SECOND UPDATE: @Carter_W, @Eric_Kline I managed to get some help with this scenario. Thank you for the interest. UPDATE: @Carter_W, @Eric_Kline, @cherry_yang1 I am still deciding what is the best way to do what I need done, so I just wanted to let you know what the latest is on this job quote. Thank you, Mary K Hi Airtable! I am looking for quotes for some scenarios that work together, that I need help setting up. If you you are very experienced with Integromat, Airtable and Airtable API, please contact me by DM. I will then provide more details. Thank you, Mary Kay
Hey Guys, I’m have a small home inspection business and need some help automating my scheduling (JotForm) to Airtable/Google Cal and would idealy have a 2-way sync between Airtable and Google Contacts and then sync that to Constant Contact… with JotForm (or other form) would like to integrate Google Map API for auto address fill (I already have that acct). Just need help with the details and finalization. Thank in advance. Also, while I’m using Zapier at the moment, it seems like Integromat can do more, but requires a little more knowledge than what I possess.
We have an airtable now that was created for our community. Airtable TBECLT Shuk - Airtable Explore the "TBECLT Shuk" view on Airtable. We would like to adapt it to be a selling site for our Temple Gift Shop, using the same format, having all items for sale from our shop.
Please contact for details. Believe this is simple to accomplish. Cannot do it myself. krowlinson@gmail.com Thanks Kevin
I am a real estate developer that needs an internal tool to keep track of multiple projects and require more functionality from the Map Block. I’ve listed out the main requirements, which I am certain can be achieved through the google api but not sure if they can be achieved in tandem with Airtable. I like the ability to view my table data side by side with map block and just need to extend the funtionality of the map block as below. Key customisations Search bar in the map block See street names and places on the map block satellite view Add markers directly into the map block and save to airtable database Add polygons directly in the map block and save to database Add measurement tool directly in the map block Easily filter what markers are seen (via a graphical widget) If this cannot be achieved using google maps, I would also be be open to using the mapbox api. Thanks for reading this and let me know if anything needs clarifying.
We run a small project management company that runs book printing and production projects for authors and publishers. We would like to use Airtable. We have a Miro Wireframe Diagram (which is available for Airtable Pro accounts) already created and an extensive Excel Spreadsheet mapping of our known database fields, their functions of each field and their potential values, as well as what other parts of the database need to be related to at that point. Need an experienced Airtable Implementer who has implemented MIRO before to get this up and running. We are a team of 3, a small company, but we have already tried sharepoint and a few other Project Management tools and failed to get what we needed. Looking for ideas. We’ve implemented it for launching custom emails (mailto:) to single and multiple recipients, and for launching a form through a URL. What other cool applications are you doing?!
Having a Last Modified field sounds quite unimportant - but when combined with tools like Integromat it becomes very powerful - and this on top of the new Airtable / Integromat ‘app’ which makes Integromat so much more useful to us! I’ve written a blog post about this which will show how to use this new field type to drive processes - and it’s the first post which I’ve initially published on my new Blog / Forum site - Online Database Experts. This is a site aimed at users of Airtable and other similar platforms and all are welcome to join and collaborate about Airtable and other tools like Integromat. Here’s a link to the post: Using Last Modified Fields with Integromat
Hello! I’ve been delivering items from my farmers’ market to neighbors for the last 2 months and now I’m looking to scale our operations locally. I’m looking to hire someone to help me build a form that customers can use to place orders, and that I can use on the backend to sort aggregate orders based on vendor. Ideally, customers would use this form to order the items they want, make payment, and input delivery address and phone number for text notifications. I’d love it if these forms would feed into an order summary on my end where I can sort aggregate orders based on individual orders and vendor (because customers can order items from multiple vendors). I’d also like to be able to collect email addresses and refresh the ordering window each week. Hoping this is all possible with Airtable! I created orderfromfarms.com, but after the first week of sales have noticed that it doesn’t do everything I need to make this business sustainable. I’ve been testing different website builders an
Please contact me on noworriesmig@gmail.com or call +61 432636461 I have an existing issue with invoice amount calculation as when the invoice is marked paid, it affects all previous Invoices and there is also a problem of “circular reference” in invoice calculation.
Hi Airtable Users! After reading @ScottWorld’s response, regarding a keyboard shortcut, I thought it would be a good idea to post a list of shortcuts. Mary Kay Airtable - Support Airtable keyboard shortcuts The following is a list of keyboard shortcuts that'll work within Airtable. If at any time you need to see this list of keyboard shortcuts again, you can hit / and it'll bring up the keyboard short...
Hey Airtable Community! I have a fairly developed Airtable Base that we’ve been using for about 4 years, but I need to add some more complicated formulas for calculating commissions based on type of venue, artist, and agent. I also would like some help with java in the script block so that we can duplicate auto populate a new Mission with preset tasks. I know exactly what I want, I just don’t know all of the proper syntax. For an expert, both of these jobs would probably take 15 minutes, and I’ll happily venmo you $25 for that 15 minutes. If you’re up for it, shoot me a quick message at mark@braveenough.com and we’ll set up a time to make it happen. Thank you!

Small nonprofit, 5000+ records, clients, donors and volunteers. Interested in other services that integrate w Airtable. Looking to get something set up in next two weeks.
