I’m looking for someone to take over a small project which is a mix of airtable and stacker hq. The previous person I was working with did a great job, but had a death in the family and needed to step away. The airtable project is a small setup that helps us track email correspondence with a list of contacts. It’s similar to a CRM, but this is a majorly pared down version. Emails are received in my inbox, it’s automatically forwarded to another email address only used for airtable, we have a custom script already done that takes that email, checks it against the contact database and if it matches it logs it. I have all the documentation from our work and all the heavy lifting has been completed, we were just making minor tweaks to airtable and zapier, then integrating fully into Stacker HQ which is about 50% done. Once that is completed, I have several other project queued up that this work would lead to as soon as we complete this phase.

Hi there. We are trying to replace an old unix-based system with Airtable, and looking for someone to help us get started. While we probably have the technical skills to make it happen, to us it doesn’t make much sense to set things up, perhaps improperly, from the beginning. So, looking for someone to help us get our product and customer data imported properly, and develop a sales process including invoicing, and then eventually work with the same person to develop stuff down the road in regards to integrations, work orders for our shop, etc. Email works fine, but eventually want to have a phone conversation. Looking to hire Airtable expert to guide me in designing my first bases.

I have a team offering appointments for customers to book using an Airtable form and Softr to display the available appointments. Members of the team offer appointments at the same time, meaning that at the moment, Monday at 1pm for example, is listed 3 times on the website. I’d like for one Monday at 1pm record to be listed, displaying the next one only when the first gets booked. The website pulls from a table of available appointments which filters out anything that occurs in the past and anything that gets booked. It would be great to here from anyone who thinks they may be able to come up with a solution to this!

Hello, I’m trying to configure airtable to help with a freelancer identification tool. I’d like someone to submit a need for a freelancer in one form and specify the role they are searching for and job description. I’d then like that role name and job description to appear in a drop down list in a DIFFERENT form where freelancers can apply for the specific role. I’d then be able to match the records easily on the backend (match demand with supply) without doing it manually. The problem is that it’s near impossible to link a record from a submitted form of an applicant to a new project that was submitted by a client. The issue is that we can’t automatically tag one to the other. So to reiterate Is there anyway to link a client form submission to an “open role” field in the applicant form?

It has many columns 100+, some are empty because Airtable shows all columns, but clients get only specific ones, based on their problem. So there are both empty and non-empty columns. We simply need a nice preview of data in iframe. To see only fields with values (Empty fields would not be displayed in iframe preview) V1 We want to click on a record and see a full preview of that record in the iframe on the right (or this can be a button in a column or simply a click on a record, e.g. like URL preview app) It must show values for one record only (the selected record, you could scroll vertically to view all the data of that record) Display field names as new line, with a bold fond (Showing o

Hello, I’m looking for someone to help set up our nonprofit’s Airtable. We are a nonprofit serving a local homeless population of about 40-60 people. We provide resources and employment for these clients who are experiencing homelessness. Looking for a consultant to build out : Dashboard that presents strategic Partnerships with columns such as : Priority, Customer Count, Investment amount, estimated revenue, order count. Need to add Stages: Prospecting, Discovery, Negotiation, Agreement Signed, Onboarding Partner, Closed Won, Nurturing, Closed Lost. For Each partner, I need list sub partners under the parent partner. Below are the notes and scope: I would like to have tables for deal flow of property information, where specific data sets about properties are collected. When the specified data sets are met, they trigger a new record, “transaction/deal” within another table. Hi, I am looking to hire someone who could help me build a few tables for my venture capital firm. I’d also like the person to explain the tables they built, how they built them, etc… so I can have a better understanding of building more advanced tables in Airtable. Here’s what I’m looking to have built: I’d like to have a table that is basically a fully detailed overview of our venture portfolio. This would include, all deals we have invested in, their values, investment amount, estimated fair value, current raised value, logo, contact, blurb about what they do, website, investment date, sector, sub sector etc… Our second table would be a “public” facing table that would have some of the info form table one, but the details would be more limited and anything private wouldn’t go here. this table would be sent out to investors in our updates, or allows investors to check on the portfolio whenever they wanted to see new additions.

Interfaith Partners for the Chesapeake, a 501c3 based in Maryland, has an open Request for Proposals (RFP) to create an Airtable base that will help us delineate individual employee goals/work plans, how those work plans tie into our organizational strategic plan, and enable us to us track progress on implementation of the work plans.
