I am the owner of a creative agency and we are looking to consolidate and streamline our current business management system. Currently, we are using multiple Google Spreadsheets, along with Harvest and Trello (and QBO, but we don’t need to mess with that). Our system works, but it is cumbersome and I know we could be more efficient with how it all works together. I have done a lot of research into Airtable and think it will be a great solution for pulling everything together into a more efficient system for myself and team to use, along with running Zapier (?) to automate how everything works. I have decent skills when it comes to spreadsheets and systems, but don’t have the time to dedicate to creating this new infrastructure. Having said that, I think I have a pretty strong idea on what needs to happen. I am looking for an Airtable Expert to translate a spreadsheet with calculations and formulas to Airtable. The spreadsheet includes many columns with various variables from each product and several calculations are made based on points & value. Experience with web development would be nice, but not required. Extensive experience in the setup of Airtable databases with complex formulas is a must.

Hi, I’m trying to set up Airtable to help manage and organize my laboratory. We are a molecular parasitology research lab. Some of the tasks I’d like to use Airtable for are managing our supplies inventory, orders for new materials, chemical lists, freezer maps, bio-safety compliance documents, etc. Maybe lab results as well, though anything with PHI must be kept on our university’s cloud app. I could really use some help setting this up. I’m currently on the free trial, but I’d like to set up a functioning system before bringing it to the head of my lab for approval (if he approves we will move to one of the paid plans). Is there someone who could help me with set-up? Or, if anybody has any tips/templates for use in managing a lab, I would really appreciate it. Thanks! There are 2 parts to this job: Part 1 - Building the Frame Work Part 2 - Migrating the Data Part 1: It will include building the frame work for: • Calendar System - currently all housed on a google calendar • Ad Unit Inventory - Table of all of our ad units • Client Insertion Order - Table of where each client is in their insertion order (contract) • List of Clients - appx 100 of these (in a CSV file) All the above things will need to be linked together and update together. I have a consulting business where I connect customers with our team of contractors. Each customer can purchase a different service package which may include multiple parts. I already have WooCommerce and Zapier connected to AirTable such that each new order results in a new line being added to AirTable and the relevant information is populated (name, email, order details, etc.). I’m now at the part where I want to automate the process of assigning contractors to customers and tracking their work completion. Been rattling my head for a couple days trying to figure this out but have faced a few issues. Looking to hire a professional that can help us build this functionality using AirTable!

Morning, I am a small business owner. I am looking to create a new base in Airtable concerning our daily petty cash. Would be interested to see if I can connect with an Airtable expert to see if what I want is possible and what would be the costs. I would like to use this base to address the following needs: Use the data entry table as a log which I then import into QB. (We don’t require help with the import as we are currently using Zed Axis). Provide management with visibility to key relationships derived from the data entry table. (Management is on Airtable). Hi All, I need help creating a forecasting tool on Airtable which will tell me when to place re-orders taking into account different lead times from different factories. I have an excel spreadsheet created but I’d like the conditional formulas to be transferred to and work on Airtable, with a good way of summarising the data. Can anyone help with this? Advertiser Perceptions is building a database of the results of numerous survey research projects. We don’t have a database expert on staff and would need consulting to get the project off the ground (at least). We are exploring Airtable as well as other potential solutions.

Hi there! I’d like to hire an Airtable expert to teach me a few things. Rather than poking around the learning curve of Airtable, I’m seeking someone with experience with manipulating a large volume of data in Airtable. It’s a bit of an unusual situation with just over 40,000 contact records, many of which are duplicates, and I’m wondering what my options are for tidying it up. I need to remove duplicates, isolate records that have no email address, and allow someone else to go through and fill in those blanks. My firm has created a custom project management system using MS Access, a SQL database, and some Joomla stuff for a web interface. We started this in 2011, so it has become very tired and complicated. We are looking to move this functionality over to Airtable, but need some help doing this since we no longer have the guy in-house who built our current system. Please advise if interested, thanks.

I outgrew google sheets and am needing to quickly get up and running in airtable. The system I want setup will be for three events. It needs to have a master list of attendees, a list of event-specific attendees, and an event-specific transportation manifest. I also want to be able to track our hotel room block utilization.

About me: I am the Company Director for a photo experience & photo marketing company looking to switch our complicated (but effective) Google Spreadsheet over to Airtable. I have above average skills in spreadsheets, so I’m not coming in blind. I have imported an older version of our Event Database into Airtable and played around with it for 5-10 hours or so. I just have a few hangups in terms of seeing what we’re doing in Sheets translate over to Airtable. We are currently using Sheets for: Event Management (850+ events in 2017) Data dashboard (using FILTER functions to SUM revenue, COUNT most popular products, etc) Invoice records Contact database Integrations We are currently running Zapier automation to automatically pull information from new bookings into the spreadsheet We’d love to automate more, so open to suggestions for other integrations (though this isn’t the highest priority)

We are an e-commerce company and sell physical products online in various online marketplaces. We need an online database such as Airtable to store and share data with other collaborators. We are attracted to the Airtable due to the visual aspects of the software, the ability to host image url’s, the formula’s that can modify the data, and the API which allows access by external programs. We also like the ability to simply drag and drop images from the web or our desktop into a field in Airtable and it convert those images into hosted image url’s. The product data we gather is what is initially made available to us by the manufacturers. We’ll call this “raw data” and store it in one database. Raw data will be manually imported or entered by a specific team. In essence, we need to be able to produce several product export files that conform to several different file formats which contain specific headers. We ultimately will be importing all of these product files
