Hello! I’m looking for someone to help me set up some things in Airtable. I work for the science department in a public school district. Here are some things that I’d like to be able to do: • Products – see all grades where a product is used • Enter prices for products at all vendors, find a unit price, and be able to easily do a price comparison to find the most inexpensive vendor • Get teachers a list of everything that they’ll need at each grade level (main kit) – we’ll be doing an elementary cleanout and I want to be able to say DON’T get rid of these things • Give teachers a refill list for them to do inventory – how much do you have already of these things? Ideally, I’d love to have this be a form in Airtable to collect the data • Be able to pull the information from each teacher’s form to see total numbers needed to order; also, separate by cheapest vendor and end up with a list for each vendor and what I need to order. The plug in should be set up to be able to look for a specified email in a specified table, and do a range of action from there (for example: if email is present in the contact table, display “full name” column) etc. Also should be able to update a found record from the plugin. Hello, My name is Ben Bills. I am a public educator for 9-1-1. I educate the community about the appropriate use of 9-1-1. Most of my work is conducted in elementary schools. What I am looking to do is create an airtable that allows me to track what schools we have visited, what program was taught, and create a dashboard that shows our reach rate. It would be even better if it could generate reminder emails to schools prior to our visit and automatically send a survey after our visit. Hello, I need help building a tool that does several things. I have an interior design business and I want to be able to input projected hours for each employee, by project. I want to be able to then see their bandwidth several months out. Secondly, I want to input these hourly projections by project, and create gaant charts by project, so I can track progress of each project, but hopefully all together in one place. Ideally, there is a place I can input project information, including which employees are on what project and about how many hours we think will be needed by project phase. Then I would love to be able to see this information in different views- calendar, by employee, and by project. The goal being that I can better plan for staffing needs, see when we will be busier and less busy, so that we can take on more or less work as we see fit.

We are currently testing whether Airtable is a viable option for our business and have one issue that stops us moving forward with it. We are looking to find out how much it would cost to be able to have custom visibility in a table. When looking on the app on a phone we would require certain entries to hide columns depending on the input. The current hiding option doesn’t work as some entries within the same table may need that column visible. To confirm we are not currently using airtable, more looking at whether the development needed to make it work would be possible for our budget.

I need help. More time is spent on data entry, back-logging, and verifying work than my actual responsibilities. I’ve spent the last 3 months building a portal, through another company only to find out, it’s not as custom as promised and the project management is just a fancy to do list. $4,000 later and I’m back to square one. I’ve spent the last 2 days working different angles thru Jotform, Stacker and Google Docs and I’m finally at my wit’s end. After spending all this money on a disappointing portal it’ll be hard to justify more money out, but if someone is able to help at a decent price I’m willing.
