I believe that I have a somewhat unique use case scenario. I have successfully migrated one key piece of my operation from spreadsheets into AirTable, and need to solve a couple of additional issues before this AirTable-based approach achieves “minimum viable function” status. I think that these missing pieces are feasible, but I lack the expertise to structure a clean solution. In 15-minutes (or less), on a ZOOM session, I can narrate a quick tour of my AirTable base, and outline the functions that I need help building. Hi, We are a Creative Agency and Production company moving to Airtable to manage a vast database of freelancers and connecting that master database to project resourcing tables. For anyone more knowledgable than myself with Airtable I would hope this is considered a quick project. I’m on a time crunch so while I absolutely would love to learn Airtable I’d like to get this done within a matter of hours. I have a grading rubric of 20 students. There are 20 rubric elements each that can be scored 1-5 totaling 100 points. I would like to put the students in a drop down menu so that when selected the scores of that particular student display under neath the drop down menu and also add the scores up. Any ideas? Thanks!

With all the live-streaming meetings that my family currently has, I wanted a one week rotating calendar, where I could enter all the events for a week and the events would always show up for the current week indefinitely, without creating any new records. Hey everyone, Just wanted to share with you a base that I have been working on that would match between volunteers and cases during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Please check out the video below. This base can be used by any organization/community that is looking to automate a part of there efforts to help their fellow humans during these hard times. There is still a lot that can be done and Im sure you guys with much more experience than me in Airtable would have many useful insights on how to make it better. One of the things that I cannot solve is when someone wants to use the base they would have to redo all the zaps. Maybe it would be better achieved by Script Block ?