Hello Airtable Community, We’re Airtable addicts and need some help with Javascript. We’ve looking to append UTM codes to links in HTML blocks. See our post: Extracting text from between consistent characters After this task… We’ve built an economy on Airtable and are at the point of looking for an expert to help us refine the code that got us here. We’re starting to experience heavier loads and would like to make it more efficient and robust. ~Brian
Hey, We are circular fashion tech startup that recently launched a platform for reselling and shopping pre-owned fashion. Our platform is run in Shopify and we use AirTable as an inventory management system in which we prepare products that we take in for listing, track orders to be shipped, payments and as a base for our accounting. We have a steady solid base that is integrated to Shopify and other apps, but we are looking to automate our operations as much as possible and reduce manual steps related to handling customers and products. We are looking for an Airtable expert to consult us on process automation and showing what’s possible. Happy to explain more. If you think you are the right consultant, please reach out to johan@cirqular.se and elaborate in your experience and how you think you can help us. Cheers,
here is a solution for efficiently backing-up your Airtable base using Integromat this solution uses only 5 operations per 100 records and can therefor manage many records and backup runs even with the frre plan of Integromat. It can also easily be expanded to include encryption and various types of triggers and the backups can also be done to various other medium i.e. gsheets, MySQL etc. See details for the solution here - https://5im.pl/airbac This image is for display purposes and does not represent the actual automation.
An extension of Example: Netflix-style UI with a script, here we use OMDB API in the Scripting Block, to grab the Runtime/Duration of a given film from a given Airtable: Could of course be used with any API service, with a bit of adapting. Todo: add a max_count so that it doesn’t hit the API’s rate limits e.g. simply change line 20 to for (let record of result.records.slice(0,1000)) { add error handling (currently, if film is not found, the script simply skips to the next row).
Hi, I need help in integrating filtered views of airtable bases on dynamic pages of a duda website. The bases are integrated but I can integrate only the whole list The duda website is a licenced one via Ionos 1&1, so I don’t have the api thanks for your reply Dorothee
Hi Everyone! We’re announcing a major update to miniExtensions! Previously, we were offering each extension as an individual subscription. Starting from today, we are offering access to ALL of our extensions for a flat rate per month! (think Netflix model, for Airtable tools!). Our 30+ extensions and the new pricing plan can be found here: miniExtensions Tools and Integrations for Airtable - miniExtensions Tools that empower Airtable users to process unlimited records in bulk with scheduling and automation features. An alternative to Zapier and Integromat. We’re always looking to add more extensions. If you have an issue that you’d like us to build a solution for, please do not hesitate to reach out here!
I do not seem to find this anywhere on the community, so thought of sharing it. With the use of API key, we can easily integrate Airtable bases into power bi and design dashboards. In the PBI desktop got --> Get Data --> Web --> Advanced In the URL parts, enter the table URL here To authorize - select Authorization and enter this Bearer YOUR_API_KEY Click OK and your table will reflect here. This process has to be repeated for each table in the Base. Also, if a field is linked record type, this shows as a bunch of alphanumeric in the PBI. To avoid this, in the table create a new column next to linked record field and use ARRAYFLATTEN formula to overcome this alphanumeric and effectively present data in PBI. One thing I still did not figure out is how to set auto-refresh in PBI online as it shows to edit credentials to enable auto-refresh and I am not sure in what way/format I should enter them. If anyone has an idea please tip me.
For those of you needing to perform a Standard Deviation calc (STDEV() in Excel), here’s a template you can use for performing this calculation with values across a single row (record): SQRT( SUM( POWER({Value 1 Field} - {Avg of Values Field}, 2), POWER({Value 2 Field} - {Avg of Values Field}, 2), POWER({Value 3 Field} - {Avg of Values Field}, 2), ... ) / (n - 1) ) Where n = the number of fields SUM’d, ie, the number of POWER() statements. You do have to manually enter each field that holds a value which you want factored in to the StDev calculation, and you have to have a field that calculates the averages of those values, so this will not work well for a dynamic data set (new values are constantly being added to the list of values needing to be included in the calculation). I use it quite frequently in calibration specs, however, so I figured I’d post it here as a quick and easy reference for other people who were used to using the STDEV() function in Excel, bu
The inspiration for this script was the many posts that I saw where people wanted to setup default values when they create new records. In that way, it is similar to one of the scripts that has already been shared. However, I believe that there is no one right way of doing things, and I had ideas for a different workflow. This script fills in blank cells in a table based on a template record. It also requires no configuration of the script, and no changes to the existing table/field definitions. This script has the ability to make bulk updates to a lot of records very quickly, and it has several quirks and limitations. I only received access to the Scripting block when it was made public on Friday, so I didn’t have much time to get up to speed. I have many improvements in the works, but they will all take time to implement, and I need to sleep. Here is the base on the Airtable universe. Here is the gist. Here is a link to the walkthrough.

I’ve gotten Car fever and want to start doing research on used cars that fit my price range. I tried some of the consumer sites, but was really left wishing I had a place to look at all my research at once and compare things like average price and milage for a specific Make, Model, and Year. So I hooked Airtable up to the MarketCheck API via the scripting block and made a base that pulls in all available car listings within 50 miles of me within my specified Price and Mileage range. Then, made use of Page Designer and URL preview block. It’s pretty dank if I do say so myself. :star: :star: :star: :star: Overview of How it Works Here Copy of the Base Here Have fun y’all😃.
