to this record as an extension for the customer to see once emailed. Any way I'm able to go about formulating a triggered response in automations?Thanks

Hi! Maybe someone over here can point me in the right direction. I am trying to build a custom extension, but the moment I add the extension airtable.com becomes “not secured” causing CORS issues with my extension. At the beginning I thought it might be my code, but I tried it with the “Hello World” extension and the same issue, the moment I add the localhost connection the site switched from secure to not secured Any ideas what I might be doing wrong or what else I could test? This is happening with Chrome, haven’t tested yet with other browsers. Thanks in advance

Hi all. I'm trying to create a formula field that will calculate if the date should be the 1st or the 15th of the month based on another date and time field that can be any day of the year.If the date field is any date between and including the 1st and 14th of the month, the formula needs to show the 1st of the previous month.If the date field is any date between and including the 15th and 31st of the month, the formula needs to show the 15th of the previous month.For example, if the date is July 13th, the formula should show June 1st, but if it's October 17th, it should show September 15th.Any ideas on how to accomplish this would be much appreciated. I want to send an automated email that includes a formula field/token (it is called "6-month historical average"), formatted to 0.1 decimal place (this formula calculates an avg of the numeric values in 6 other fields, all of which are to 0.1 decimal place).Although the "6-month historical average" field is formatted to 0.1 decimal place, when I test the automation, this value always appears with a long string of decimal places e.g. instead of 4.6 it will show as 4.6437449559. Why is this happening?! I want the historical average to show with only 0.1 decimal place.  Thanks for your advice!

Hello, AirTable forum!I am trying to figure out how to update an AirTable, using the Scripting extension and drawing from an external API (LegiScan). The issue I am running into is that first, I am incredibly new to JavaScript, and second, single- and multi-select options are causing me some trouble. I have reviewed a number of posts in this forum about APIs, as well as the "Cell values and field options" documentation (https://airtable.com/developers/scripting/api/cell_values) but I cannot figure a solution in this case--this is likely my newness to and lack of skills with JavaScript! (I previously mainly coded in R, which is...not the same.)My code can pull the data (and reformat a date), but I cannot update any field that is single- or multi-select, and I am also struggling to declare multiple fields to update (this is, I think, just an issue tied in with the single- and multi-se

Hoping for some help with how to setup for a formula to calculate the "Stabilized Occupancy" as shown below (% shown is wrong and is a placeholder in my table design).  On a table, I have "Leased" "KV" and "Committed".  I need to calculate the following(Leased - KV + Committed) / 1,000,000 (633470 - 45472 + 290) / 1,000,000 What would be my best solution to pull this formula in the "number" Element in my Interface?  Thanks!

Hello everyone,I would like to run an automation to keep track of the previous values of a cell so that I can see how inventory is being withdrawn from the database and have a correct running tally of inventory items.Currently my airtable is set up like this.The quantity removed field is constantly updated as product is removed. I am trying to create an automation that updates all records in a table at a specific interval. The automation needs to look a single select field and based on what it is set to update another single select field.The automation works when the trigger is update or create, but the time interval trigger is eluding me.The automation is set to run every 15 minutes, and it looks for specific records. Hi all, I'm looking at creating a Button on a base which creates a draft email to send to a client. Within the body of the drafted email, I want to include a unique Calendly Link hidden beneath a "click here" button on the drafted email. I've got so far with it and the formula is correctly drafting the email, and body, but the link stops at the 'clickable' link part. Here's the part of the formula that works;"mailto:" &{Email} &"?subject="&ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT("Book a Meeting")&"&body=" & ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT("Hi "& {First Name}&",\n\n I hope you're keeping well...")&  The next part is the bit that stops working;ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT("<a href="&{Calendly URL}&">click here </a> to book a meeting\n")

I have 3 tables - projects, tasks, showsRecords in projects and records in tasks are linked to shows.I'd like to have an interface where I can see all of the projects and all of the tasks related to a show on the same page.Is there a way to use the filter = show name, to then show a grid of the projects and a grid of the shows with that show name?  

I received some contact info (Excel format) from another source that I'd love to incorporate into my Airtable. It's over 1000 records. There are two columns. The first column is fine as is.The 2nd column lists a person's name and email in this format: First name Last name (email address)It's complicated by the fact that many of the fields in that column have 2 or sometimes 3 people, so it's listed like this within the field:  First name Last Name (Email), First name Last name (Email)And sometimes even 3 people, like this: First name Last Name (Email), First name Last name (Email), First name Last name (Email)Help!!! HiI've seen a few questions regarding workload but I feel they haven't addressed the problem I'm trying to solve.I have multiple tasks within multiple projects I'm running. Each task has an effort in days/hours, a start date and an end date on the timeline.I want to make sure that on average I don't put too many things in parallel. I'm trying to approach this the same way that Monday and ClickUp are approaching this:The effort per day = total effort divided by the number of days between start and end date. So a 1 day task would have all the effort in it. 2 days task would be effort/2, 5 days = effort/5 etc...Now here's the problem I'm facing.I want to make sure, for each day, that the total amount of average effort per day for that day doesn't exceed a preset amount.Let's say I
