Looking for a custom builder

We are looking for a customized Airtable template/design to organize and streamline our client data. In addition to the usual contact info, we are keeping track of specific interactions, requests, needs, and observations. We would like to run any number of reports based on the data entered. Hiring Consultant: Airtable + StackerHQ

I’m looking for someone to take over a small project which is a mix of airtable and stacker hq. The previous person I was working with did a great job, but had a death in the family and needed to step away. The airtable project is a small setup that helps us track email correspondence with a list of contacts. It’s similar to a CRM, but this is a majorly pared down version. Emails are received in my inbox, it’s automatically forwarded to another email address only used for airtable, we have a custom script already done that takes that email, checks it against the contact database and if it matches it logs it. I have all the documentation from our work and all the heavy lifting has been completed, we were just making minor tweaks to airtable and zapier, then integrating fully into Stacker HQ which is about 50% done. Once that is completed, I have several other project queued up that this work would lead to as soon as we complete this phase.

Consultant to build out sales system with invoicing

Hi there. We are trying to replace an old unix-based system with Airtable, and looking for someone to help us get started. While we probably have the technical skills to make it happen, to us it doesn’t make much sense to set things up, perhaps improperly, from the beginning. So, looking for someone to help us get our product and customer data imported properly, and develop a sales process including invoicing, and then eventually work with the same person to develop stuff down the road in regards to integrations, work orders for our shop, etc. Email works fine, but eventually want to have a phone conversation. Looking for a consultant to help with scheduling appointments

I have a team offering appointments for customers to book using an Airtable form and Softr to display the available appointments. Members of the team offer appointments at the same time, meaning that at the moment, Monday at 1pm for example, is listed 3 times on the website. I’d like for one Monday at 1pm record to be listed, displaying the next one only when the first gets booked. The website pulls from a table of available appointments which filters out anything that occurs in the past and anything that gets booked. It would be great to here from anyone who thinks they may be able to come up with a solution to this!

Custom code to embed a field from a form submission to another application form?

Hello, I’m trying to configure airtable to help with a freelancer identification tool. I’d like someone to submit a need for a freelancer in one form and specify the role they are searching for and job description. I’d then like that role name and job description to appear in a drop down list in a DIFFERENT form where freelancers can apply for the specific role. I’d then be able to match the records easily on the backend (match demand with supply) without doing it manually. The problem is that it’s near impossible to link a record from a submitted form of an applicant to a new project that was submitted by a client. The issue is that we can’t automatically tag one to the other. So to reiterate Is there anyway to link a client form submission to an “open role” field in the applicant form?

Hello there, We are looking to build a custom app, and we need help, a developer who could do that for us? We collect medical responses from patients online. They simply answer questions and upload images. We store everything in Airtable. It has many columns 100+, some are empty because Airtable shows all columns, but clients get only specific ones, based on their problem. So there are both empty and non-empty columns. We simply need a nice preview of data in iframe. To see only fields with values (Empty fields would not be displayed in iframe preview) V1 We want to click on a record and see a full preview of that record in the iframe on the right (or this can be a button in a column or simply a click on a record, e.g. like URL preview app) It must show values for one record only (the selected record, you could scroll vertically to view all the data of that record) Display field names as new line, with a bold fond (Showing only columns and fields which are non-empty) Display fields va

Looking to hire someone to set up my Airtable for my nonprofit organization

Hello, I’m looking for someone to help set up our nonprofit’s Airtable. We are a nonprofit serving a local homeless population of about 40-60 people. We provide resources and employment for these clients who are experiencing homelessness. Consultant need to Build out partnerships prioritization dashboard

Hello,I am looking to hire an expert that can help my commercial real estate firm. Below are the notes and scope: I would like to have tables for deal flow of property information, where specific data sets about properties are collected. When the specified data sets are met, they trigger a new record, “transaction/deal” within another table. I would like to have a global view of all transactions and data sets via a dashboard if possible. This would include deals, progress, address, picture of the property via google (if possible). Hi, I am looking to hire someone who could help me build a few tables for my venture capital firm. I’d also like the person to explain the tables they built, how they built them, etc… so I can have a better understanding of building more advanced tables in Airtable. Here’s what I’m looking to have built: I’d like to have a table that is basically a fully detailed overview of our venture portfolio.
