Hello! The The Chicago Architecture Center (CAC) is looking for an Airtable specialist to assist with the creation of an Airtable-based application to collect and manage data pertaining to Open House Chicago (OHC). This application will store information about past, present, and prospective OHC sites, along with related contacts and attendance statistics. It will facilitate the electronic collection of submissions and updates from participating sites, and the review, finalizing and export of this content by CAC staff. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Airtable to work closely with the small internal team that is leading this project. The team is very familiar with existing OHC data and operations and includes an experienced web developer. The team has a clear vision of the desired product and ability to do much of the work, but has no experience with Airtable. See more about the job and apply:

I manage a growing Nursing Agency based in Sydney. We recruit temp nurses on our books and supply to our client on as need basis. Every client have their own requirements and procedures to get a nurse approved to work with them (Onboarding Process). We have a fantastic client allocation software but we struggle with Onboarding and clearance of nurses with Hospital Clients. Current Setup: Recruiter interviews and scans their docs on onedrive. Also there is a compliance checklist in pdf (8 pages) - the recruiter will fill out 1st page on this checklist. Docs scanned in ondrive then taken over by compliance team. Compliance team continues to complete the checklist in pdf. Then compliance team adds nurses on to a different tracking excel sheet (the excel is basically a workflow - step by step process) to get the nurses cleared at different clients. For example, nurses hired for Hospital A and Hospital B are added to 2 excel sheets).

We are looking to hire an Airtable expert to create a solution for integrating our data and processes into one place. We are a Fine Art Gallery using an inventory management software, CRM Software and various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. We would like to determine if Airtable is the right database to import all of our data and images and documents to function as our inventory management and crm functions, including consignments, sales, quotations, price sheets, digital catalogues, contact management and segmentation.

Trying to get airtable set up to meet my needs for a variety of case types. I see that there is a lot of potential here and I have been able to get a lot sorted out with the legal templates airtable provides, however there are still some things that I am just not quite savvy enough to put together. Mainly I am struggling on how to set up my time keeping/billing components in such a way that will generate invoices that I can submit to my clients or to the courts for court appointed work. This will probably not be a big job for someone who is more database geared than I.

You must be familiar with investment and finance concepts and formulas and have experience with data and programming. I have the basic personal finance sheets done, but would like to do more to include: Investments projection Stock values (possibly with Zapier and Google Sheets?) We have a shopify store with pricing tiers and currently use Stitch Labs to integrate with our store and manage our inventory. However, there are several issues with Stitch labs and we are looking for a new inventory management system / ERP. We already use Airtable to track our PO’s and delivery dates, quality control / receipts and mailing list but would love to have someone integrate these with both our shopify store and our Quickbooks account so we can issue PO’s from there instead of using an ERP.
