Help with Airtable, Gannt, Dbas, Project management & pricing

I have set up two separate databases in Airtable. Oe is a Grant Tracker and the other is a Fundraising database. I have done most of the necessary work. What I need now is to set up reminders in Airtable (I need to know HOW to do it as well) and a few calculated fields (simple ones). Just inherited a photo business and with all the craziness and my day job, haven’t got much time to build a much needed system out, so looking for someone that can help with the following project System contains interconnected tables for: photos inventory of different sizes stores where they are sold (with different terms / some multi-location companies) inventory in each store contact list for store owners / workers & individuals orders from each store orders from individuals print queue to produce photos It’s relative ‘simple’ but time I don’t have… Essentially the business prints photos that are sold in local stores, also (very limited number of photos are) ordered through a website. Need to track each store’s inventory as the photos are (mostly) sold on consignment (though some are bought outright), so that my wife can easily go to each store, understand what’s been sold so what’s owed, and we can understand popularity of each

I believe that I have a somewhat unique use case scenario. I have successfully migrated one key piece of my operation from spreadsheets into AirTable, and need to solve a couple of additional issues before this AirTable-based approach achieves “minimum viable function” status. I think that these missing pieces are feasible, but I lack the expertise to structure a clean solution. In 15-minutes (or less), on a ZOOM session, I can narrate a quick tour of my AirTable base, and outline the functions that I need help building. For anyone more knowledgable than myself with Airtable I would hope this is considered a quick project. I’m on a time crunch so while I absolutely would love to learn Airtable I’d like to get this done within a matter of hours. I have a grading rubric of 20 students. There are 20 rubric elements each that can be scored 1-5 totaling 100 points. I would like to put the students in a drop down menu so that when selected the scores of that particular student display under neath the drop down menu and also add the scores up. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, I’m trying to generate an automated email that lists all due dates in a content calendar that are today or overdue. I’m using Integromat because it has a time feature you can trigger at certain time intervals. Zapier seems to only trigger when there is change to a table. I’ve been able to pull bundles out of airtable using the Airtable module. I’ve been able to pass those through a filter, to select those bundles with today’s due date that haven’t been marked submitted. I’ve been able to use the Table Agregator module to recombine the bundles into a single table. However, I’m struggling with having the gmail function spit out that Table in a way that makes sense. Does anyone have a template for doing something similar to this that they can share? If not, are there any good tutorials about getting data from a Table and then expressing it in meaningful form in an email? If no one has any answers, are there a

Hi. We are an insurance agency (located in Chicago) with a pricing tool built in Airtable - we want to provide third-parties with a REST API to call the Airtable API and return the correct price. However, we need the response data to omit certain fields. AWS’s API gateway offers this as a feature and it all seems very possible based on my tinkering. We are open to other solutions - we use Google firebase for our current web services. The API would need to be able to pass through Airtable’s API token along with 6 data fields. Airtable would provide all of the data required for the response. We are looking for a developer to contract for this project, but any ideas or advice are also appreciated.
