Hi, I have a table where I add any investment into a company done. So, each row contains a field which is  linked record that link the investment to a record in table "company".But we can invest several times in one company. So I want to create a view that could display the last investment made for each company. I thought creating a new "single select" field called "active investment?", and having "active" option automatically selected for the latest investment made for a company. But I can't figure out how to do this double condition (having the "company" in the "linked field" and being the earliest date). Does someone know how to do something like this? Thank you,  Have a nice day

Hello everyone, I work at an NGO and I’m trying to put together a booking system so people from a specific program can set up a meeting with someone from the team through a form. I did everything, but I’m having problems with the Google Calendar automation. It works, but I don’t know why it creates the event two hours later from the time on the date field. I’m guessing this has to do with timezones? but I haven’t been able to figure it out :disappointed_relieved: can someone help me ? Thank you!!

Hi, community! I'm sure you'll be able to give me some ideas to figure out the best way to accomplish what I'm trying to.I have a base with 6 tables: Check-in, Market, Business, Operations, Traction and Finance.Forms with data will arrive in Check-in table. Since is a lot of data for the customer to fill in one time, we had to split fields in 5 forms which collect the real values of customer business and 5 forms collecting projection values.Customer will answer this every month, so we have an Evaluation Month field in every table. Also, and that's one messed up thing, they need customer be able to send data in more than one form. So this would work something like, on first month, customer knows 4 of the 8 questions, he will send a form with these 4 answers; then, when he gets the other 4, he will send another form with the other 4 answers. Hi. I've bumped into an issue when I want to send an automated email based on a field containing an email address. I've got two fields, one lookup that shows me the email address based on a selection from Email-Committee List. Help articles suggest using this formula -->> CONCATENATE({Committee's email (from Email-Committee List 2)}, "") but when putting --Calculation-- field in the --to-- field in the automation it comes back with the message that "The "To" input is empty" and I don't know what I'm doing wrong there.

 Hi there, I hope I'll find a smart head here that will help me tackle this issue. I have two automation working on the same basis, we get an import from G Sheet, there are numbers there and we want to make the specific fields into a unified table, to create a 'clear' view with all crucial data in one place.One automation takes the numbers and places them like it's asked, but the second one keeps on screaming at me "Field cannot accept the provided value: Could not parse number." This is really confusing as there are no operations run on both of them, just simple data, and one works, whereas the other is just being difficult. Any idea what can be causing that? I thought that it just can't do numbers but one works so it's not that, both are done the same way and the issue still occurs.

I'm having a hard time finding a simple script that will allow you to duplicate a record via automation.My end goal:Trigger: When a record matches a condition (i.e. a checkbox is checked off)Action: Run script --> this is where I can't find a script online! Dear,  I am using the following automation :    It works perfectly fine...but not in every case.Indeed, when the field value contains a space (i.e. "The Demons") or a number within (i.e. The4demons) it doesn't recognize it (even if that of course exactly the same value from a table to another). Does someone have a way to handle this issue? Have a nice day, Arthur

When creating an email automation based upon a record being updated, I want to include the name of the person who updated the record in the email. I have used the field 'User who took action - name', but it returns blank for both the preview and live automation email. Why is this? I am logged in and have a name associated with my account.Thank you

Hello,This is a variant on an earlier topic. I have a base where users input lengthy URLs into several fields, and corresponding display text in separate fields. I've been using the workaround where a formula field does this calculation: CONCATENATE("[",{name},"](",{URL},")") and an automation takes that field and copies it into a rich-text-formatted long text field. It's clunky, and even clunkier when you have a bunch of markdown formula fields in your base. I'd like to do this with just an automation, but when I try to do it exactly the same way, I get text output like  [Airtable](

I am attempting to update multiple records in a single automation in a Synced Table. I am unable to update Synced Records from RunScript as I get 'Error: Edits to synced field "Stories Automation" (fldxxxxxx) are not allowed from this origin'.I know I can use the native update record functions to update a single record, but if I put the items into a list attempt to repeat group I am given the error `Synced fields can only be updated in the last action in an automation. Move this action to the end of the automation, or remove the synced field.`What are the options? I'm considering just using an API call to make the changes directly to the original table but am hoping I can do them locally. 

Hello,I am trying to trigger a script when 'Language' field of given record is empty (record=domain).I want the script to fetch domain's language. I first ask script to convert domain to URL, since the API call works best with exact URL and not domain.But the problem is that script can not properly handle permanent redirects. I 've tried handle permanent redirects by trying to convert the domain to a URL using 'https://www' + domainId + '/', but that does not work.
