We have started renting equipment to other contractors during peak / spike events (like hurricanes and other natural disasters). We are looking for someone to develop the following overall process:We want the ability to "scan" equipment FROM our inventory TO a job (rental customer) right out of our Master Inventory of all of our equipment.We want those serial numbers / items to be automatically brought into the agreement we have the cutomers sign - more or less capturing (by product / type / serial #) the items they are renting.That is just the high level of what we are looking for. We are a small book publisher looking for an Airtable expert that we can form an ongoing, long term support/ advice relationship with. We use Airtable to manage our database of staff as well as to track projects and more. We've recently upgraded to Pro and are looking to maximise how we use Airtable and discover what else it could offer to improve our systems and make life easier for all aspects of our business. Hi, I’m trying to develop a simple envelope budgeting system for my family. You can read more about the envelope system here, it’s very straight forward: http://www.moneycrashers.com/envelope-budgeting-system/ I created the following table: https://airtable.com/shrwr8HnsXRGdxbgM It works wonderfully for me and my wife but the month is about to end (1oth of march) and in this specific system you need to add to the envelop a new monthly budget in addition to what’s left from last month and I can’t find a way to performing that, Maybe I need to create another month table, I don’t know. Hi, I have an ecommerce business and I’m looking to organize things using Airtable. Below is the brief of my requirements: Sales Channels: WooCommerce, Etsy, Amazon (Walmart, Ebay and more in the future) Orders comes through one of the sales channels. All important data should be populated in the table Packing list/slip is generated for the factory so for instance if the order is 1 kit, then the packing slip will contain all components needed for the factory. (Checklist format so components can be ticked off) Ability for factory/user to upload pictures for each order showing what all is packed. (Pictures can be saved elsewhere if storage is an issue. Only the last 60 days’ ordered pictures would be needed.After 60 days then can be archived if storage is an issue) Factory user will upload tracking to the table. Hi all, looking for someone to assist (consult) with a webhook from Airtable entry to Stripe payment. Each row of my base is a bookable course with varying price and date. Hi,I'm looking for a Airtable developer (a pro in writing custom script) for a great project. For the first fase we need a solid base that works. Price and time frame can be discussed. After the first fase there is more to come. So basically we are really looking for someone we can work together with long term.The base of the project:From several websites we have leads coming in to Airtable through forms with a Zapier link. The leads (home service requests from specific postal codes) can have one of three categories and need to be distributed to max. 6 contractor (contracters are grouped) from within the postal code region.So I guess the scripting comes in here.. Contracters have to be available, have daily credits, match category type and postal code. If a group only has 3 contractors then a script has to search for another group linked to the specific postal code and repeat this to fill the pool so a total of 6 contractors is assigned to the lead. Hi there, I’m looking for help with the following problem: I have a database of People and a multi-select data field called Groups that people belong to. There are 3 groups that people can belong to, and we expect to add more over time. When I import new data via the Import CSV block, I’d like to merge data around emails (to prevent duplicate instances) and append new data in the Groups column. Here’s an example: If a person in my database belongs to Group A and Group B, and when I import the list that says the person belongs to Group A and Group C, then I’d like the field to say that the person belongs to Group A, Group B, and Group C (creating Group C, if it doesn’t already exist in the multi-select menu). However, currently the Import CSV option overwrites this data. Any thoughts on folks who could help write the script to do this? Hello, I’d appreciate any guidance or offers on the following! Pro users currently have a couple of ways to restrict access to a view (email domain & password). What I would like to do is effectlively create a third option of “Restrict access to a list of email addresses in table X”. In this scanerio: the anonymous visitor hits the shared url and must enter their email address. System responds with a “Thanks, check your email for a magic link.” System checks table X for the presence of user’s email address in table X. If it is there, generate a magic url and note the time of generation, then send email containing the magic url. When visited, the magic url allows access to View. Magic url is accessed more than 10 minutes after generation, show user a “This magic link is expired. Try again?” message. Note: the email addresses would not be for Airtable user accounts. This would likely wrap around the “restrict access with a password” option(?) For my part, this would be lovel

I have a financial reporting and budgeting projections base that I want to build out and make more robust and do some fancy things withI have a crew hours base that I want to use to funnel information into existing excel template to crew invoices and send to payroll.These bases are for TV production, however not funded by a TV studio - they are my personal bases I use to automate many of the daily tasks I need to do as a production coordinator. We sell internet data plans, customers often need technical support. We need a way to handle support tickets, preferably within Airtable so we can see all of the relevant details for each customers. Ideally, customers would start with a form on the site that they use, that will find them and add a ticket to Airtable. We would like to be able to see all relevant customer detail. We want to be able to tag the ticket with issues, make comments, we want to be able to mark as closed and so on, any takers or suggestions on how to accomplish this?
