Hi there. I am looking to hire someone who can help me with my project. Ideally I want someone that will sit with me and talk me through the processes so I can learn at the same time. I already have some automations working with me Webflow site using zapier so i’m not a complete novice, I’m just quite time poor at the moment and need to get this project live quickly. The main objective is to get data moving to and from Webflow and automate an much as I can using airtable. I have been building out a database in Airtable to track the 199 countries of the world in regards to these kind of data points: strength of passport (visa free countries you can visit, whether you can go visa free to USA, Schengen countries and other top destinations, etc) plus a good number of other metrics. In each country record, I have started entering how each passport is treated in every other country. I’d like to scrape this data from wikipedia entries such as this: *Visa requirements for Slovak citizens - Wikipedia) and have it merged into my airtable. The end result is being able to pick any country and see the options for travel in some kind of simplified table or map. The other data consideration is how visa waivers work i.e. you get X number of days to start and can extend for another Y days for a total of Z days per year. We are a social impact driven consortium of international development consultants, and we are looking for the help of an advanced Airtable user, ideally one who is an independent consultant or aligned to our mission. As a consortium we are operated by members for members. We have an established base that we use for about 50% of what we want to use it for, starting with membership management, through sales/opportunity pipeline tracking, project management and sub-contract management. To facilitate peer updating we currently utilise Stacker to enable members to see and edit some of our Airtable data. Hi, We’ve been using AT for a couple years and would like to see the total amount paid to vendors per job. Currently, we have the following tables within a Base: Orders (1 record per job) Clients Vendors On the Orders table, each job includes the following fields: DOS Client Name Vendor(s) [multiple select field] (each job can have 1 to many vendors depending on scope) Client Invoice # (manually entered) Vendor Invoice amount Paid (manually entered and separated by / if more than one vendor hired) I would like to have a field that adds up the total vendor payments per record/job. This can be done by entering Vendor Invoice info into a separate table (Vendor Payments) or some other way that is simple/effective. My goal is for our AR person view our Invoice No. and all vendors associated with that Invoice No. in separate records in order to enter their invoice amount per record/Job. Thanks in advance Juliet

Hello :slightly_smiling_face: I am interested in hiring a consultant to create this flow. I have two bases, Base “A” and Base “B”. In base A I have records that include documents in the attachment field. There can be more than one document in the same attachment field. I want to accomplish that when a new document is uploaded in Base A, a new record is created in Base B including the document that has been uploaded in Base A. Hi - My company is seeking to speak with an (experienced) AirTable consultant/contractor who can help us with a few (custom or templatized) functions we’d like to add to our table: We are creating a "Deal Pipeline Mgmt System" We want a simple BBS function where a Deal is posted at the top and threaded discussions can follow below… we see there are comments available on document index pages, but we were looking for a template for easy, vertical threaded discussions in the format a bit like Kanban style or Trello’s UI I want to create a Dashboard of metrics as deal “objects” flow from 1 status to the next AND summations of data from the objects, e.g. if one deal is worth $100k and another $50k, I’d like a dashboard metric that tallies these and says total deals in the pipeline are work $150k and the average deal value = $150k / 2 deals = $75k/deal We want to create input forms in the form of surveys- that capture data fields and flow them directly into the table.

I’m a part of a volunteer mutual aid group called Mutual Aid LA and we organize a free produce giveaway in a park every Thursday where we hand out produce to the community and also stock several LA Community Fridges (Login • Instagram). We need someone to help us build a base and sign-up form to sign-up to deliver to specific fridges each week. Here’s what I want to do. Export our entire CRM database (a subset of the data) to Airtable In Airtable, I want to monitor the DB for specific birthdays (e.g. 30th, 55th) When a DB member is within 30 days of one of those (or other) specified birthdays, using Zapier, I want to create an activity in our CRM. (I already have built and tested a Zap that will do this, but it may need some fine tuning.)
