Hi I would like to have an Integromat scenario created to gather data from an API website and then have a Gmail sent, on a weekly basis, notifying me of upcoming TV air dates. Thank you, Mary
While answering a question on the forum about Checklists, I decided I would write a blog post about how to use Zapier to automatically create Checklists, assign them to a project and then to a collaborator… Creating Checklists with Airtable and Zapier and here’s a link to the base: I hope you find this useful!!
Hi WORK OFFERED REVISED POST Scenario #2 is solved. Now, I would like to have an Integromat scenario created to gather data from an API website and then have a Gmail sent, on a weekly basis, notifying me of upcoming TV air dates. Thank you, Mary This can be just for work offered, I just thought that I could learn how to do this myself. I wondered if anyone would beable to teach me how to create two Integromat scenarios. I would like to learn how to do the scenarios. It would have to be someone who is willing to teach and competent in Integromat and also, someone who would be very patient, since I will need to learn, step by step, from the basics of how to create the two scenarios, I don’t need to be taught to write the script for scenario # 2, that can be just for a paid service, with no teaching involved. The other thing, you should check all the links for both scenarios to make sure that you have access to the websites and all information, especially the API in scenario #1, since
Looking for a consultant in Los Angeles to help with a database ASAP. Looking for someone this weekend and next week. Thank you! Steph
We are looking to use Airtable to build the backend for this exciting project. We need someone who is an expert at airtable and who can implement any requirement of our data structure as per the need. Applications welcomed!
I need to collect data from several different sources, organize it, and then send data to WebMerge to create documents. Some data will come from Infusionsoft, some will come from a questionnaire from we will send to clients and some will need to be manually entered. Thanks, Jim Logan
Hello! I am an special education teacher working as a independent contractor in early intervention. I need help creating a base to manage my caseload of 30 clients. An outline of my workflow is below: -Client list, with demographic information (Excel import available); -Schedule sessions for each client based on availability and location, ideally using drag and drop scheduling that can connect to Google Calendar -Link each client to individualized goals (3-5 per client) each goal needs to be numerically measured, and progress monitoring data tracked. -For each scheduled session, I need create a note track progress on individualized plan goals. -Assign direct service providers to clients -Track missed sessions, time owed and time made-up -Ideally, when I add a new client, the workflow is set up to auto populate into a template. If this is something you can help with, reach out to me at mrsdalba@gmail.com with an estimate. Best, Ginna
Hi I am looking for a quote for this integration in Integromat: The epguides site below has API protocal and I need to gather data and then I will be integrating it with Goggle Sheets and then Airtable, which has three tables and links. I will need information/data for about 25 TV shows, on a weekly basis, I will also be adding TV shows too. Information required: TV Show Season # Episode # Episode name Air date This is the website that I want information from: epguides.com This is an example of one show of about 25 that I would like data from and also on an ongoing bases to collect information about current episodes from the latest season: http://epguides.com/MurdochMysteries/ This link is about epguides API: https://epguides-api.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ I want to know the next episode of a show, but it’s not the show in the example below, it will be from a list of different shows i.e.: Murdoch Mysteries. https://epguides.frecar.no/show/howimetyourmother/next/ INTEGRATION (Integromat
We use Airtable to the max - see bit.ly/ PoshtelAll - Im looking for geeks for various tasks. 01 Get Bricks into web 01.1 Make cool clever bricks 02 Data Discipline Tutor (we grow silly fast and needs a small onboarding course and someone on call to support us) 03 Embed easy webtool - we use Dropbox Paper - due too its crazy simlpe and nice Airtable integration - but we would like to unwind fomr drowbox - and have something as simple but bot forcing visitors to open DropBox Paper App… We pay with equity (only) - see our nifty/simple Airtable usage form :slightly_smiling_face: bit.ly/ InvoiceDaily
Hello, I’m looking to build a project in Airtable that involves designing a DB based on a set of rules and conditions for a large set of data that will be updated dynamically. It will also need a front-end UX work for customers to access. Ideally someone based in India (purely because of a cost-effective option) but happy to consider others. please suggest.
