Hello :slightly_smiling_face: I am interested in hiring a consultant to create this flow. I have two bases, Base “A” and Base “B”. In base A I have records that include documents in the attachment field. There can be more than one document in the same attachment field. I want to accomplish that when a new document is uploaded in Base A, a new record is created in Base B including the document that has been uploaded in Base A. This would result in having a new record in Base B, each time there is a new document uploaded in Base A. Looking forward to your response. Thank you, Pjero

Hi - My company is seeking to speak with an (experienced) AirTable consultant/contractor who can help us with a few (custom or templatized) functions we’d like to add to our table: We are creating a "Deal Pipeline Mgmt System" We want a simple BBS function where a Deal is posted at the top and threaded discussions can follow below… we see there are comments available on document index pages, but we were looking for a template for easy, vertical threaded discussions in the format a bit like Kanban style or Trello’s UI I want to create a Dashboard of metrics as deal “objects” flow from 1 status to the next AND summations of data from the objects, e.g. if one deal is worth $100k and another $50k, I’d like a dashboard metric that tallies these and says total deals in the pipeline are work $150k and the average deal value = $150k / 2 deals = $75k/deal We want to create input forms in the form of surveys- that capture data fields and flow them directly into the table.

I’m a part of a volunteer mutual aid group called Mutual Aid LA and we organize a free produce giveaway in a park every Thursday where we hand out produce to the community and also stock several LA Community Fridges (Login • Instagram). We need someone to help us build a base and sign-up form to sign-up to deliver to specific fridges each week. We need a case management system for filing and processing eviction lawsuits. Need a customer portal for new and current clients, form or link for intake questions, ability for customer to submit the info, and upload documents, ability for staff to use a form attached to the table record to put in more info, ability to communicate status with client in portal, send status emails to client, mailmerging of info by staff to create basic court documents, bills. Current legal case management systems have way more than we want or need and operate using “matters” rather than a database. We like to bulk prepare/merge documents on certain dates for multiple eviction cases. Currently all is done using a legacy database with manual staff inputting of data we receive from a Jotform type submission on our site where clients must put in contact info each time. We have no connection from our Jotform type webform to our database and no portal for new clients to register or current ones to log in.

Here’s what I want to do. Export our entire CRM database (a subset of the data) to Airtable In Airtable, I want to monitor the DB for specific birthdays (e.g. 30th, 55th) When a DB member is within 30 days of one of those (or other) specified birthdays, using Zapier, I want to create an activity in our CRM. (I already have built and tested a Zap that will do this, but it may need some fine tuning.)

I’m looking for someone to take over a small project which is a mix of airtable and stacker hq. The previous person I was working with did a great job, but had a death in the family and needed to step away. The airtable project is a small setup that helps us track email correspondence with a list of contacts. It’s similar to a CRM, but this is a majorly pared down version. Emails are received in my inbox, it’s automatically forwarded to another email address only used for airtable, we have a custom script already done that takes that email, checks it against the contact database and if it matches it logs it. I have all the documentation from our work and all the heavy lifting has been completed, we were just making minor tweaks to airtable and zapier, then integrating fully into Stacker HQ which is about 50% done. Once that is completed, I have several other project queued up that this work would lead to as soon as we complete this phase.

Hi there. We are trying to replace an old unix-based system with Airtable, and looking for someone to help us get started. While we probably have the technical skills to make it happen, to us it doesn’t make much sense to set things up, perhaps improperly, from the beginning.
