Looking for someone that can design a visually pleasing input screen. Our Air Table views house about 200 fields.

I am looking to use Airtable as a tool to collaborate between professionals to deliver services on demand to owners of private businesses, artwork and other unique assets. I am just starting and I know what I would like but not how to do it. I am looking for both a one-time arrangement to set up the bases and an ongoing recurring relationship to oversee and maintain the bases. Hello there, I’m using Airtable as a stock system and I need a simple web interface and a counting script to help an automate some tasks. The purpose of the script is to get the total amount of items in stock + how many more need to be ordered. What is a bit complicated is the way the products are listed in our database. The structure of a product is as follows: Product01 -> Assemblies01-09 -> sub-assemblies -> raw material In the web interface, I would like to have have a form saying “How many products do you need?”, I put a number, the script loops through the different assemblies and components and outputs a nice order list. Looking for help as follows: Form view captures simple data of works to be completed (Worksheet) Worksheet link is sent to 3 contractors to put a quote next to each work line. The jobs and quotes can then be sorted, by priority and cost. We are new to Airtable and need some help getting some of the features working (particularly linking tables and also hopefully setting up a search and replace feature). We are using Airtable to track hundreds of photos in a very large documentary project (7 hours of video). This project is for a private foundation. The database will include tables of current photos (that are in the current version of the film) and tables of the new photos (we are replacing many of the current photos and also tracking copyright info). We want to be able to search new photos, find the one we want, and insert the new one into a record of the current photos which are in another table (most of the current photos will be replaced). Also helpful would be some general advise on better search criteria and categories and help to set up linking, lookup, and a way to insert photo from one table to the another. Also setting up useful views of data.

The https://www.airtable.com/universe interface is awesome, its left sidebar allows you to view different parts of your base without switching between tables and views. How to make a sidebar like this one for my own base? Essentially it is a two-part iframe HTML page but I just wonder if someone has done a more complete and secure template that could be implemented without advanced HTML knowledge.

My organization is currently visualizing Airtable data in Tableau by connecting our Airtable API to Google Sheets (using Blockspring) and then connecting Tableau to Google Sheets. This is working, but since no more than 100 records can be fetched from Airtable at a time, I have to break tables into several smaller tables through filtered views. Is anyone able to assist with fetching more than 100 records? Thanks! Allie

Hello, I run a cabinet manufacturing company. We currently use printed out spreadsheets for everything. I would like a tidy database that could manage our “jobs”. I’ll try to outline how it would work here: We have multiple projects with multiple builders. Each project has multiple plans (Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3) Each plan has multiple options (Door 1, 2, 3, Stain color 1, 2, 3, Optional Bath 3, etc.), each with an individual price, for which the price is split up by “material”, “stain”, “prefab door cost”, installation, delivery, tax, etc. For each phase of a project our sales reps will create a “sequence” which is a list of all the houses or “lots” with the associated plan number and all the associated options that were selected. I would like to speak to a consultant to help me with an idea I have. I’d like to put a “Check your Order on AirTable” link on my WordPress site which, when checked, would prompt user to log on to AirTable and once that’s accomplished, take the customer to a read only view of their orders we populate by us in AirTable. Not sure it can even be done.

We need a developer to create an API to update my orders planning base. I have created an orders planning Base that does everything I want but updating it is a bit of a pain, copying and pasting from a spreadsheet. We’re soon going to start planning a project to take our existing work with Airtable to the next level. We’re tracking a big amount of bases and we need to be able to centralize our operation a bit to save time and, most of all, sanity.