Looking for somone to help with my set up/broken links as well as design block ideally this weekend. Thank you, Steph
I’ve created a UK version of my base to calculate holidays as input to WORKDAY() or WORKDAY_DIFF(). (For detailed information, see the post referenced above.) The base takes as input the years for which you wish to calculate holidays and the applicable area (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland). The output is a field called Holiday String containing a ISO-formatted list of governmental holidays for the specified locality, ready to be copy-and-pasted as an attribute to either workday function. (Specifying holidays enables the functions to take both weekend days and holidays into account in their calculations.) This base requires a much more complicated algorithm than the earlier one, given either Good Friday or Easter Monday is an official holiday in the U.K. To calculate either date, one must first arrive at a date for Easter itself — a computation that has remained challenging for hundreds of years. Having absolutely no idea how the calculation works
We are experienced in the use of Airtable, and have built out functionality for our catering operation that includes hours logging, CRM and linking to venues, vendors, # of pizzas, etc. related to specific events. We are now trying to create a set of tables that track recipes, ingredients required in them and then creating orders and pack lists. As I envision it now, you would have Recipes that may be single ingredient (Domestic Beer - Coors) or multi (Bun - Butter, Flour, Water, Salt). I would then key the quantity required per event (this is the part that would be great to automate via API or cURL from our client facing invoicing/order system) or per guest, or per pizza 1-3 weeks out as we currently do for pizza doughs. Two views/reports would then exist. One with the total amount of any ingredients needed for any period of time (say all the cucumbers we need for pickles for the next month). And another one that is by event (bring 5 lbs of pickles to this event). We will have a cost
A silly little base that does one thing: It generates a string of ISO-formatted holiday dates as an input to WORKDAY() and WORKDAY_DIFF(). As published, it supports current U.S. federal holidays, with options to deselect three federal holidays (Martin Luther King’s Birthday, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day) some companies do not take off, as well as two non-holidays (Friday before Labor Day and Friday after Thanksgiving) many companies do. For holidays that fall on a specific day of the month (e.g., New Year’s Day, Veterans Day, Christmas), if that date should fall on a weekend, the base returns either the previous Friday or following Monday as appropriate. It’s been lightly QAed — by which I mean I know it works for 2018 through 2021. The base will return a string of ISO-formatted dates for periods from one to fifty years. (Caveat: There’s a good chance Airtable won’t accept fifty years’ worth of holidays at once, but I’ve not yet been interested enough to find out when it chokes.) Dat
We are an investment firm and are looking to consolidate a few pieces of data into an Airtable set up. This would include getting our airtable set up and the work to get our data into it. This will likely involve some custom coding. If interested, please shoot me an email at alexander.david.chaps@gmail.com
I’d like to find an AirTable expert/consultant that I can work with in my current databases to: -Add Complex Logic based formulas to fields -Review overall setup, and work to Improve Flow & Efficiency Let me know if you are interested, and your level of expertise with the AirTable platform. Also, let me know if you are available on the Upwork Freelance platform. Thank you! Roger Yelvington feel free to email: roger.yelvington@gmail.com
Trying to develop and multi-dimensional training and fitness tracking workspace. Looking to bring multiple data input datasheets into several summary sheets and display graphics. Looking to hire someone to help complete the development. Could be a short project but with some interesting future innovations. LMK. John Brennan
Like a number of other folks - we need to go beyond just iframe “embedding” but need to integrate a read/write AirTable within an existing website. Looking to hire someone who has done external website integration via AirTable APIs.
We are looking for someone to help create our new Airtable database from the ground up. We host hundreds of events each year both in person and online and are needing a centralized database that will include information about our events and have the ability to add the event date and it generate remaining tasks and assignments. If you are familiar with how to do this on Airtable just shoot me a note about your experience and rates at canaryk6@gmail.com Thanks in advance!
I need a ninja/guru/expert to build a base for my business. The attached map is a visual for what we need the base to organize. It would be a huge base, with lots of many-to-many relationships, and integrations via Zapier. I am happy to pay someone to have this done and done well. I am looking for someone who: completely and thoroughly understands Airtable, is available to focus on and complete the project swiftly, is kind, responsive, and efficient, and will listen to what we need, and then build the system to make it happen. I make jewelry, and sell via wholesale, retail and bespoke channels. I need a way to organize both the orders and the products, specs and sourcing so that when orders come in I can make sure the materials to make the pieces to fill them are available. Also, we need an aggregate of supplies needed across several orders at the same time. So, we need inventory management, order fulfillment, CRM, etc. Please reply if you think you could be our Airtable Ninja. GMA
We are an architecture firm wanting to track multiple projects each with multiple phases so that we can project and manage resources. I know that there are many project management templates available; multiple projects with the multiple phases with begin and end dates for each is out of my reach. Would like to discuss if this is doable, then if it is worth it.
I’m working on an international study of the environmental and social impacts of urban agriculture that involves creating a digital platform for farmers and researchers in five cities to contribute data on farm design and operations. I’m seeking a part time (up to 19 hours/week) research assistant to create an Airtable database from a list of metrics that we intend to measure. The research assistant should have experience designing and launching relational databases and have specific expertise with Airtable. NYC-based is preferred, though remote work will be considered. If interested please send a brief email cover letter and resume/CV that describes your database development experience to nevin.cohen at sph dot cuny dot edu.
Hello My base is begging for a PMT or Payment function, but there isn’t one I can find… I am hoping someone has found a workaround to calculate a mortgage payment. Kind of critical to our client and sales processes. I realize this is not a spreadsheet, but other databases can do it. I see there are plenty of math functions… is anyone able to put them together in a way to “make” mortgage payment function?: My Airtable Base is very depressed. a spreadsheet example looks like this: …where the field “MONTHLY PAYMENT (PI)” in the middle is the result I’m talking about… because to get that payment I must use the fields before it and a PMT function … like this So i ask, would anyone able to put together the mathematical functions in a way to “make” an amortized mortgage calculation based on %Rate, Term (in months or years), & principle… with the added bonus of a field for Extra monthly payment to add regular additional principle to the repayment.
Would love to find someone to help me build some smarter formes for my airtable based system. Does anyone have any suggestions? To be a bit more specific in the project: I have an AIR TABLE which we collect information on TV shows and Clients, buyers and Appointments and we use this info to send out HTML emails informing clients of upcoming appointments and update various Calendars on Cal. Lots of wasted time copying and pasting data that we’re collecting anyways, So forms need to be dynamic and pre-filled when possible, so we’re not entering in the same information over and over again. Rather making corrections and updates to data in fields. Also - if you can code some **great looking easy to use forms - we’d have so much more work for you. Fun stuff too! Super interest4ed in reverse engineering this into a google apps builder solution which would help me to learn it quicker on the programming side. Thought if Zapier and Airtable and Jotforms work, welll they are all great too! 323-81
I recently worked on a project that required loan calculations. This was easy in excel or google sheets but Airtable is missing these common financial functions. So, I brushed up on my math skills and with some help from the internet was able to reproduce those functions in Airtable. Thought I’d share with community: Airtable Financial/Loan Formulas: PMT, FV, PPMT, IPMV - Airtable Universe Excel and Google Sheets users will be accustomed to common financial functions used in loan calculations that are currently not available on Airtable. This... Formulas currently implemented: PMT, FV, PPMT, IPMV
