Hi all! I am interested in using Airtable to track my personal finances/budgeting. I built a simple database to do this that requires me to copy and paste over transactions manually from all of my various accounts, which is cumbersome. I would much rather have a system that could pull down the transactions automatically. Obviously, this involves sensitive personal data, so I would want a consultant in the US who had experience working with clients using such data and could figure out a way to build trust and minimize data exposure risk. My new marketplace app, Prefilled Forms, creates a formula that calculates a prefilled url for a form for each record in a table. You don’t have to write any code–just point, click, copy, and paste. Use case 1: Create prefilled links for clients You already have a table of client information, and you have an onboarding form, questionnaire, evaluation survey or other form for them to fill out. Hello, I have a small amount of experience writing Airtable scripts within the context of the Airtable automation “Run-Script” action. For example, I’ve written an automation Run-Script which automatically deletes whatever record triggered the automation. However, what I need to do now is a little more complex, and is crucial to my overall goals, so I want to make sure and get it right. I know it is not a big project, but I would be happy to pay someone to write the needed script for me. Here is what I need: Background: My Base has two tables: TABLE1 and TABLE2 AUTOMATION STEP 1: The automation will be triggered by “When a record enters a view” in TABLE1 AUTOMATION STEP 2: The next step of my automation is a “Find Record” action which finds a record in TABLE2 that matches the new record from TABLE1 that triggered the automation, based on matching conditions AUTOMATION STEP 3: The final step of my automation is a “Run-Script” action. Hi All I’m building an app with Adalo using Airtable as my database. I have, as of now, 1 base with two tables, users and products. A product can have many users and a user can have many products. Obviously there is a linked field connecting Users → Products and it’s a multi-select linked field (a product can have many users). I’m trying to “add” a user or “append” a user to the user array through the airtable API (PATCH) and each time I get something to work, I can only get it to overwrite the current user in that table as opposed to adding a new user. Any thoughts on what I’m missing here? Thanks!

About us: We are a large online media streaming company who has implemented airtable for our workflows involving licensing, creative, production, and post production - and are looking to expand this further into our marketing/advertising, sales, and merchandising workflows. What I’m Looking for: A contractor with advanced knowledge on either Airtable or RDS in general to assist in optimizing the current implementation, reviewing the established automations & automation optimizations, new tables & syncs to expand current implementation. Hi Airtable community :wave: I am looking to create a field that updates based on the entry history of another a field. For example, imagine I had two fields “A” and “B”, and “A” is a multiple select field and “B” is the field that I would like to create. It would function like this: Field A contains multiple select value “X” and if I change this to “Y” then I would like Field B to show “X”. If I then change Field A from multiple select value “Y” to “Z”, I would then like Field B to show “Y”. To provide some more context, I’m looking to solve this so that I can send a weekly update email that shows how a field changed during the period. I’d really appreciate some help :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello! I’m looking for someone who has experience with Airtable and building out a pretty robust base to help me log my weight training and checklist of meals to eat throughout the day. I’ve been running a small startup and I’ve put on a bit of weight, I’ve hired a fitness coach and nutritionist to help me with those goals but the current app they use “trainerize” has just a terrible experience and I’d rather have full ownership of that data. I’m looking to have someone help me build a base that will allow me to do the following: Example: -Workout Name: Dumbbell Lateral Raise -Description of best form -Set and rep info: 5 sets with 10 reps -Difficulty (how hard to push yourself 1-10: 8 -Track weight used for each set: 45lbs -Track real number of reps: 10 (usually the same number or +1) I’d also like to be able to see the last weight used when I come back to that workout so I can always shoot for a new personal record.
