We are new to Airtable and seeking help to set up a single view of pending/ongoing projects. Currently the information is stored in google docs and excel.

We are an international organization that offers wellness courses globally. We are looking to develop a contact database to handle all of our course prep, applications, processing and post course follow-up using Airtable. We would like the database to handle our first touch point of a new expression of interest of an individual and take them through multiple course applications, to post-course follow up, mentorship and communications with them many years down the line; and to organize all of this data in a simple and efficient way. We also want our workflow and communications with the individuals/groups to be as automated as possible using integrations through Zapier with mailchimp etc… We also need to integrate our workflow into our wordpress website We are looking for an Airtable, Zapier, and Wordpress expert to assist us with setting this up. We have a rudimentary system set up. We would like to take it to the next level.

We are Epidemic Sound, listed in Wired as one of the best startups in Stockholm this year. We sign many new Songwriters/Producers and Singers each month, and produce about 150-200 new tracks per month. There’s a ton of information to organize and keep track of. People, music files, legal documents, lyric documents, status, revisions, etc. etc. We believe that Airtable can do the trick for us, but we need help to structuring and setting it up according to our needs. Ideally we would have it tailor made and integrated with appropriate Zaps and apps to make workflows automated and super easy to use. This week I nested an IF function three layers deep. It was hard to read and hard to write. There must be a better way, I thought. I read some articles that said to avoid nested IFs using AND / OR. Then I watched this video on how to use it: Bingo! Now I feel empowered to get even fancier with my formulas (if I need to) because I have these additional functions.

I need to calculate summary weighted averages - for example the weighted average interest rate for a number of loans that are records in a loan table. The summary bar is very limited and you cannot create any calculated fields there that I can see. e.g. Loan Amt Rate $100 5% $150 3% $600 9% The weighted average interest rate is: ( (100*.05) + (150*.03) + (600*.09) ) / (100 + 150 + 600) = .07 = 7% Any ideas as to how i can do this?

I’m looking for a solution within a form to inserat data into the database. Each data has separated fields for billing and delivery address. But sometimes they are equal, and it would be much easier to just set a checkbox if theses addresses are the same. If not, there should appear all the fields in the form to enter a different address for the delivery. Can anyone help me or show me a case where a form is done like that? thanx a lot.

Hello, I have an inventory database that need some assistance with. I have an Inventory table with part number, description, part ID, UPC description, cost, number of units… Then I have a transactions table. There are three types of transactions, RECEIVE to receive inventory into the Inventory table and a location, STAGE to delete inventory and stage to a project, and TRANSFER to transfer inventory from one location to another, which is basically a STAGE and RECEIVE in one transaction. I’m need assistance with the transfer, and my other issue is that I need to view inventory by location. Any developers out there I could hire to discuss and finalize the base?

I am searching for a consultant who can create a database of multimedia assets (photos, images, videos, written documents, story leads, etc.). The goal is to be able to quickly find assets based on type of media, geography, date, and a few other criteria. We need to start this work in November and it must be finished by March 2018.

I’ve noticed there have been some posts recently about Scripts for Airtable - for coders wanting a way to build clickable actions on top of airtable. I thought it might be a good idea to write an article for the non coders amongst us who may have similar needs - and it turns out that this is possible using Zapier (when Airtable is used in the Google Chrome browser). I’ve written an an article in my blog about how to configure a “Push Zap” to send an email to an employee (using my KasPer Lite base in the Universe) letting them know how much holiday (vacation) they have remaining in the current year - and also updating the Activities table in the base to record that the email was sent. If I link to a company’s Crunchbase profile, I’d like it to pull in the company’s most recent funding amount and recent news. I want to combine develop an airtable that allows me to track general marketing activity as well as content development/publishing and link to website/channels to track statistics. I will need help on a ongoing basis once this first table is set.

I’m revealing a basic hole in my failed upbringing, but I could really remedial training on ARRAYs . I’ve looked at the formula documentation but … And, I’ve looked at the AT Community, but … So, I’m pretty sure that ARRAYS are useful and solve problems that I’m bound to have, or do have and don’t recognize the obvious solution. So, any pointers to entry-level training with lots of examples, documentation or videos will surely correct my personal shortcomings in this area.

I an new to Airtable and have a pretty good grasp of it capabilities. I use Zapier to bring in data from 2 different Google Forms and the overall scope of my use is to manage applicants and where they are in the process of applying to attend our program. Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I have a simple Table that lists my customers, City, Postal Code. What I would like to do is create another table that can list all the Cities and Total the number of customers in each city. Thank you all for any help.

I am working on a home manual for my employer. We would like to print all of the records on separate pages. I have tried to extended view to print and it is not exactly what I want. It would be great if empty fields could be hidden and the format of the page could be consolidated or moved around so the whole page could be printed on one page.
