Hello! I’m a part of a volunteer mutual aid group called Mutual Aid LA and we organize a free produce giveaway in a park every Thursday where we hand out produce to the community and also stock several LA Community Fridges (Login • Instagram). We need someone to help us build a base and sign-up form to sign-up to deliver to specific fridges each week. I’ve spent hours trying to do this myself but really just need someone proficient in airtable and automations to help me out by building it or even just giving me some pointers. We need a case management system for filing and processing eviction lawsuits. Need a customer portal for new and current clients, form or link for intake questions, ability for customer to submit the info, and upload documents, ability for staff to use a form attached to the table record to put in more info, ability to communicate status with client in portal, send status emails to client, mailmerging of info by staff to create basic court documents, bills. Current legal case management systems have way more than we want or need and operate using “matters” rather than a database. We like to bulk prepare/merge documents on certain dates for multiple eviction cases. Currently all is done using a legacy database with manual staff inputting of data we receive from a Jotform type submission on our site where clients must put in contact info each time. We have no connection from our Jotform type webform to our database and no portal for new clients to register or current ones to log in.

Here’s what I want to do. Export our entire CRM database (a subset of the data) to Airtable In Airtable, I want to monitor the DB for specific birthdays (e.g. 30th, 55th) When a DB member is within 30 days of one of those (or other) specified birthdays, using Zapier, I want to create an activity in our CRM. (I already have built and tested a Zap that will do this, but it may need some fine tuning.)

I’m looking for someone to take over a small project which is a mix of airtable and stacker hq. The previous person I was working with did a great job, but had a death in the family and needed to step away. The airtable project is a small setup that helps us track email correspondence with a list of contacts. It’s similar to a CRM, but this is a majorly pared down version. Emails are received in my inbox, it’s automatically forwarded to another email address only used for airtable, we have a custom script already done that takes that email, checks it against the contact database and if it matches it logs it. I have all the documentation from our work and all the heavy lifting has been completed, we were just making minor tweaks to airtable and zapier, then integrating fully into Stacker HQ which is about 50% done. Once that is completed, I have several other project queued up that this work would lead to as soon as we complete this phase.

Hi there. We are trying to replace an old unix-based system with Airtable, and looking for someone to help us get started. While we probably have the technical skills to make it happen, to us it doesn’t make much sense to set things up, perhaps improperly, from the beginning. Looking to hire Airtable expert to guide me in designing my first bases.

I have a team offering appointments for customers to book using an Airtable form and Softr to display the available appointments. Members of the team offer appointments at the same time, meaning that at the moment, Monday at 1pm for example, is listed 3 times on the website. I’d like for one Monday at 1pm record to be listed, displaying the next one only when the first gets booked. The website pulls from a table of available appointments which filters out anything that occurs in the past and anything that gets booked. It would be great to here from anyone who thinks they may be able to come up with a solution to this!

Hello, I’m trying to configure airtable to help with a freelancer identification tool. I’d like someone to submit a need for a freelancer in one form and specify the role they are searching for and job description. I’d then like that role name and job description to appear in a drop down list in a DIFFERENT form where freelancers can apply for the specific role. I’d then be able to match the records easily on the backend (match demand with supply) without doing it manually. The problem is that it’s near impossible to link a record from a submitted form of an applicant to a new project that was submitted by a client. The issue is that we can’t automatically tag one to the other. So to reiterate Is there anyway to link a client form submission to an “open role” field in the applicant form?

Hello there, We are looking to build a custom app, and we need help, a developer who could do that for us? We collect medical responses from patients online. They simply answer questions and upload images. We store everything in Airtable. It has many columns 100+, some are empty because Airtable shows all columns, but clients get only specific ones, based on their problem. So there are both empty and non-empty columns. We simply need a nice preview of data in iframe. To see only fields with values (Empty fields would not be displayed in iframe preview) V1 We want to click on a record and see a full preview of that record in the iframe on the right (or this can be a button in a column or simply a click on a record, e.g. like URL preview app) It must show values for one record only (the selected record, you could scroll vertically to view all the data of that record) Display field names as new line, with a bold fond (Showing only columns and fields which are non-empty) Display fields va
