I have an Airtable base, I have a website. How can I hook them together so that website visitors can search the databases?

I have a pretty simple database I use to make repair tickets. I receive the repair request via a form submission on our site and import it via Zapier. When I send each record field to the different shops to handle the repair, it takes about 4 pages of paper to print out. I essentially need to be able to reduce the amount of spacing between listed fields so it we can reduce the number of pages each shop has to print out. Anybody got experience with this? Hey all, So I am new here and totally new to word of airtable and databases, my knowledge ends at 10th grade excel. We are a bakery in Berlin, Germany trying to readjust to life after Corona. I came across Airtable but am too busy trying to run a bakery rather than trying to learn a whole new software. We are trying to get a database together, in which we can easily input new ingredients/suppliers/costings/recipes and link to our sales to manage our overhead better. Here is a list of things I am after. Ingredients and recipe costings (we reuse ingredients in our kitchen, bakery, retail space and online retail space, focus on zero waste) Easy recipe and costing generation forms intergration with pos (we use orderbird, cybake and shopify currently) production planning shift planning financial reporting. I either need to add a new field and link it appropriately or set it up as a new table and link it accordingly. Super quick turnaround preferred.

We are an alternative energy finance company in Dallas, TX that is reviewing Airtable to handle our (simple for now) database needs. In the short run I expect 1 base with 4-6 tables that focus on definable assets (with lat/lon coordinates), their links to a geographic area (counties or sections thereof), their owners, and then any contacts/CRM type stuff. I have built a prototype/sample myself, but am having trouble automating the links (writing the script defeated me for now). Could use immediate help for deciding, and this could turn into an ongoing gig. Local helpful (Dallas) but not required.

Basically I want to use airtable to integrate the 2 worksheets of data (education business, data comprises student registration, payment, exam result and funding administration). Want to create a single data source for everyone in my company, and use airtable to display and data in a meaningful and productive way instead of relying on column view.

I’m not sure if what I’m trying to do is even possible with Airtable. But it needs to be as user friendly as possible because it will be used by employees of my company. I’m a service based company and I’ve been using Airtable to track work for various customers. Requirment 1 - Workorder To be able to fill out a form with relatively simple user experience. Ability to enter a lot of data into the form with a minimal interface (ability to hide fields until they are required would be ideal). Also data in the form must link to other tables and grab data from those tables. Also the form must be able to collect signatures. All on mobile. I tried out Fulcrum on a recommendation and it has everything I need for the form side, but not the data management or report side. So if you’re familiar with Fulcrum you may know what i have in mind. Currently all data is entered directly into the table and is a clunky experience at best. I have a a database in two formats, a complete one and one for public viewing with some private information hidden. I have three forms related to the databases that also need to be embedded on a website. Need some help, or direction to a tutorial that will give me some info on how to accomplish this.

I currently have all of the components on separate basic programs that I would like to integrate on AirTable, I understand somewhat but know that this platform is quite powerful if used correctly and need someone expert in all of the nuances in order to set up form the beginning in the correct way to maximize usage. Looking for someone to help us build out a workspace for my race event. Basically this is how it breaks down: 1,500 Racers …making up 450 Teams… …across 80 different classes… …over two days of racing… …with 6 total races… …on 3 different race courses… There are many different components to the event like merchandising, ticketing, vendors/exhibitors, staffing, etc… We are looking to organize things under one roof and utilize AirTable to its full potential, just need some help getting things set up.

EdTech Start-up. While we can spend the time building everything ourself… We are looking for someone to create it quicker and more efficiently than we could - saving time and money down the line. We are also running into problems with users (we will have many ICs that need to view a workflow table AND only collaborate on it IF they choose- without admin permission or approval). We would prefer not paying individual user fees connected with Airtable for everyone who’s sitting around - maybe deciding to collaborate… so need to find a workaround. I have successfully migrated one key piece of my operation from spreadsheets into AirTable, and need to solve a couple of additional issues before this AirTable-based approach achieves “minimum viable function” status.
