Hello, Our current process leverages typeform (beautiful forms) and textit (a two way sms platform that supports triggers and zapier). We are looking to leverage Airtable as our database to collect and update information from our clients. However, we seek consultation to create airtable workflows that deploy pre-filled typeforms to confirm/edit data in Airtable. Looking to find a solution ASAP! Thank you! Erika
Hello, we’re somewhat new to Airtable, but have a bit of experience with it now. However, I’m looking for someone to help us build out a Gift Card Database. A few key use cases: Enter new card/details Redeem card (partial value) Redeem card (full value) - “terminate” card A few reports (various filters) Maybe a form or two for input. Thanks in advance for considering this.
We are a research firm. We need help creating research project management work flow. Need to track realtime flow, but also to archive specific data (auto populate) in existing excel and/or Access databases. Have used Excel and Access databases to manually manage but think Airtable could simplify and decrease duplicative data entry.
The link below is to a base I developed for tracking medical expenses. It can track expenses for any number of patients, medical services, and providers. The base allows the recording of charges, insurance amounts (disallowed and allowed), deductibles, co-insurance and co-pay amounts. It also can track amounts paid by insurance to the provider and to the insured, as well as payments made in settlement of bills from providers. There is a main Medical Expenses table and additional Patient, Service, and Provider tables. Each field has a description of what it is for, and there are several different views of the main Medical Expenses table. Of course, the sample data in the base is just that and is intended to show the various types of entries that can be necessary in recording expenses, insurance rulings, and personal payments. Copying the base is enabled on this read-only link. I hope that some will find it useful. Medical Expense Tracking Van Zeck
Hi there I’m looking for someone to assist me in the best ways to set up our base. I have started doing so, but before I get too far into it I need to make sure the way I’m doing it is correct for our needs. Also, some help in achieving the situation described below: I have created this summary table, and would like each cell to pull in the total (number) based on the other tables. This is for a magazine, the editions are listed along the top. We have two main sections in the publication (feature and non feature), with content and ads in each section. I would like to create a dynamic tally that shows the projected number of pages in each upcoming edition, based on the data in the other tables (content and advertisers). Each line in content table has dropdown fields for edition (21 - W18, 22 - Sp18 and so on), and section (feature or non feature). If it was easy to do I’d like to add a further way of analyse in the tallies, with another field from the content (type - which is a dropdown
I need to change the ‘description’ associated with my account userid, but haven’t been able to find where to do it. Where might I look?
Hello all, We love Air table but each time we think we have it we end up with a new problem. Before we look elsewhere we thought we would engage a more seasoned expert to scope out the project on a paid basis to save us some time. I see several people here who fit that description so I’d love to get in touch. I do not think I can IM anyone yet due to reputation ranking, etc here on the forum. Let me know how we can be in touch to discuss specifics. Cheers!
UPDATE: Found a consultant, no further inquiries please. Hello, I work with a small (15 people) marketing firm in Venice, CA and we are integrating Airtable as our new project management system and need some help! We are looking to hire someone hourly who is available to answer questions, chat online over the next few months, and be available during work hours within the hour of request. We need someone to hold a live demo with the company either in Go To Meeting or in person. Thanks!
Yup, you just need to create a calendar view, share the calendar, copy the ical and then suscribe to this calendar with mac calendar, outlook calendar or google calendar. On the local calendar you can add “1 minute before” reminders. Working amazing for me and i can do “time blocking” with that :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: REMEMBER! You need to add start and end time to every task. I fucking loooooove airtable, can anybody send me some stickers here? i need to share the love (and take out the trello)
Check this out: https://airtable.com/shrzfQcmUqy92gkPi I’ve always wanted to journal daily but felt like I didn’t have the time to do it. However, whenever I do find old emails to friends, they transport me back into moments I’d long forgotten. So, I’m trying an experiment. What if I record my feelings during the day and occasionally add notes that will give my future self context? And what if I only select one of 5 emojis for my feelings - glad, sad, mad, embarrassed, bored, or afraid? Will I make this a daily habit with such a low threshold of commitment? And to make it easier, what if I automatically record the time, date, and weather? Will that give me more context in the future, without extra data entry work? If you copy this base and make it your own, let me know!
Late last week, I published v 1.00 of my Wardrobe Manager base, with an update submitted this past Monday. Descended from an earlier project intended to inventory the 1,200+ items in a local photo/video studio’s collection, this version has been tailored for the individual who wants or needs a more structured approach to managing his or her wardrobe. Where my bases have more often tended to be a tactical solution for an immediate problem, Wardrobe Manager is my first attempt at writing an application in Airtable. As a result, it includes more robust error-checking and alerting capabilities, better supports customization and expansion, and is more thoroughly documented than my earlier efforts. (A standalone [documentation] table within the base contains five separate guides featuring, as of v. 1.01, some 80 pages of documentation.) Screenshots Supported Functionality The system provides Database of clothing items. Wardrobe Manager supports – but does not require – an extremely deta
We are setting up AirTable to help track and approve Invoices on behalf of our clients. We are looking for help to build some checks into AirTable (or via Zapier or other) to make sure the invoice fits into the clients budget and that the client has approved the invoice before we export it to Xero. We will also need to get the client’s approval of the invoice and plan to use SMS for this. We have some of the database already built and some connections working using Zapier. We’re looking for someone familiar with AirTable and api’s. Some basic programming experience is essential. Would you please get in touch and explain your experience in automating checks and workflow with Airtable and possibly Zapier. thanks Elisa
I am currently setting up a job production system to have orders from our accounting system flow into Airtable and manage our manufacturing jobs. 70% of our jobs are pretty straight forward and have the same parts for each job and Airtable is looking like an EXCELLENT tool to assist us in what we do. About 30% of our jobs are much more complicating and have kitted parts, with assemblies inside of job methods which throws off my simplistic vision for this system and I’d like to stick to the vision as close as possible. I need an Airtable consultant that I would pay for the project of helping me design for this 30% of complicated scenarios. Airtable expert and database mind required! Please message me if you have interest!
