Hey everyone, Just wanted to share with you a base that I have been working on that would match between volunteers and cases during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Please check out the video below. This base can be used by any organization/community that is looking to automate a part of there efforts to help their fellow humans during these hard times. There is still a lot that can be done and Im sure you guys with much more experience than me in Airtable would have many useful insights on how to make it better. One of the things that I cannot solve is when someone wants to use the base they would have to redo all the zaps. Maybe it would be better achieved by Script Block ? Take that information and use Page Designer block to present the summary information and data to allow a group to assess and vote. Recommending and creating blocks (like pivot tables) to help many stakeholders see summary financial data. A general review of our base to offer suggestions with how to use it better. Hi Everyone :wave: We tried to look for a good way to edit existing records using forms, and couldn’t find a good one. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the airtable team. As an educator, looking ahead to school closure, you have saved the day! My students in 2nd grade are already able to use it by themselves. Hi, I’m trying to generate an automated email that lists all due dates in a content calendar that are today or overdue. I’m using Integromat because it has a time feature you can trigger at certain time intervals. Zapier seems to only trigger when there is change to a table. I’ve been able to pull bundles out of airtable using the Airtable module. I’ve been able to pass those through a filter, to select those bundles with today’s due date that haven’t been marked submitted. I’ve been able to use the Table Agregator module to recombine the bundles into a single table. However, I’m struggling with having the gmail function spit out that Table in a way that makes sense. Does anyone have a template for doing something similar to this that they can share? If not, are there any good tutorials about getting data from a Table and then expressing it in meaningful form in an email? If no one has any answers, are there any contractors that I can hire to show me how to do this and work with

Greetings! We run a small firm that builds low-code solutions for our clients. Our focus started in Airtable, but has now expanded to include Coda and we’re looking to onboard some new sub-contractors. I have an excel file set up to manage a body of work surrounding technology applications and their hardware, software and services, the business units assigned and the people doing the work. I need help setting a simple program/project use case from the spread that shows dependencies and workloads. The project tracker template is great but I’m unable to spend the time needed to “translate” the work into airtable
