Hello There. Our concierge organizing and moving company can’t seem to find industry software to give us what we need for invoicing so we are looking to integrate more into Airtable which solves 99% of all of our business problems. I see invoicing templates but do not have the time to figure out the setup of said templates to use along our service process. Looking for a consultant that is interested in such a project. Help!

Our shipping/transporting company is looking to move online to Airtable. We currently keep most things on paper, which is out of date and want to move onto an online platform. The setup shouldn’t be too difficult, but being new to Airtable and busy with the business, we don’t have the time. We need shipping records, quotes, and calendars setup primarily.

I’d like to use Airtable for my Internet radio station. I’d love to work with a consultant who can get things set up much quicker than I could right now. Aiming to have something set up in the next couple months. I looked through the templates and didn’t see anything for “radio station” or “music library” that would work for our purposes. We have a lot of info in a Google Sheet and then files such as artwork and music files are on a hard drive. We’re looking to set up one or more bases. Artist library (all the artists we play on the station plus “listening queue” albums we have not added to the station yet, website link, social media links) Music library (all the songs/tracks we have and an indication of which songs we have played on the station plus when they were last played, the music file to listen to, somehow linked/bundled with an artist – there could be multiple albums by the same artist. Hello I looking for some help to build a Automation Action which can send a message to Slack, but via Slack’s incoming webhook URL so we can apply layout blocks and advanced formatting. I’m not sure if there’s a third party tool which can accomplish this but I would also be interested to know so I can adjust this myself rather than diving into code unless it’s necessary. Thanks Dan

Airtable is an amazing tool for quickly prototyping ideas. After working helping many teams build prototypes or production applications that use Airtable as a database, we compiled the six best practices that we see make these projects not only faster to build, but easier to maintain and scale. For instance: Setup a Dev Environment: Things can break as you build new features or adjust your base schema. So duplicate your base to create a “Dev” environment in case you need to revert back. This allows you to build with confidence. Use a naming convention to delineate lookups and calculated fields: Lookups and calculated fields can make it hard to maintain a clean data model and understand how your data is changing. So use a naming convention that helps identifies these field types (like and underscore → _) Create a quick README doc: It’s surprising how many teams don’t know about all the automations and integrations that are changing data within their base. Hi there, I have a pretty straightforward resource database and looking for an Airtable developer to help us create a similar front-end view that is in Airtable Universe (specifically with the left sidebar and slighlty updated structure). Would also like to have a public view of the entire resource database with only some views showing (and keep admin views private). Thank you!

Hi there, Airtable community! I work at an organization called Dream Corps that’s dedicated to reforming our criminal justice system building an equitable, green economy in the US. As part of our plan for 2021, we are looking to integrate Airtable with our primary CRM, ActionKit, to increase our grassroots organizing capacity and empower our volunteers with some awesome relational tools for their advocacy across the country. At a previous job of mine, we had our ActionKit base and Airtable synced with great success and satisfaction, but I haven’t been able to reach the staff member who stewarded this process along after numerous attempts. Our organization is deeply committed to making this sync happen, but despite our abundance of technical know-how, an integration of this nature is beyond our comprehension and current capacity level. Is anyone here adept in such a sync, or can someone point me in the direction of consultants/contractors who would be able to move this project forward?

I already set up API to fetch, but need Airtable to automatically fetch every 5 to 15 minutes. Need to link entries from one table into another table, recognized by field. Need aggregate calculations on another table, with bar and pie graph charts. Need advice on how to properly build the table, so that I can sell subscriptions to other users of my identical table.

I’m part of a newly started film distribution company operating in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. I need to establish a platform to share film information (Meta data), distribution plans, marketing plans, and communication - internal (staff, management and filmproducers and external (partners, institutions etc) I believe that the datebase will be the unique film meta data on which the processes, will originates from. There will be some 15-20 film titles / year and probably 75-100 when the database reach its peak.