Hi AirTable Users! AirTable is a fantastic tool that can be used in so many different ways, just like any out-of-the-shelf-spreadsheet-toosl, but easy, and in even more ways, especially when you are online! So for all BI developers out there, targeting all Qlik Sense Developers - I have find a way to integrate AirTable with Qlik Sense - I¨m sure it is possible to do also with other BI tools…such as Power BI and Tableau, as long as they are web-based. Example. Inside the Qlik Sense App in a simple Widget, you can embed a AirTable Form, allowing Qlik Sense Users to give feedback into an AirTable database. Then, you can load this feedback back into the Sense application presenting the overall feedback. The complete concept without ant coding or paid licenses! Amazing! The solution can also be used for Budget-processing, or any kind of solution where a Qlik user must be able to give back Data for further processing. Link to part 1 of 3 on my blog post on how to do this. //Robert
Hi everyone, What a lovely product airtable is! I’m looking for a help with my school and inventory airtable DB. I have some logical issues that I can’t solve on my own. Few examples: how to record biweekly attendance of 300+ students for 10+ different classes better payment records then current create inventory management and… create automated inventory management (if someone takes something, that item should decrease in my stock) add complex logic based formulas to fields review overall setup, and work to improve flow & efficiency We can do this with upwork, skype or something else, whatever work well with you. Feel free to email me at: davorbudimir9@gmail.com Who is ready to take on a challenge? :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:
I’m trying to create a few tables that would allow me to keep some information hidden from a client, while still allowing them to collaborate as fully as possible. Am looking to pay someone for a few hours work to make this happen…don’t anticipate it will be too complicated but it’s just more than I can figure out. Happy to chat more about the details if you’re interested. Owen
Hi All, I wonder if you might be able to please help me, I am trying to create a formula to sum amounts based on the status of a persons deal (think sales pipeline for lines of business). I’m trying to Sum a series of If statements (I think!) As you can see from this example, there are 3 types of incomes, and each person/customer might be Open or Closed under each line of business. So what I am trying to do is Sum all income types If the status is Open (I.e. to create a Total amount for Open deals). In this example Person 1 is only income type A and Open, so the desired outcome is to produce a $1,000 result. Person 2 has income in 2 lines of business, but 1 is closed, so I want it to only sum the Open one, again $1,000. But person 3 has income from lines of business A and C, and both are Open, so I want it to have a $2,000 sum. I have tried with If, Sum and Or statements, but I just have no idea what the logic is I’m supposed to use for what may be fairly straight forward for an e
I am looking for a contractor to help with the Blockspring Script feature of Airtable. I am looking to write scripts to import data into my project, in part via API and potentially with some web scraping. If interested please email me at rkaplan@kaplan.rehab – Richard Kaplan
building out a database for our art gallery, integrating some data, and creating some reporting. Nothing overly complex in what we need - I’m just struggling to connect databases/tables into single views and reports. We’ll probably need to start with some analysis since I’m still trying to wrap my head around the amount of data I want to capture and how much needs to be integrated. Thank you Karen
Hello! I’m looking to get some support building out my Airtable to monitor capacity for my boutique PR agency. I know what I want it to do, I just need someone to help build it for me pretty quickly. I’m available to speak with someone as early as today. Taylor Ray Orsbon

Please send CV and references to: info@syndicado.com and let me know what platforms you work out of. Thanks,
Hello, I need a database for my small business, currently I use an excel file and a word document for everything from inventory to pricing to producing print documents. It needs to have a really simple UI as my business partner is not computer savvy and uses the iPhone for everything. The company is a gift basket business so you can imaging many component items going into a few main products for sale - and every product for sale gets a printed sheet with the contents. Tasks or outcomes I’m looking at. -Inventory - receiving. # of items, landed price paid, lot # expiration date etc. -Inventory Alerts - stock alerts 45 and 15 days to sell by date -Inventory tracking - parent gift basket is sold and all child / component items are reduced in the inventory. This needs confirmation and editing as items are added or subtracted to each sale. -Pricing out items for sale - using the inventory to add products together and save as an item sold. Once saved and confirmed the inventory would update
I’ve had a play with Airtable but due to my time constraints I would rather brief someone with experience of building a dashboard. I’m looking for someone who can build a dashboard for us within the next 10 days. I can create a brief but I’d also appreciate some thoughts / feedback to help us create the best dashboard for our needs / based on our workflows If you are interested, email me. I can then send you a brief with our workflows and requirements. sarah.marshall@condenastint.com
Hi there, We run a home staging company and use airtable to log and track our staging inventory. We love it BUT We need to simplify our internal workflow and are in need of the following capabilities not currently offered: We need an easy way to sync Airtable records to a web store interface - strictly for internal use only - to add a shopping cart to generate a “pick list” so our warehouse crew knows what items are being picked by the designer, for what job, and where they are being delivered to at the client location. It needs to accurately reflect stock levels at the warehouse and current location of furnishings. When a property is getting ready to uninstall, we want to be able to mark ALL items in that property now available for picking without having to go through and manually assign it to each record. Each item will be assigned a sku/barcode/ qr code (format doesn’t matter at all) that our crew will check as it gets loaded to the truck and scanned via iphone or ipad app when it
