Hi all! I am interested in using Airtable to track my personal finances/budgeting. I built a simple database to do this that requires me to copy and paste over transactions manually from all of my various accounts, which is cumbersome. I would much rather have a system that could pull down the transactions automatically. Obviously, this involves sensitive personal data, so I would want a consultant in the US who had experience working with clients using such data and could figure out a way to build trust and minimize data exposure risk. Hi, I am trying to share view to other users using “Share” link from airtable base. Can I create share view link dynamically for table and base? Is there any public api available for the same operation? Thanks

Hello, I have a small amount of experience writing Airtable scripts within the context of the Airtable automation “Run-Script” action. For example, I’ve written an automation Run-Script which automatically deletes whatever record triggered the automation. However, what I need to do now is a little more complex, and is crucial to my overall goals, so I want to make sure and get it right. I know it is not a big project, but I would be happy to pay someone to write the needed script for me. Hi All I’m building an app with Adalo using Airtable as my database. I have, as of now, 1 base with two tables, users and products. A product can have many users and a user can have many products. Obviously there is a linked field connecting Users → Products and it’s a multi-select linked field (a product can have many users). I’m trying to “add” a user or “append” a user to the user array through the airtable API (PATCH) and each time I get something to work, I can only get it to overwrite the current user in that table as opposed to adding a new user. Any thoughts on what I’m missing here? Thanks!

About us: We are a large online media streaming company who has implemented airtable for our workflows involving licensing, creative, production, and post production - and are looking to expand this further into our marketing/advertising, sales, and merchandising workflows. Hi Airtable community :wave: I am looking to create a field that updates based on the entry history of another a field. For example, imagine I had two fields “A” and “B”, and “A” is a multiple select field and “B” is the field that I would like to create. It would function like this: Field A contains multiple select value “X” and if I change this to “Y” then I would like Field B to show “X”. If I then change Field A from multiple select value “Y” to “Z”, I would then like Field B to show “Y”. To provide some more context, I’m looking to solve this so that I can send a weekly update email that shows how a field changed during the period. The other day a friend of mine watched as I imported 7,000 support tickets from Jira into Airtable and then auto-tagged them in less than a minute. He was amazed; I was yawning. I suppose it’s a pretty cool thing, but we often get good at something(s) and forget about how much time they save and possibly how much more useful the data becomes when we attend to the seemingly little things like consistent keyword tagging through automation. I use my Airdrop framework to do this - it’s a simple script management system that allows me to use ordinary javascript functions in Google Apps Script (or in Airtable) to perform acrobatics on Airtable data and all without setting up a new API app every time I need a new API process. But I think you can also do this through Zapier, Integromat and your own API code of course. Airdrop allows me to frame an API process in a
