Hi, We’ve been using AT for a couple years and would like to see the total amount paid to vendors per job. Currently, we have the following tables within a Base: Orders (1 record per job) Clients Vendors On the Orders table, each job includes the following fields: DOS Client Name Vendor(s) [multiple select field] (each job can have 1 to many vendors depending on scope) Client Invoice # (manually entered) Vendor Invoice amount Paid (manually entered and separated by / if more than one vendor hired) I would like to have a field that adds up the total vendor payments per record/job. This can be done by entering Vendor Invoice info into a separate table (Vendor Payments) or some other way that is simple/effective. My goal is for our AR person view our Invoice No. and all vendors associated with that Invoice No. in separate records in order to enter their invoice amount per record/Job. Thanks in advance Jul

Hello :slightly_smiling_face: I am interested in hiring a consultant to create this flow. I have two bases, Base “A” and Base “B”. In base A I have records that include documents in the attachment field. There can be more than one document in the same attachment field. I want to accomplish that when a new document is uploaded in Base A, a new record is created in Base B including the document that has been uploaded in Base A. This would result in having a new record in Base B, each time there is a new document uploaded in Base A. Looking forward to your response. Thank you, Pjero

Hello! I’m a part of a volunteer mutual aid group called Mutual Aid LA and we organize a free produce giveaway in a park every Thursday where we hand out produce to the community and also stock several LA Community Fridges (Login • Instagram). We need someone to help us build a base and sign-up form to sign-up to deliver to specific fridges each week. Export our entire CRM database (a subset of the data) to Airtable In Airtable, I want to monitor the DB for specific birthdays (e.g. 30th, 55th) When a DB member is within 30 days of one of those (or other) specified birthdays, using Zapier, I want to create an activity in our CRM. I’m looking for someone to take over a small project which is a mix of airtable and stacker hq. The previous person I was working with did a great job, but had a death in the family and needed to step away. The airtable project is a small setup that helps us track email correspondence with a list of contacts. It’s similar to a CRM, but this is a majorly pared down version. Emails are received in my inbox, it’s automatically forwarded to another email address only used for airtable, we have a custom script already done that takes that email, checks it against the contact database and if it matches it logs it. I have all the documentation from our work and all the heavy lifting has been completed, we were just making minor tweaks to airtable and zapier, then integrating fully into Stacker HQ which is about 50% done. Once that is completed, I have several other project queued up that this work would lead to as soon as we complete this phase.
